So playing as Tails feels like the benchmark and blueprint for "little brother mode" of games. Tagging along with big bro like IRL. Just in the storybook version of little bro being 2p... do you think that molds ya? Like if you grew up and your brother was always the default first player, he picked Sonic... you created your own identity based on being Tails. Like are there Tails People? Anyone can and does play Sonic, but to experience the game FROM the Tails perspective only, which a lot of little bubbas did... do you think it's something that sticks with you? Something an older brother who was always Sonic cannot understand. He did not live it. Like if you bond with someone at work based on actions a Tails person can tell if you were another Tails person. Like it feels like a very unique middle child/youngest situation.
