This idea they keep going on about how all the main eventers who didn't win the chamber match don't have a path to wrestlemania is a rather week storyline idea. All it does to me is show there aren't any tangible feuds and stories leading into mania. Kind of a weird thing to flaunt... most of the main eventers don't have a program.

That was another reason why the EC match last night was so dull and uninteresting. They didn't set up anything for anyone coming out of the match. All it was was Braun powerslamming everyone and then losing to Roman. No intrigue going forward.

And that would have worked great as a plan for the match if there was a clear pay off for Braun, like I don't know, a title match at mania. Maybe I just remember past wrestlemanias with rose coloured glasses. Looking back at mania 17 I want to believe it was such a great build, but much of the undercard barely had any build. 

I guess that also means that Taker's retirement is set in stone.

I wouldn't mind seeing Biker Taker one last time. But that's it, no more.

The idea makes me more excited about the fastlane show. 

Or Taker may show up tomorrow night. Anything can happen.

They'll do something like Cena challenging Nakamura at Fast Lane to try and get into the Universal title match only to lose and then come back and have cut the same promo about no match at Mania again only for Taker to interrupt him and set up the match.
