I don't feel like copying and pasting all the scenarios here, but they're very easy to find. Also, go play with the NFL Playoff Machine generator to try and figure out how you think things will go. What I am going to do is give my predictions on how things are going to go. 

1: Saturday starts with a BANG! The Pittsburgh Steelers can really set things off on the right pattern for some Week 18 chaos by beating the top seeded, "resting starters" Baltimore Ravens. Unfortunately for Pitt, they're mediocrity doesn't make this a lock. Speaking of locks, OBJ said NOT to bet his incentive props this weekend. Yes sir! Speaking of unfortunate things, the mediocrity of the Steelers is going to continue to punish the fans of the NFL because somehow, some way Mike Tomlin has done it again. Winning record. Not 9-8 either; 10-7! I'm taking the Steelers to win 20-17 on a last second Boswell GW FG as time expires.

That automatically puts the Bills and Jaguars in win mode for their games the next day. For the Steelers, a win puts them in a solid position to make the playoffs. Not guaranteed. What's crazy is they could even make the playoffs with a loss IF the Bills, Raiders and Jaguars lose. LOL?! Good luck RagnarokMike !


2: Saturday ends with a WIN AND YOU'RE IN (and possibly AFC SOUTH champs!) showdown. The Houston Texans travel to take on their division rival in the Indianapolis Colts. I call this a PW special, too. We get Todd and shinobimusashi repping their Texans/Oilers colors against my name is jTjohncenaGOAT and his Andrew Luck posters. I am having the absolute hardest time picking the winner of this game then I am any game this weekend. Do I go with CJ Stroud leading his Texans to the playoffs (and possibly AFC Champs) or do I go with the real wings of last years Philadelphia Eagles in Shane Steichen and Minshewmania?! GOODNESS, IT'S SO HARD TO DECIDE! So I would like to make this a fair PW match and team up with jTjohncenaGOAT and win another showdown together as a team, but after doing some research I found something that has yet to happen this season. A WORST to FIRST team. Sure, there's a possibility that the Falcons could miraculously do it, but I would much rather put my money on CJ Stroud then expecting a good delivery from Arthur Smith. FEDEX'INGER~! Plus, I'm ready for some more shinobimusashi chaos from the sticks! Shooters shoot! Get'em CJ! Worst to first. I'm taking the Texans to win 30-27.


Saturday ends with two road teams winning and we get right to Sunday.


3: Did I say WORST TO FIRST? I sure did. The Jacksonville Jaguars will travel to Nashville to take on the Tennessee Titans and all the Jaguars have to do is WIN and they win the division. However, Trevor Lawrence is questionable. Most importantly, Mike Vrabel is a winner. LOSING SUCKS! This could be the last time we see Derrick Henry in a Titans uniform and same goes for Hopkins. This could also be the first and last time we see shinobimusashi cheer for the Titans, because if they're not going to give Houston back their colors, they might as well give the division! AMIRITE?! The Jaguars have underwhelmed all season and I see the Titans ending their season right here with a massive home upset, locking up the division for the Texans AND a playoff berth for both the Steelers AND the Bills. I'm taking the Titans to win 24-21.



4: That sets us up for the final big playoff game of the AFC in Sunday Night Football showdown with the Buffalo Bills traveling to take on the Miami Dolphins for the AFC East Championship. This game is a toss up, too. The Bills have been red hot and the Dolphins are dealing with injuries to defensive players, Waddle and a fire to the home of the Cheetah. SMOKING IS BAD! Still, I think they split the season series here and the Dolphins find a way to go up big enough in the second half where the Bills pull their starters and get them ready for a first round tiebreaker rematch back there in Miami. Book a one week stay in Miami RT , but welcome to the playoffs! The Dolphins win the division! I'm taking the Dolphins to win 38-21.


