Wow that missed pass interference at the end of the Broncos game was as blatant as they come. Really something.

The Chiefs offense looked gross, game two of the new tackles was pretty rough with the refs targeting Taylor for sure. I think they had at least three 3rd down and 15+ plays. Defense was a real surprise, blessed by Jaguars receivers going out of the back of the end zone three times. I don’t know that I’ve seen that so frequently in one game, to the point it was almost an emphasis to get deep in the end zone.

Weird seeing calls go against Bill and the Patriots, but it is what it is. I wanted it to be a first down just to see what Mac could do but whatever. Patriots are brutally boring to watch.

Tomorrow we get a double banger of football.

I think Cleveland is legit this season and I think they win a low scoring close game, 17-13.

I think New Orleans continues to be an explosive offense and dominate Bryce and the Panthers 38-7.

The defense for the Niners play much better second half Brock Purdy over thrown some of his passes one with Deebo gives me a bad de ja vu from the Super Bowl few years ago ugh. Probably take some games for Nick Bosa to get into football shape so I’m not worry about him.

Oh, and Puka Nacu is a beast. Good find for the Rams.

Thoughts from the games I watched:

- we got to see the best case scenario Baltimore offence today. Lamar was fantastic, getting the ball out quickly and spreading it to all his receivers. He suddenly has a surplus of weapons so even when the inevitable Odell injury happened he's still got guys like Agholor who can step in. Zay Flowers looks like the real deal, the deep shot catch he made over his shoulder was incredible.

- Micah Parsons has gone to another level, he has been completely unstoppable through the first two games. Obviously guys like TJ Watt and Nick Bosa are incredible but Parsons is just so damn fast, he has next level athleticism and can sometimes be sacking the quarterback almost as soon as they receive the snap.

- amazing comeback from the Giants, they pretty much saved their season there. Definitely a tank element from the Cardinals but it seemed like Daboll might have taken over the playcalling and dramatically turned things around. Let's get Jalin Hyatt out there more.

- Patriots are total boring soup these days but I love that Belichick is still busting out stuff that we've never seen before, that FG block was an amazing piece of special teams magic

Should be able to join live tomorrow for the first time this season, looking forward to it!

Again Dallas was the far better side so they deserved to win but the NFL has a serious problem with these type of calls. The intent is good, to try and look out for the interest of the QB. But it's a tough ask to tell a lineman running full speed to let up on contact after getting tripped or pushed over by an Olineman. I feel like if contacted in that regard, it should negate the penalty vs an outright cheap shot. 

There needs to be a 5 yard and 15 yard penalty of the sort like they used to have for incidental vs personal face masks back then. There's no way this is the same type of penalty as the Kareem Jackson headshot on Logan Thomas yesterday.

While we're on the topic, off-setting penalties needs a serious look as well. Yesterday's Buffalo game had Josh Allen get absolutely clocked in the head, and the penalty was off-set because someone on Buffalo's O-line (can't remember who) got a holding call.

Yes, we should not penalize the guy that tried to give Allen a concussion because someone else tugged on someone's jersey a little too much. Gimme a fucking break.

And no I'm not just complaining because it's Buffalo, it happens all the time and it drives me nuts. A bullshit 5 yard penalty call should not off-set a 15 yard unsportsmanlike that could have resulted in a concussion to someone and a game ejection to someone else. At the very least call the difference. Buffalo gets 10 yards and an automatic 1st down. Or classify penalties into 2 or 3 groups and off-setting penalties can only happen within those groups. Do something.

This for sure. It’s always bugged me.

Also those dangerous and out pocket penalties should be able to stack. Especially for post play stuff - 3 Rams throw a punch - one Seahawk throws a punch and it all offsets despite being far more egregious actions on one side.

Hunt didn't leave on good terms with CLE and I assume with J. Williams hurt for a while he may go back to NO. 

Akers probably won't go for much, Rams seem done with him and vice versa.
