Taking the fam to Smackdown tonight. The GOAT will be there. Acknowledging my tribal chief. CoRho and Uce scheduled to be there. Getting to see my three faves of the last ten years (Cena, Roman, Cody) is gonna be lit. Triple H making an appearance. Pretty Deadly’s in ring return. This is going to be a stacked show. Can’t wait.

Real question tho.. should I wear a John Cena or Cody Rhodes shirt?

I liked Nick's introduction. He couldn't exactly just walk down the ramp to a Cody-pop could he. TNA was a generation ago, and no one cares for NWA.

Dom could be one of the most valuable assets in the company, with his ability to get heat. Give this boy the title. Better yet, let him talk ratings, bots and narratives against him.

Here's how I see The Usos. While Jimmy means well & isn't a horrible person, he's worse than Roman in some ways. Jimmy acted all tough when he was standing with Jey. Now, he's a hypeman. Jey is more low-key. He has no ill will toward his family but he got sick of their bullshit & wants to stand on his own. I can see Jimmy & Solo turning on each other. Jimmy, to double-cross Roman. Solo could get sick of Jimmy's constantly failing & having to clean up his messes, handle Jimmy, or, turn on Roman for allowing Jimmy back in the fold just because Regins wants to use Jimmy as a scapegoat when things go against The Bloodline to humiliate Jimmy.

Kayfabe aside, Jey is the better worker. He's in better shape and seems to a have a little bit more snap, crackle and pop than Jimmy and it would have been a shame to let him just be a tag guy for the rest of his life.

Similarly he's a little bit like Eddie in the early 2000s teaming with Chavo. I'm not suggesting in two years he'll be a World Champion and etch his name in GOAT conversations, but at least he'll get the opportunity to try.

As long as the isn't another authority faction created, I'm fine with GM's. I've always been a fan of Adam Pearce since he wrestled. I'm glad the fans are receptive to him in this role.

Nick is perhaps the best possible person they could bring in to be a GM. And him and scrap iron as competing GMs will get very, very fun.

I assume he has the same deal Pearce has and will also be producing. He was a student of Harley Race, so perfect for a producer as he worked the traditionalist style that WWE loves. I also assume he will come off the bench and wrestle at some point. But WWE will keep his wrestling side from their fans, so when he does, it will be a big thing. I can also easily see WWE wanting him long term even if he is just moved to backstage only.

Wonder how much we see Mickie in the near future.

Congrats to Slick Nick for finally making it to the big time. He deserves it.

I'm guessing we're getting Smackdown v RAW in War Games.

This is likely the test to see if Knight can go. If he can, I'd suspect he wins The Rumble next year and goes to Wrestlemania.

I could have argued that Sami should have taken it off Reigns, but really he doesn't have the legs to carry it as Champ. If we're sticking to the Bloodline arch, KO is about as boring as batshit personality wise these days, and Jey, while it would have been nice, isn't a World Champion. And Cody.. one day. But not today.

Knight is the best thing on Smackdown, maybe in the WWE at the moment. I think a loss here kills his momentum, and it raises the question - if not Brock, Sami, KO, Bryan, Edge, Jey, Seth, Theory, Mysterio, Bali, Wyatt, Orton, Knight... then who? Who defeats Reigns, and are they really going to give us another " Bloodline pulls a fast one " ending again?
