Right if I understand this correctly, I vote for 6, then vote for my top 3 from those 6? That's just judging by votes I've seen so far.

close, the songs are in head to head matchups, so it's 7v8 and 9v10

and the top 3 don't necessarily have to be the matchup winners - so you could use this to give a point to whichever one from 7v8 you don't pick

Wait a minute I think everyone except me put down 3 at least one time this vote. Just because it had top before it really should not matter. Because a 3 is a 3 and to quote Scott Steiner "the number don't lie". Just like the KING KID in the election thread I just beat all of you and undefeated.

This was a super fun round for me. Pushed me out of my musical ‘comfort zone’ to explore new music rather than my ‘same ol’. Thanks @admin.

Really enjoying The Mysterines. Last Dance is one of my new favourite songs. I also found a band called The Warning I am enjoying. Found out they are opening up for the Halestorm/Evanescence concert I’m going to in a few weeks so super stoked about that!

Honorable mention to Chapelle Roan and Remi Wolf. I almost went with songs from them.

The contest is definitely a lot more fun if we don't settle for the "easy ones" when it comes to a topic. I follow this dude randomvarious on tumblr, and he spends a lot of time scouring discogs and cataloguing music history ... some great posts. It's always nice to find the earworms that require some spelunking. 🥽
