like, there are only 2-3 people in the ring at any one time and everyone else is chilling outside til it's their turn to do something

and, thinking about it, how can there only be one ref for something like this? surely there must be the possibility of two submissions at the same time, or the ref being out of position to count the one pinfall when all 20 ppl are in the ring

Yeah, should have been last man standing after x people gets the shot.  Otherwise it is just dudes all chilling outside.

At least it is trying something new.  Still wish AEW would do an infinite gauntlet PPV.  Basically 30 to 50 man gauntlet match.  Amazing concept when used right, that almost no feds do.

It's a nifty concept - the first two entrants go hard at each other because he can wrap it up before wrestler 3 and 4 and 5 come out, which offsets the Royal Rumble advantage of the last person is the freshest. In this format, the last guy might be sweating bullets hoping the match doesn't wrap up before he even comes out.

Dear God, I hope TK doesn't wanna wrestle.

They’ve got some buzz for this. It’ll be worth them trying to get Khan onto the Draft broadcast somehow. Of course, the problem going forward is that the angle is in the hands of Khan, Perry, and the Bucks, so I expect it to fumble quickly, but right now they have a little bit of something. I might check out Dynamite next week.

I don't dislike it, the angle or The Elite showing some balls that is, but TK's sell was horrendous. Not quite, Vince taking a stunner bad.

McMahon worked in the Stone Cold feud because he was the boss and everyone could sympathize with a bad boss they wanted to punch.

If Khan is going to become part of the story line going forward this won’t work. No one is going to sympathize with the billionaire boss who gets beat up.