5: Bonus AFC Coverage, mostly for Blindy . Browns and Chiefs are both in the playoffs and I don't see either one of them going all in this week. I'll take the Chiefs to win and the Browns to lose in their respective match ups. However, the talk of the town in this section is the New England Patriots taking on the New York Jets in Foxborough! In what could potentially be the final game of Bill Bellichecks career in New England. The biggest thing here is draft position. Does Bill go for the win to potentially mess up their top 3 pick in the upcoming draft and help the Jets get a better pick or does he continue to F the Jets future by giving them an easy win, making their draft pick even worse and locking up a top 2-3 pick in the draft for New England? One thing I'm counting on is that Bill may be a genius, but he's also a winner. He's going out a winner with a 2 point conversion at the end to win it. I'm taking the Patriots to win 18-17.

MY AFC PLAYOFF PICTURE:

6: We'll start things off with the NFC East here since I think this is quick. If Dallas wins, they win the East. If they lose and Philly wins, Philly repeats. Both teams are on upset alert and this is the type of game that would send Stephen A Smith on a jizz fest the next day on First Take, BUT I'm taking the Cowboys AND The Eagles to both win their games and for Dallas to clinch the NFC East.

7: Now we'll head into the NFC South. The Falcons will take on the Saints and that game only really matters IF Tampa Bay loses. If TB loses, the winner of Atlanta/New Orleans will win the division. Unfortunately for those two teams, the Buccaneers are facing the Panthers. First off, fuck Arthur Smith. Second off, don't fuck this up Todd Bowles. Man, if there's one man besides Arthur Smith who could fuck this up, its totally Todd Bowles. Ask Blindy . I'm taking the the Saints AND the Buccaneers to win their games this Sunday giving the NFC South to Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers!


8: To make some things quick, I'm going to take the Lions to beat the Vikings AND the 49ers to beat the Rams this weekend. The Lions give one final stamp to the season by beating last seasons division champs and the 49ers lock up the best team in the NFL. Plus, I'm rooting for Stafford vs the Lions first round. I just really have a bad feeling that it won't happen and it sucks! Just for playoff seeding purposes, I'm sharing that result. Another game that could honestly go either way and has a lot on the line is the Seahawks taking on the Cardinals. I'm going with my gut here over my heart and my gut is telling me to trust Pete Carroll this late in the season to have his guys ready. Arizona is so unpredictable, but I just don't see Pete letting this one get away from Seattle. Now all Seattle will need to make the playoffs is a LOSS by the Green Bay Packers. Will it happen? We'll see. I'm taking the Seahawks to win 31-21.


9: Last but not least, we get the Chicago Bears traveling to Lambeau Field to take on the Green Bay Packers. A win and the Packers are in. A loss and Justin Fields may have kept the job in Chicago and secured a new job in Lambeau as DADD1E. I like that Love got me the PW Fantasy Chip (that's right @admin ), but boyyyyyyy do I want Justin Fields to stay a Bear and for them to get Marvin Harrison next season. Sorry UT , but I'm giving the final playoff spot to Pete Carroll and I want Stafford vs Lions more then I want the Packers in the playoffs. Blame the whole BRADY Bunch for it, but I'm going with DA BEARS beating the Packers 27-23!

Just loving all this Fields shit , good on him for playing better but meanwhile Love has been one of the best quarterbacks in the league for the past few months and … crickets.

I know I’m going to get overhyped and into the game on Sunday but perspectively - this season has been a resounding success. Love is the guy , we have a brilliant young core on offense and the defense can’t get worse whenever Barry leaves.

Love it baby, I’m ok with not winning the AFC South would love to see the Jaguars beat Vrabel in a blowout, which I’m pretty sure is what’s happening.

I’m not super confident about the Colts game or playoffs, waaaaaay too many injuries. Our last two wins were over a dumpster going through an identity crisis, I’m between that we got humiliated by Smokin Joe Flacco, we lost to the Panthers and Jets c’mon. Just keep my quarterback healthy for next year no more concussions and no knee or shoulder injuries that effect next year this is literally all I care about right now.

But I will remember this season with a lot of love. I have a big framed photo of Levis getting folded in half backwards in an Oiler uniform coming in the mail for my hallway.

How beautiful is it to think about how much hype they had for this kid, he debuts in their first game wearing Oilers gear, throws 4 touchdowns to Hopkins, they beat the Dolphins and had big playoff hopes after that. We sack the guy 7 times and get that iconic photo vs their Oiler throwbacks then strip sack him and knock him out of the game in the rematch fumble recovered for a touchdown that killed the game for them. Beautiful all the way around.

