That it happens every week to all the teams is how I know it’s not corrupt.

I’m not shocked that they didn’t call the horse collar, and the ripped shirt doesn’t really point to anything as that goes. It might be the literal definition, but that wasn’t the kind of thing the rule was trying to prohibit where Allen was tackled backwards in a way that endangered his legs. But the grounding was pretty weak.
