Yeah, by the look on CPs face, that injury is serious. He’s not playing another game this season, IMO. He fucked something up in his previously injured hamstring. Warriors are taking this in 7. There’s no way Houston wins without Chris Paul.

What a finish.
So now, we're either gonna have Celtics/Rockets in the Finals, or we go to Game 7 in both. I don't see a split in this. It's either Warriors/Cavs III, or a fresh Final.

I really hope they both go to a Game 7. I’m more concerned about the Cavs getting there. Golden State is moving on especially if the injury to CP is as serious as it seemed.

Houston did their best to lose that in the final stages. It seemed like they didn't want to lose, instead of going for the win and they just never gave themselves a serious chance of adding to the tally. Fortunately the Warriors were well off and had some embarrassing turn-overs of their own, including the Draymond Green fumble right at the death. Usually when Curry is in that position, he doesn't miss so the Rockets have to be thanking their lucky stars. They also got pretty fortunate with the inadvertent whistle call, albeit the Warriors had more than their own fair share of strange calls. But that inadvertent whistle almost seemed like a pity call for Harden who had a shocker.
If CP is out, the Warriors will take it easily in the 7th. If the hamstring isn't that serious, it could go either way. At the moment, I'm leaning towards the Warriors experience to see them through but it's tight. Harden really needs to step up and I really don't like Dantoni's tactics.

What a game. Harden just looks physically and emotionally overwhelmed and exhausted, Chris Paul strapped the whole city of Houston on his back and carried it tonight, he's really won me over these last two games, hopefully he can still play.

I'm pulling for the Celtics and the Rockets in this one. Would be a nice to see something different without the names "Cavs', "Warriors", "LeBron" all over it.

CP told some reporter last night he’ll play game 6, but we will see. Rough blow if not. That game last night was ugly as shit, with Durant isoing every trip down the floor for long stretches and Harden/Paul dribbling it to death.
Honestly for me the play of the game was Harden dishing out to Eric Gordon for 3 in the closing minutes. I thought Harden was taking the shot for sure and he’d been miserable for a bit so I thought that was what was in GSW’s best interest but the dish back was a game changer.
I win a little bit of money if it’s Celtics/Warriors in Finals, but I won’t begrudge the Rockets for ruIning it for me.

This is what I think will happe regarding the ECF Cavs win tonight to tie the series, and game seven is going to be close and tight game entire game then Lebron will hit the game winning shot to lead the Cavs another trip to the finals.

LeBron had one of his typical King nights tonight to force a Game 7.
But I think if the Cavs want to go back to the Finals, LeBron will have to go beyond that, to full Super Saiyan mode in Boston.

So as expected, Houston stood no chance without CP3. The Rockets looked great in the first half, but we’re just dominated in the second half. Will CP3 play for Game 7? I am standing by my selection of Warriors in 7.
As for the other Game 7, Kevin Love is officially listed as out with the concussion protocol. I still think LeCavs win, but the King is going to need some serious help in Boston. The Celtics are undefeated at home this postseason and are night and day with home/road playoff games. I’m going to stick with the Cavs here, but it’s going to take everything Lebron got to get them to the promised land. I expect Kyle Korver to go all Mike Miller in this game and hit about 7 3’s. 7 for the 7 games both conferences have went to.
Let’s do this!

Call me crazy but if I was Tyrone Lue I would start Kyle Korver at the two, and let JR Smith play as a sixth man. Even though he struggle throughout the playoffs I would also played Hood for a short period of time.

The first half is in the books and the Celtics are up 4 at halftime.
Lebron James is playing like an animal out there. Jeff Green is the only other one who has shown up apparently. The Cavs need to help out Lebron or Boston is going to be 11-0 at home and on their way to the NBA Finals. This second half is going to be insane.

A little over 7 minutes to go right now. It’s intense and both teams are playing tough. Lebron is doing it all for Cleveland and he’s going to need Korver and JR to continue making those big 3s. The Celtics need Tatum to shoot more and continue to attack the basket.

Also, the fact Kyrie didn’t come to the arena for this game is disrespectful. Gordon Hayward is there and Kyries home. I know what this means though. It means Kyrie knows LBJ is unstoppable in Game 7 and doesn’t want to be there to watch them celebrate another Eastern Conference title.

Sucks the Cavs seem to be making another finals , this Boston team just stopped making open shots when it mattered most. Sick of hearing about their "great defense" this game.
Tatum is a fucking star.

If Brown and Roziar would have step up Boston would have probably won the series both were awful.

Eighth straight season. EIGHT STRAIGHT.
The King did it again. Sure, he might not win the big one if it’s against Golden State, but this is the best Lebron James ever. King performance.

The King left none living, none able to tell. The King took their heads and he sent them to hell. Their screams echoed loud in the place of their death. Ripped open they died. With their final breath...
They hailed the King.

Living in the moment when I say this: If Lebron leads the Cavs to the NBA Championship this year over Golden State, it would make him the GOAT. The numbers he put up this postseason and the amount of clutch shots he has had in the playoffs, it’s undeniable. He is a man possessed.
I can see the Cavs beating Houston in the Finals, but I’m having a hard time seeing them beating the Warriors. This is the most impressive LBJ of all time.

After 2016, James could have retired and we'd still be talking about how amazing he was on the court, but he just keeps producing amazing performances.
Boston started really strong, but you could sense when the Cavs got a sniff, the youth and inexperience dogged the team and they just didn't have that player they could turn to like the Cavs did. Still a great effort from both teams to make it as far as they did given all the issues both teams faced in the regular season.
Now let's see if the Warriors can make it. They've looked shaky thus far, but the injury to Chris Paul may have clinched the series for them.

I don’t understand what the problem is with this version of the Warriors, but it’s been so ugly. I don’t know what they’ll change if they lose tonight but it’ll have to be something.

They’re not getting away with a lot of their flashy play. They’re trying too hard to be flashy. Screen it, blame Nick Young.
Speaking of, anyone watch the YouTube Thrones show for the NBA? It’s genius and hilarious.
