McConnell riding the bench at the end is a decision but even worse is not having the red hot Toppin in late game over Siakam who was awful rebounding down the stretch. Toppin gave more life offensively, I guess Siakam has more trust defensively but he was really bad boxing out late game.

2 awful missed calls this 1st quarter alone but honestly it doesn't matter. Knicks are walking wounded and they lived/died by 3 which has been a disaster thus far. Credit to Indiana, ball movement is so much better on their end.

Doubt it, no OG and the main Knicks are off today. Especially DiVicenzo and Brunson.

If IND takes game 5 at NY, congrats Mike. Knicks need to add more depth and Thibs has to give in and finally run a 9-10 man rotation in season, this 7-8 man rotation and running guys to the ground can only take you so far. Margin of error is razor thin and when the injuries have piled up the way they have, any good team they're facing will exploit the guys coming in as a replacement. 

The level of intensity was just lousy from like 10 minutes of the 1st until the entire game. Maybe it's just fatigue at this point and guys are being run to the ground, maybe it's the Pacers just wanted it more and came in and defended and passed the ball with purpose in front of their crowd.

We will see Game 5 if NYK steps it up a bit. Too much living/dying by the 3 ball, they need to attack so much more.

What sucks about the injuries is nevermind losing great players but it's the lack of cohesion of guys on the court together, it's near nonexistant. The replacements barely played with the guys left, there's no real cohesion. Not sure if you can magically develop chemistry in what is essentially a best of 3 series now. 

Absolute dirty play by Jackson to shoulder check DVD in the head on that illegal screen and to then defend himself with no real remorse.

At some point Thibs is what he is. His whole career has been spent running players into the ground. It might not catch up to them this round, but it’s closer than it should be.

I know that I couldn’t defend Brunson better than Nembhard, but I just feel like I could.

That Pacers female asst coach is a badass for being the 1st to get off the bench to get in the middle of the scuffle.

Carlisle instead of complaining about the refs how about you properly tell your dumb bigmen to properly put on a screen and not some blindside nonsense.
