One that's bothered me is the drop down spot when running the ropes. Why doesn't the other guy just stop and stomp the piss out of him? I forget where I heard this, but the drop down spot is actually supposed to be a trip. You follow the guy as he's running to the ropes, and fall down basically next to the ropes so you trip him right when he turns around. It's not supposed to be in the middle of the ring but at the edge.
On the thread topic I don't quite get the Spanish Fly. Like, what compels the other wrestler to flip?

Can't believe I didn't think of this one. Every time I see the Spanish Fly I have this thought. The guy giving the move is apparently supposed to have enough leg power to backflip himself and his opponent at the same time. Completely unbelievable. For some reason I find the top rope Spanish Fly easier to stomach even though it's essentially the same thing.

OK, I don't think I can compete with the Canadian Destroyer but allow me to present The Big Ending. A move that requires a crazy amount of exertion to lift your opponent off the ground, only to fall down, taking their weight and cushioning what would already be a fairly soft landing. How it's survived all these years, I'll never know.
Big Pete hitting me where it hurts but you're right. The Big Ending stinks, you've shown me the truth.

The Big Ending is a glorified face/nose breaker! shame he'll never wrestle again, that saddens me. At least E has a WWE title on his list of accolades  but MAN, that move is the drizzling diarrhea of SHITS!

Know what else is a glorified nose breaker? The KICK WHAM PEDIGREE!

Know what else is a glorified nose breaker? The KICK WHAM PEDIGREE! It's a beautiful study in showmanship that X-Pac's sitout facebuster (X-Factor?) and Triple H's Pedigree end with the same exact front bump for the opponent, and yet, the facebuster seems like it sucks, and the Pedigree seems like it rocks. (both are logical kayfabe moves, though, I think)

The Pedigree looks more crushing because Triple H has his full weight driving the opponent's face down, while X-Pac only uses his arms.

This, I was amazed when I saw Paige use said trip effectively in a match. A few old school wrestlers will walk awkwardly as if they almost tripped to the sell the attempt.

Know what I hate about the pedigree... how people literally hand their arms to him. Foley does this and it's very Kane esque. Speaking of Kane bashing... he's a BITCH who puts the knees up. Kilgore is right, Kane sucks.

The first one to pop into my head (Big E's "Big Landing") got mentioned, but I agree on it, as I would think it would hurt Big E more than his opponent.
In terms of springboard cutters, would that also include Jay Lethal's "Lethal Injection"? It seems like some extra steps before hitting a cutter, and should be easier for an opponent reverse or avoid, since they can see it coming (though sometimes they tend to get it to line up to where he's hitting without his opponent seeing it coming)

The Stroke is another move that looks like shit.
Add, The Skull Crushing Finale is another. Maybe just slightly better as it sets up as a full nelson.

The Stroke is another move that looks like shit. Actually agree with this as well. The Stroke sucks. Full Nelson version is alright though. Been a fan of that one ever since I saw Brian Christopher bust it out back in 97.

A strong contender is Low Ki's Black Magic. Nothing about someone missing a Shining Wizard due to the opponent ducking but then countering with a reverse roundhouse is wrong. Except that the whole thing is the move. Low Ki has never hit a Shining Wizard. His opponent will always duck. It is so fucking stupid. And I like Low Ki. Just use the Shining Wizard then occasionally do this cool counter to the counter. And which WWE wrestler stole this? Seth Rollins of course because it is kool movez.
An even worse offender is Kota Ibushi and his Moonsault into Standing Moonsault that requires his opponent to roll out of the way first. And no, I don't believe that you saw your opponent moving and adjusted your rotation in mid-air because you absolutely did fucking not (I never liked Eddie's roll-through on the Frog Splash either). You better use the Moonsault Double Stomp as a move if you want this stupid shit to work.
