-Intermission is briefly interrupted as the stream kicks back to a live shot of the backstage area. -Tyler Breeze is going ballistic in a hallway, flipping tables and knocking over anything and anyone in his path. -He shouts for Adam Cole to show his face, but Cole is nowhere to be seen.
-The cameras then cut to the parking lot where Marty Scurll & Hangman Page continue to brawl with Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish -As the fight ensues, Adam Cole comes screeching to a halt in a silver car. He shouts for O'Reilly and Fish to get in. -The pair do and the car peels off into the night, leaving Bullet Club in a cloud of exhaust.
-Another camera crew picks up The Revival also storming around backstage, searching for The Usos. -They don't find The Usos, but they do run into Marty Scurll & Hangman Page returning inside from the parking lot. -The potential NEW Tag Team Champions and the potential #1 Contenders stare one another down for a moment, then decide to go their separate ways.
-Then finally, yet another crew cuts to outside the female locker room. -Becky Lynch is just arriving with a gym bag slung over her shoulder. -Lynch looks at the cameras and peeks in the door. She says it's ok for the crew to enter. -As they walk inside, Lynch is smiling and talking about the Women's title match at Main Attraction, until she turns and sees what's in the centre of the room.. -...it's Bayley, and she's lying on the ground, beaten to a pulp. -Bayley is clutching her stomach and coughing up blood. The scene is horrific and chairs and her belongings are strewn everywhere. -Becky Lynch screams for the camera crew to go get help. She checks on Bayley and stays with her. -The cameras drop to the ground as the crew runs off to find medical staff.

A Lass Scorned-When intermission comes to an end the fans are welcomed back by Becky Lynch's music. -The Lass-Kicker stomps to the ring with a scowl on her face. -Renee Young "God I hope Bayley is ok. Whoever attacked her really did a number on her." -Corey Graves "Yeah, Renee, I might condone under-handed tactics now and again, but attacks outside a sanctioned match are cowardly and disgusting. Bayley didn't deserve that. Nobody does." -Becky Lynch snatches a microphone up from ringside and rolls into the ring, getting right to business. -Becky Lynch "RUBY! LIV! GET YOUR ASSES OUT HERE, NOW!" -The crowd cheers as Becky Lynch paces in the ring. - White Lung eventually begins to play and Ruby Riott & Liv Morgan slowly walk onto the stage, both smiling. -Ruby Riott "Yes, Becky?" -Becky Lynch "Don't patronize me, you coward. You know why I called you out here. You and your thumbsucking cronie get your asses down to this ring, right goddamn now!" -Becky is FURIOUS. The fans rally behind her and watch as she paces like a rabid animal. -Ruby Riott giggles to herself, clearly proud of what has transpired. -Ruby Riott "Becky, we totally understand why you're upset. But I'm disappointed to tell you.. we didn't do anything." -Becky Lynch "Bull! Get down here and put 'em up! We're not waiting until Sunday! Let's go!" -Liv is starting to get anxious, pointing out that they have Becky outnumbered. -Ruby puts a hand up and silences her. -Ruby Riott "Fine. You don't have to believe us, ok? We didn't beat up your little playmate, but we wish we did." -Ruby and Liv turn to leave, but Becky won't let it go. -Becky Lynch "I don't believe a damn word you say, so if you won't come down here and fight me, I'll come up there!" -Becky throws the microphone away and charges up the ramp! -Her emotions get the best of her and she attacks Liv Morgan first, getting a good shot in before exchanging blows with Ruby Riott. -But, of course, the numbers come into play and Becky is quickly put down by a kick to the back of the knee from Liv. -Ruby begins beating her down while Liv stomps on her. -With nobody to come to her aid, Becky is beaten to a pulp and eventually tossed off the stage to the concrete below. -The crowd boos as Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan laugh their way to the back. ++++++++++++++++++++ -The cameras cut to a swanky dressing room in the back and Cody Rhodes is seen pacing back