Decent show but I wasn't super high on it.

The Undisputed Kingdom entering the World Title picture is an interesting development.

Okada's debut is intriguing, I like what they're doing. It's weird that a gesture as common as pointing has become a "trademark" pose.

Riho is still lame, as is this Stokely angle. Toni Storm is as fun as ever but I feel like they're veering awfully close to the Athena/Billie Starkz angle.

Jay White with a great promo and I liked Darby's rebuttal, basically calling out that White has done nothing in AEW which isn't far from the truth. White will beat Darby and continue to do nothing.

Ospreay vs Fletcher was somehow even more ridiculous than the Takeshita match. The amount Fletcher kicked out of was kinda stupid. I liked the match but that final stretch really brought it down. I figured they were doing a standard AEW gauntlet angle with Ospreay taking on Hobbs next, but they randomly pivoted to Danielson. Fair enough.

I think the UK joining the World title scene means that Adam Cole is close to a return. I wouldn't bet on this, but I also wouldn't be totally surprised if we get a shocker next week.

-Wardlow is dominating Joe
-Joe fights back
-UK enters and tries to help Wardlow win
-Joe fights them off
-Adam Cole gets out of his wheelchair and hits Joe with the title or something
-Wardlow wins

Again, not betting on it, but that scenario wouldn't shock me either, especially since next week is a special show. They already debuted Okada, we know Mone is coming, and Tony usually likes to have one more surprise up his sleeve for shows like this.

I think it's more likely that Joe wins though, then at Dynasty he defends against Adam Cole. After Wardlow loses Cole decides he has to do it himself. Then you open the door for an MJF return.

I think the only reason Fletcher kicked out so much was because he is holding a title and they want to protect their champs as much as possible. I agree with you though that it was a little silly. I was getting black and gold NXT vibes for the final few minutes there with the number of kick outs. Not necessarily a bad thing but it was a bit much, especially for a non-title match. I feel like they could have just done a few more spots without pinfall attempts and it would have been much better.

I'm no expert but I would say the main thing is being able to survive high altitudes/low oxygen. You can layer up to stay warm.

I mean it probably wouldn't hurt but if he has been preparing this long I'm sure he got some professional help. And after his match next week who knows, he might spend the next 3-4 weeks bulking up.

To be honest, after stepping into the ring with The Switchblade, Everest will be a doddle.
