If one weapon attack and one copied finisher is enough to pin MJF in under 5 minutes. Joe is definitely going to look weak win he loses especially win the match goes 20+ minutes.

Yeah the whole point was to isolate MJF and take everything from him. Either Joe wins on Saturday and the Devil is revealed once MJF has lost the only thing he truly cares about, or MJF overcomes the odds yet again and the Devil and their henchmen beat him up and get revealed anyway.

And in a way if they don't reveal the Devil on Saturday then they are still kind of revealing it to be Adam Cole because they would only drag this out longer if they were waiting for him to be healthy.

Everyone over at wreddit are convinced the two masked guys that won the ROH tag titles are Matt Taven and Mike Bennett. Apparently their physique and movements were pretty close. They might be grasping at straws but those nerds over there would know more than me. At least a tag team with ties to ROH won the titles if it turns out to be them.

I had to unfollow the few AEW fan accounts I followed on twitter. I started following them because they post good clips and gifs but they're just ridiculous now. I don't understand how anyone can be such a blind fan that they just defend everything one company does no matter what. WWE fan accounts are just as bad but I digress. You can be critical and still a fan. It isn't hard.

Drainbamager actually said that the Sammy Guevara return was a good idea because it would be hard for him to stay a heel as a new father. I almost threw up.

Tony wants to give Eddie his moment in New York and since he will never win the world title he did the next best thing and created a lame version of the AJPW Triple Crown so that Eddie can win it.

Overall I am happy with the CC and don't care that it was all to give Eddie a big win over his friends, even if it's kind of lame and at the expense of better talent. I am still going to pop on Saturday. Eddie deserves it.

Swerve will be fine. Jay White will be fine. The AEW fans finally learned what RUSH is all about and love him. Andrade is probably leaving when his contract is up anyway. This tournament might finally give Daniel Garcia something interesting to do and he'll stop dancing like a moron. Brody King looked like a beast that doesn't need the HOB to be successful. The rest were never gonna win and didn't need to do anything other than put on good matches, which they did.

If I'm annoyed about anything it's that this wasn't the first of many annual tournaments for a trophy/award, like the G1 Climax or Owen Hart Cup. They created another title that will either get lost in the shuffle or be held for too long by one person when what they should have done is make this an annual thing that closes out the calendar year and a winner gets a nice trophy, bragging rights, and a title shot. Tournament runs through November/December, stack it with talent so all the matches are must-watch and it gives you something that might keep eyeballs during the holidays, and you crown a winner at World's End to ring in the new year.

There was some half-baked wreddit thread that said it isn't Cole, but Britt Baker who doesn't like her man hanging around unsavory characters like MJF.

I don't really care for this theory, as it pushes Baker into a killjoy mean mom type / overly controlling girlfriend who won't let boys be boys.

So instead I'm going to say it's Kyle O'Reilly who, like Roddy Strong, doesn't trust MJF and wants to split the two. This will lead to a Undisputed Era civil war with Strong/KOR vs Cole/MJF

I'm really curious what Adam Cole's timeline is. They really made it sound like he was going to be out long term. That could always be bullshit to throw us off the scent but who knows.

We will argue no matter who it is but you have to admit they did a good job of keeping everyone guessing. 

Another example of fans being conditioned a certain way. When 1 of the devil's henchmen beat MJF with The Heatseeker to win the titles, I heard 1 fan say MJF lost with 1 move! :lol:

I don't agree. If MJF wins, he'll overcome great odds. The Devil's henchman & Joe tricked a weakened Max to fuck with his head. What you're talking about is work rate. This is about a storyline.
