I don't mind the concept of the Four Pillars feud. I think you've always got to give talent the opportunity to grow and all four guys have delivered in the past. There are areas where they've been lacking, but there was a ready made feud there and if you play your cards right, you can revisit it down the line. It could potentially be your HHH/Rock or even Eddie/Rey. MJF has really struggled to get a handle on his championship run so far, so this was a good opportunity to put him up against his contemporaries and demonstrate the ways he's superior. Switchblade could be positioned better, but I don't see the appeal in an MJF/White match. Even if you followed his work in NJPW you'd be aware he's had a horrible 2023 so far and it wouldn't make any sense for him to walk straight into an AEW World Championship match.
The issue with the Four Pillars is how they've filled time and how badly certain guys have performed in their roles. The challengers largely come across as jealous petty losers when they should be trying to sell themselves and the match. I put a lot of it down to inexperience but this is where some coaching would go a long way.

Isn’t Jungle Boy about to fight for their world title? He is. But RUSH beat the shit out of him. Maybe RUSH should be fighting for their world title?

I loved the falls count anywhere match. The crowd was wild. PANDEMONIUM EVERYWHERE! How much over-saturation will there be with this new show? Stay tuned to find out!
