Well deserved win for the Chiefs. Offense brought it in the early part of the game, and defense saw it through. Big plays all day from their top players.

-Buffalo’s offence actually showed up.
-Even if Bass made that FG nobody was stopping Mahomes from getting KC into range or the endzone.

Fitting that Tony Romo is calling the game where Lamar ends up in the same playoff QB conversation as him.

Chiefs can beat either team in the finale. Obviously the Lions, but if it’s San Francisco, Spagnuolo will be cooking up something to get Brock Purdy’s head spinning.

Ravens just blew big moments, silly penalties and turnovers. Would have said Jackson was fine if not for the terrible turnover.

I can’t believe some of the holds that weren’t called. Maybe the refs felt bad after all the stupid calls they’d already incurred. Lol

They just completely lacked any discipline out there, their offence was non existent and they deserved to lose. KC played a better game.

I feel like teams that have mobile QBs get away with more holds because the refs won’t call everything no matter what. Buffalo and KC get away with a lot too. So many times Allen runs down field and I’m watching the refs like “they gonna call this one or the next one?”

Seattle got away with it when Wilson was there too. I distinctly remember other teams fans screaming bloody murder about Seattle’s defence. Might have just been because they were so good but they definitely got favoured sometimes.

Like I don’t watch a ton of Ravens because I don’t find them fun and I know it never matters because Lamar can’t get it done in the playoffs but I agree …. This whole game was infuriating to watch and I’m not even a Chiefs fan.

It’s largely because the quarterback escapes the pocket and the defense tries to change direction to chase him and gets grabbed. It’s still a hold every time.

Yeah I think the mobile QB thing is a factor and takes the referees eyes’ away from the hold as the play develops. I also think reputation matters a whole lot as to how offensive lines are refereed. They are regarded as a good offensive line and have been for years, so refs are conditioned to think they’re blocking well and fairly.
