Nice words. I'm hoping WWE doesn't screw up his career. He did a really good job making himself a star in Impact when he came in as basically a WWE reject. I'm proud of how far he has come and I'm wishing him great success in WWE. I do think he could go far.

There's no doubt he's become a star in IMPACT, and there's also no doubt he left IMPACT because of the how poor the company is performing / being managed. It must be frustrating, seeing the company you're working for dissolve around you, and continue to barely survive on life support. I'd bet, someone gave him the advice to leave while his stock is high, rather than potentially fading away along with IMPACT itself.

I doubt he left because of the direction of Impact. He had a very talent friendly deal where he can do what he wants, almost
And he's one of their highest paid. He climbed one mountain and wants to climb another. After all, joining NXT most certainly means a paycut.

I'm surprised they let him keep the EC3 name.

I'm surprised they let him keep the EC3 name. Impact is giving all their talent the rights to their Impact names.

He's done everything the WWE wants these guys to do.
He was caught between two different fads. He was called up too late to be apart of Nexus, but was called up too early to be apart of NXT.
Leaves and goes to TNA. Is given the kiss of death being affiliated with Dixie Carter, but makes it work and makes the most of the spotlight. During his time, he showcases his range and has one of the best runs in company history. Eventually the WWE pays attention and he's brought back. Can he apply the lessons he learned in TNA and apply them to his work in the WWE? He won't have the luxury of being a prestige talent, he's got to make the most of what he's given.

EC3 had a great run in Impact but it was time to move on. I wish him well and hope he comes back one day.

Really enjoyed his send off. Would have been better if fans in the Impact Zone better knowledge of Cage. His feast or fired interview was good, but I think I would have just stuck with Tyrus doing the hope you get fired interruption.
