We got a ring-a-ding-dong dandy to kick off the week.  It's the Lions vs. Packers at Lambeau.  The first meeting between the two, since the Lions booted Green Bay out of the playoffs in the final game of the season.  And booted Aaron Rodgers to New York.

But the marquee game of the game will be at the Met.  Where the Chiefs and the Jets will be playing second fiddle to the goings-on in Taylor Swift's private box.  The game's resell value spiked 70% on the news of Swift going to the game.  Plus, if last week was any indication, this could very well be the highest rated Sunday Night game of all time.

The NFL owes Taylor so much for saving their ass on the Zach Wilson in primetime situation. :lol:

Main difference between these teams is their o-lines, Lions are elite and the Packers after having it be a strength for many years now look average at best. Love made a few nice throws when he was protected, but he was under siege for most of the night.

It was crazy seeing the line dominated like that - they actually had the best pass blocking line in the league going into last night but the injuries for the first time showed - especially with Newman who is possibly the worst linemen in the league. I wish they’d give Rhyan a shot there - he couldn’t possibly be worse. We need Jenkins back. Even Runyan who’s always been a really good pass blocker struggled and he always struggles in the run….

They just start so slow and I don’t get it. They can’t wait until the second half to start playing against good teams. Also Flower needs to fucking stop ignoring Jones and stop playing Dillion— dude ain’t it and he kills this offense.

It’s only one game. It’s going to be an up and down season but the talent on this team is obvious and as they grow together I continue to have faith.

Full disclosure, I have not watched the Falcons yet this season, but after this first half I'm scratching my brain trying to figure out how they are 2-1. They look terrible.

Of course after I say that they open the 3rd with the easiest drive/TD all season.