I think it’s just about what’s a more exciting story. The truth is that both QBs are playing the biggest game of their NFL career this week. Jordan Love playing for a playoff spot and Justin Fields playing for his future. I think the reason Love doesn’t get more hype is because people are tired of Green Bay nailing their starting QB over and over again.

Plus, we both know that he’s the man right now but one bad streak of games next season and the talking heads will come back out again and say he’s a bum and GB needs a new QB. It just feels too predictable. 

The Bears situation going into the offseason is a much more intriguing and unpredictable situation than watching Green Bay go into Arlington and losing to (potentially) Dallas in the first round next week. 

What do the Bears do with the 1 pick? Trade it? Trade Fields and draft Caleb? Draft Marvin Harrison Jr to put alongside DJ and keep Fields? That story is just way more exciting and I think we get a lot closer to the answer this week. If Fields ends Green Bay’s season this week, then there’s no way the city of Chicago will let them trade him. If he doesn’t end GBs season this week, well then the organization will do what they feel is the best move and it’s fair game. 

After seeing Detroits emergence this season, I think the fans and media want Chicago to be next to make the jump and quite frankly they just want something different in the NFC North and that’s anything but the Packers. 

Basically, everyone knows Jordan Loves immediate future. Nobody, not even Justin F1elds knows his yet. Biggest game of his career coming. This is where legends are made. 

So I’m sticking with the Bears winning the game, eliminating the Packers, trading the 1 pick to potentially Washington or New England and STILL getting Marvin Harrison Jr at the 2 or 3. 

OR UT I’m seeing the story from the wrong lens and not giving Jordan Love anywhere near the credit he deserves and the Packers handle the Bears showing that organization once again that they are still their bitches. The Bears get rid of Fields, therefore having the Packers be the end the Fields/Bears collab and have the organization starting from scratch once again at QB because THAT is what the Packers have done, still do and will always do to the Bears. Own them.

This game may be the biggest game in the NFC North this season for the future of that division and that’s saying something since the Lions are the winners of the division. It just feels like such a massive game. Probably the 3rd biggest game this weekend behind Houston/Indy and Buffalo/Miami.

I don’t know why, everyone was so quick to write him off 4 games into his career when he slumped and now he’s legit risen to the conversation with some of the best in the game and has been on an elite streak for this second half.

There’s a legit chance he could lead the league in touchdowns. He could feasibly end the year on a 19/1 TD to INT ratio in the last 7 games.

Mainly it’s just the discourse amongst so many of the people who talk football …

I think the media just wants to watch the Packers fail after watching them succeed for so long. They want to say they were the first to call their downfall and when they get proven wrong, they’ll just get everyone’s attention on other players in hopes people forget. I mean look at all the talking heads who called for the end of the Chiefs going into last season because Tyreek left. When Mahomes proved them wrong, they just pretended it never happened and talked about how incredible he is. They say shit and get away with it forever.

Unless you’re Max Kellerman saying TB12 was going to fall off a cliff. You can never live that one down.

Yeah the defending champions are a much easier opponent to beat than Joe Flacco. I’d bet on Cinderellas slipper to fall off before I bet on Mahomes to lose a playoff game to an AFC South team.

Jets can pick like in the top 7 with a loss tomorrow but if they end the streak vs the Pats and send Belichick out of town with a loss, Jets will pick like 12 or 13 and potentially miss out on a top 3 OT in the draft.

Welp, done everything they can, since they took 3 games too long to play Rudolph, now it’s up to the Dolphins or Titans, since I doubt Texans/Colts tie.

Horrified by that TJ Watt injury, this 17th game they added is madness. So un necessary everybody will be hurt by the time you get to the Super Bowl, 21 games. It's going to evolve to baseball type strategy with the roster rotation starting/resting guys. 

Whatever happens tonight I'm happy with this team and the season they had, look at them back on primetime. Back when the season started I thought they would win 2 or 3 games all year but still climbed my ass up on the roof trying to fix the antenna to watch my team trying to pick up Tyler TX Fox network for the d-level commentators calling our 12 o'clock games all year.

Big time game man, Saturday night primetime this is awesome
