I know this will probably be construed as rude but there are rosters that I like waaay more than Shin and KITN. Not sure why everyone is acting like they won already. I don’t get it. I was going to take RVD & Sabu because I was surprised they were still available, but you can’t pass up the chance to get the TLC Three. No way in hell. Plus the Dudleys are my favourite tag team ever, so... KITN would have been extra pissed. Really surprised RVD lasted this long though.

Side note: I’m mostly posting from my phone these days so if you guys notice mistakes or anything let me know. Editing the main post in the draft room is an absolute bitch.

Well, my original plan for my tag team wat the KoW. Then a certain boil on the anus of life went and drafted Cesaro. So my backup was Heroes Eventually Die, but Show drafted Aleister Black.

Ah I thought you were after RVD and Sabu. Drafting is so tough when you’re not sure who is going to go after who. If you want 80s stars you gotta compete with the old school guys, if you want 2005 ROH you gotta compete with PB and WMS, if you want current guys you have to compete with the younger crowd/current fans. part of me thinks you could have waited to grab Chris Hero once you lost out on Cesaro, but who knows. He’s an indie darling after all, and whoever took Cesaro might have also wanted KOW and snatched him up. So hard to know for sure.

I always underestimate him in these drafts, he doesn't seem to be very popular around the boards so I figure he would be around later on but he always goes around the 4th-5th round or somewhere about.

I had a feeling you were targeting RVD which is why I pulled the trigger on him. He’s not a guy I’d normally draft but as I kept thinking about it, he fit my roster really well. My strategy for these drafts are to draft a mixture of past workers and present workers to truly get that fantasy element. I understand why some guys only go for past wrestlers or current ones but I feel like getting a mix with different styles and backgrounds goes a long way.

Aleister, Andrade, Velveteen, and Roman were all guys I really wanted, and I was really banking on getting at least one.
So the last go around waiting for my next pick has just been crushing.

I was certain you picked Aleister Black and RVD back to back on purpose. I’m convinced current NXT Champion Aleister Black vs. Late 90’s Prime ECW Television Champion Whole Fuckin’ Show ROB. VAN. DAM. would put on a 5-Star match.
