Short answer: nobody knows. Long answer: PAC may have replaced Moxley in the BCC and they just aren’t doing anything about it. Or Moxley is currently recruiting new BCC members because Danielson is retiring. Or the Lucha Bros leaving threw a wrench in putting the Trios titles back on Death Triangle at Wembley to give PAC his moment and they are scrambling. As for Ospreay/Callis I think they might just be stalling until they decide what to do with Takeshita. Could see him showing up at some point and beating the holy shit out of Ospreay.

and still lose

I get what you’re saying but they all turned their attention to Danielson and didn’t expect Claudio and Wheeler to recover so soon. Then when they swarmed Perry they high tailed it because they are chicken shits. Still kinda dumb (like just wait until Danielson is leaving the arena by himself), but it wasn’t like BCC kicked their asses either.
