Yes. It's stupid when WWE does it and it's stupid when AEW does it. Yeah it's their money and yeah the wrestlers signed the contracts but it's still stupid and petty.

I'm not trying to defend it, I'm just wondering if there is more going on we don't know about. It could very well be that Tony is just being petty because he decided to be, and Fenix is just wrong place wrong time, but if that's the case I would be surprised. Especially because he had no problem releasing Andrade and now Miro knowing there's a good chance they would immediately go back to WWE (Miro remains to be seen but still, it wouldn't be shocking).

Like does Tony REALLY hate Konnan THAT much that he's willing to try and tank the Lucha Bros career? Did he really get his feelings hurt that much when Penta openly talked about going to WWE while still under contract? I have a hard time believing that is all that happened, but if it is then man, that is super lame.

Tacking on time due to injury is so anti union and so anti labor laws that while I get wrestling doesn't have a union, I am surprised there isn't any thing against the law by doing this. I am surprised these are even put into contracts. It's why you can't help but laugh anytime TK tries to be pro worker and talk about any of that stuff when he does this. Same with hiring numerous racists and bigots but laying the law on Hulk Hogan and his ex wife.

That's like a football player getting hurt and now having his contract kept at the same rate and tacked on the time he missed.

At least Fenix gets paid to do nothing and can recover his wear & tear so there's that.

216,000 for Rampage this past week, and people still think Fox dropped Smackdown to take up one of these needle movers from AEW.

Oh, and NXT smashed Dynamite by over 200,000 viewers.

I’ll post more when I have time, but the TV deal really is fascinating. There’s a lot of nuance, and the structure of it is without the question the most interesting thing AEW has going.

329k is pretty good considering the competition.

Less than 400,000 is terrible.

Three AEW shows combined did less than one NXT show. That's insane.

TK has final say for everything that gets on TV he has stated this multiple times. This is more than a Jimmy Jacobs issue. I hope this isn't a scapegoat use for AEW to show they hear the audience and are making amends.

I saw some of The Rizzler interviews and the poor kid is so out of breath just talking. I seriously hope that kid is okay and hope maybe he doesn't get involved in anything too crazy. 

Dunno why but Rizzler strikes me as one of those fat kids that is going to have an insane glow up when they’re like 15-16 years old. Bet you anything after their 15 mins of fame are up we get a TMZ article that is like “You’ll never guess what The Rizzler looks like now!”

Fans looked at the schedule and everything is announced up until mid December where nothing is booked for Dynamite or Collision, and apparently Final Battle is supposed to take place around then too.

Could be a fun week if there is any weight behind this.

Lola Vice=ratings. Lola Vice>Mercedes Mone. Meltzer's little point at the end was trying to soften the blow.  AEW was on it's regular timeslot, NXT had to move back a day due to the election.
