So driving your opponent through a table is fine, but being caught with a skateboard in your hands is no bueno? It was a cool dive and all but it created a strange double standard and that whole segment felt really clunky.

MJF is one of the best all-rounders in Pro Wrestling, but he needs to refine his creative. Him spilling the beans about Sammy taking a dive made him sound like an idiot and reflected poorly on the company. Maybe fans don't care about those details, but I had similar issues with the Wardlow storyline as well. This idea that Wardlow was being held prisoner by MJF and just had to accept the abuse, I thought that was a lazy creative decision. I think a better one would have been MJF-Wardlow being a great pairing, it makes all the business sense in the world for Wardlow to attach himself to MJF and while MJF could lose his temper, 99% of the time he treats Wardlow like a friend and it's them against the world.

I get the bad feeling they're going to turn Guevara babyface and I see it going as well as the last time they tried it.

Roderick was a nice surprise and I have to say that segment was really well put together. It was nice to see them pay off the Cassidy/Bandido segment from earlier and if you're going to book Roderick, pairing him with Cole is easily the way to go. I wonder how far KOR is from returning and how long Fish is signed with Impact? Not that I really want too many JAS vs. UE matches.

I think if UE reformed in AEW, wasting them on JAS in a long-term program would be, well... a waste.

They should annihilate JAS, considering the talent in that team and then move on to an eventual BCC war. Let Adam Cole get his sweet revenge on Jericho and of course first.

I can see Jericho hamming this entire program with Cole up. He'll find some 1980s movies villain to draw inspiration from and we'll be all too stupid to get the reference and it will take away from how all of this should be about Cole eventually isolating Jericho and beating him to death.

I feel like AEW is in that transition stage now, or moving into a really good place. When you've been collecting workers like Pokemon and you've got FTR, UE, Bullet Club, BCC, The Elite all under one roof then the show should be a masterpiece. A war between all these factions would be something.

The Elite and BCC hate each other.
The Elite and Bullet Club automatically have tension.
The UE has a connection to both The Elite and Bullet Club. Thus, tension.
FTR are conservatives. Evil conservatives and love CM Punk.
The Elite got beat up by Punk.
BCC all have some association with Punk, they most likely hate him also, thus dislike FTR.

This stuff writes itself. Take the title off MJF and throw in into this furnace of talent and let's go.

Outside of FTR, every unit has atleast one person who has won gold and main evented their previous employer's biggest shows in Danielson, Mox, White and Cole.

Orange/Bandido was as good as I expected it to be, absolutely love Cassidy's whole thing. The guy won me over big time, considering prior to AEW, he was one of my least favorite things about wrestling (alongside the rest of The Colony, well OK, pretty much all of Chikara as a whole).

So Darby and Sammy are having this important match, to determine the number one contender for MJF's title, awesome right? Except commentary spent the majority of the match putting over pickles, instead of the competitors. So why should I care about the Double Or Nothing main event? Cause clearly pickles are more important than selling me on your world title match.

Sucks to see Taya Valkyrie not win the TBS title, but hopefully, she'll get another title opportunity, maybe even at Double Or Nothing.

Roderick Strong is ALL ELITE! I loved seeing the disbelief on Adam Cole's face. That T-shirt that Chris Jericho was wearing was disgusting. Nobody degrades the good doctor without getting a bountiful receipt eventually by ripping that stupid shirt off of Jerichio Jeff Jarret vs Dax Harwood was quite the beef boy contest. 2 old pros duking it out.
