Also as much as I shit on Barry I will give credit where it’s due to after being out of the moment.

Down Jaire, down Campbell and then Valentine and we really only allowed 10 points. And that was on a really short field after the 4th down fail. Granted he was also aided by the Carr injury but overall considering what we were missing…. Really good game from the boys.

Big win for Seattle. That was a tough game and they balled out. MNF against the Giants is gonna be a good game next week.

Tyree Wilson seems invisible thus far his rookie year. Will McDonald is for the Jets too but Tyree was a top 10 pick and was rumored to go as high as 3 to Arizona according to plenty of people.

McDaniels opting to kick for a FG down 8 with 3 minutes left is crazy. He got bailed out with a leverage penalty on Pittsburgh.

If it was a 6 point deficit and you want to chop it to 3, I get it.....but this seems to make no real sense. 

Oh that decision is getting blasted tomorrow, even if you get the 3 and out, you needed to tell your offense to figure out how score a TD so deep into the red zone.

In his defense, defenders seem to be in the backfield as soon as he touches the ball more often than not, hard for anyone to succeed there.

I’m Team Free Warren so that’s my excuse. 

Thinking about it some more and this is the exact kind of game the Packers got blown out in with the Rodgers era. Not saying he was all to blame but there were a lot of instances where the Packers came out flat in the past and it was just one of those games , the body language never changed and the team was deflated with no chance of a comeback.

With Love even when it was at its worst yesterday there was still an energy with this team that kept me tuning in and while I didn’t think we would necessarily win I felt these young guys were going to play til the bitter end. And they did. It’s the type of galvanizing teams can build off of. I’m impressed and adore Loves demeanor even when it’s all going to hell - that to me so far has been a huge difference with this team so far.

Football is always wild but this season is totally unhinged. :lol:

My Monday night thoughts:

- Justin Herbert is absolutely incredible, and it is absurd that the Chargers are not a total juggernaut with him. 40/47 was an absolute joy to watch, one of the best quarterback performances I've ever seen.

- Dallas losing to Arizona is classic Cowboys. Just when you start to think they might be a different team that's not prone to inexplicable fuckups they pull another one out of the bag. Good for the Cardinals though, they are proving everyone wrong and Josh Dobbs and James Conner are putting in work.

- Blindy posted about it but Josh McDaniels decision-making at the end of the game was absolutely atrocious. I'm usually a bit over dramatic with "that should be a fireable offence" posts, but this guy clearly just isn't cut out to be a head coach. The Raiders defence is perennially bad but I thought this was a positive step for Pickett, I think he has a few tools that the offence (between the scheme and the o-line) doesn't usually allow him to showcase.

It’s a shame Herbert is stuck with Staley. To piggyback on your fireable offense - Staley has at least one a week including this week.

I didn't have an issue with the choice to go for it on fourth down, it was the decision to give the ball to your backup RB who had 11 carries for 12 yards rather than Herbert who had played near flawlessly all afternoon.

It’s not fair that Travis Kelce gets to be Travis Kelce but also take Taylor Swift home after scoring touchdowns. One man should not be allowed to have all that. THANKS OBAMA.
