I'm obviously hyped for the two out of three falls tag titles match, as well as Punk vs. Stark, as that should be good stuff I reckon. Unfortunately, I believe they made the wrong call for the finals on the women's side (as I wanted Athena/Skye Blue), and I have zero interest in that match outcome.

I'm also looking forward to more Andrade/House of Black interaction as well.

If it weren't my wife's 40th birthday today I would be at this show. She's lucky I love her so much because seeing CM Punk, Jay White & FTR live all in the same night would have been so sick.

Not so bold prediction: Lance Archer is winning the title tonight. He's been ripping it up in the indies lately and they have a habit of randomly bringing him back and winning titles (see: the time he beat Jon Moxley for the IWGP United States championship).

I can't see Ruby losing in the finals two years in a row, unless that is the plan going forward until they give her a babyface win in the finals one year. I think she'll take it.

CM Punk is the obvious choice but Ricky Starks should win. It would be such a good rub and Punk has nothing to lose. Bonus points if this is how Ricky Starks turns heel and joins Bullet Club Gold.

Honestly, my biggest issue is Athena lost. If she wasn't going to win the tournament, she shouldn't have been in it.

With the relaunch of Ring of Honor (and even before it), they put in building her up, giving her this great title reign, the undefeated streak, and the post-match attacks. Whoever ended up dethroning her would have gotten a massive rub, now it'll mean nothing, as she already lost in the tournament.

Anyway, Starks and Willow both won. So Tony got egos in check. FTR vs Bullet Club was not what I wanted, but still a good match that went an hour. I was hoping it to match the 2/3 against the Briscoes though and it just did not get there. Hoping last week was not a fluke for Bullet Club Gold.

Motherfucker, the leader of Queen's Quest, Utami Hayashishita, was backstage and they did not even fucking use her. The want to do a Stardom crossover, have one of the faction leaders backstage, and say fuck it, we do not need her.

Say QT sucks one more goddamn time.

Utami MANHANDLED LuFisto last night in GCW. She is freaking strong.

Also mentioned elsewhere but results from AAA are Omega failed to beat Vikingo, making Vikingo now the undisputed champ. Also QT put Penta in the fucking ambulance in what looked like a wild brawl.

And in GCW Yoshihiko broke out all of Omega's moves, the one winged angel, the v-trigger, the snapdragon, etc, and many think that Yoshihiko is gonna call him out for rematch.  Last time they faced each other, Omega broke his head open on the ring post, something he is not likely to forget.

While it is up, here is finish of the match including the tiger driver 91 on the ring post and off the top rope.  One of the sickest things you will ever see in wrestling.  I assume a memo will be sent out that such moves are now banned in AEW and the risks that these two men took will be discussed for months to come.

Well, I mean with a head injury that devastating, Omega most likely did forget about it. /s

No, in his match with Yoshihiko, Omega threw him out of the ring and Yoshihiko cracked open his skull and died. Then Under-Yoshihiko debuted to avenge him. Youtube no longer has the video sadly. Or Honda showing the best way to stop a dead man, which is shooting them in the head. Which brings us to the Immortal Yoshihiko.

Why is David Benoit looking creepy in the front row?

In case Punk got out of hand they needed someone that had a killer instinct in their blood to handle things.  No one gets out of the Killer Crossface, Benoits finale, unbreakable, hold.
