He was a great linebackers coach, it's like Omar on the Sopranos telling Jackie Jr. about his moves on the chess board, he should have waited to see how it played out. Didn't the GM hamstring him by getting rid of some of his best guys? Is he a guy the Titans want to keep after this year or does any other team in the NFL go after him as a head coach?
