It's like when WWF Raw would switch over to WarZone. I'm pretty sure WCW had something similar too but I can't remember. I think it's cool, especially since they only do it on special occasions when basketball or something overrules them.

He wouldn't be doing this if he wasn't cleared to. If he died in the ring the company would be sued into oblivion.

He's been playing up his injury on twitch for weeks after not talking about it at all. This was all planned.

Now he's written off for a while so he can finish rehab and get whatever surgery he still might need and he'll come back and we'll get Omega/Okada V

There is no way he was cleared. He is literally hoping he could do the bumps without bursting a sac. If he burst a sac it would be an instant medical emergency and no one gonna clear him for wrestling given the impact.

Dug into this all with Brock, the way they get rid of the sacs, is to literally remove the intestines they are attached to. They do not go away otherwise, you just pray they do not get reinfected.