and forth. -Behind him is Brandi, holding the ROH World Championship over her shoulder. -Cody's decked in his "American Nightmare" Bullet Club t-shirt, and he looks nervous. - Hangman Page & Marty Scurll walk into the room and when the door opens, Cody jumps and puts his fists up. -Cody Rhodes "JESUS Christ, you guys ever hear of knocking?" -Hangman Page "...this is our room too." -Cody Rhodes "What took you so long?" -Marty Scurll "We...got sidetracked." -Page and Scurll chuckle and bump fists. -Cody Rhodes "Oh you think this is cute, do you? You think leaving me exposed to go get a cheapshot in on The New Era is a good idea?" -Marty Scurll "Yes." -Cody Rhodes "THAT WAS RHETORICAL." -Hangman Page "Look, Cody, we know you're jumpy since the two guys we targeted right after showing up here are in a triple threat match with you on Sunday, but-" -Cody Rhodes "Not making me feel better, Adam." -Hangman Page "BUT....we didn't leave you alone." -Cody Rhodes "What? I know Brandi is tough, but let's be real here-" -Hangman Page "No..Dean is like, right there." -Cody turns around, confused. -Seated on a leater chair in the corner of the room is Dean Ambrose, reading a newspaper. -Cody Rhodes "What the hell!? How long has he been here!?" -Dean Ambrose puts the paper down and looks up. He has earbuds in his ears and pulls them out. -Dean Ambrose "Hm? Were you guys talking to me?" -Marty Scurll "See, Cody? Dean had your back the whole time, and you didn't even know. He's like a ninja. A crazed, Bullet Club ninja." -Hangman Page "And you gotta relax, partner. You think being holed up in this dressing room is good for you? What happened to the sadistic Cody Rhodes that BEAT Rusev in his first NEW match? The American Nightmare that laughed while I choked out KENTA with my noose? THAT'S the leader Bullet Club needs, and that's the Cody Rhodes that is going to leave Seattle with the NEW Television Championship." -Cody nods and holds his chin up high. -...that is until Dean Ambrose slaps him on the shoulder, really hard. -Dean Ambrose "Yeah, Cody.....chill out." -Dean slaps him hard on the back and leaves the room while the others look on. ++++++++++++++++++++ -Cameras then cut to a hallway where Ricochet is seen marching towards the arena. -The crowd cheers as he rotates his arms and creaks his neck, dressed and ready for a match. -Liv Morgan " SOMEBODY HELP!!![/i]" -Ricochet jumps as Liv Morgan bursts through a door, screaming for help. -Cameras follow Ricochet into the room and we see Ruby Riott lying on her side in the middle of the room. -A steel chair is a dented mess beside her and there's blood smeared on one wall. -Liv Morgan is almost in tears. -Liv Morgan "I JUST-...I went to the vending machines for some candy....I wasn't even gone 5 minutes! Oh god!" -Ricochet "GO GET HELP, DAMN IT!" -The camera catches Ricochet trying to support Ruby's neck as he checks her over while other crew rush off to find medical staff. ++++++++++++++++++++ -Inside the arena, Adrian Neville's theme hits and the fans go crazy!-Renee Young "Well this is a welcome surprise after the horrific scene backstage." -Corey Graves "Becky Lynch is nuts, Renee. How could she do that to Ruby without any evidence whatsoever that her and Liv attacked Bayley? It's insane!" -The fans give Adrian Neville a huge ovation as he points to the skies from the stage, then charges to the ring. -Neville takes a moment to warm up before posing again for the fans, clearly enjoying the huge welcome. -Corey Graves "How quickly people forget that Adrian Neville bailed on Tetsuya Naito just two weeks ago when he was being beaten to a pulp by Chris Jericho?" -Renee Young "So much happened in those moments I don't blame these people for forgetting Adrian Neville looking out for himself." -Corey Graves "Don't defend your husband's actions like that, Renee. You're better than that." -Moments later, Ricochet enters the arena while Rise Against blasts over the speakers. -Ricochet tries to play to the crowd, but he appears shaken by what he just witnessed backstage. -He shakes his head to try and get it in the game, then runs to the ring and dives through the ropes, rolling into the ring into a superhero pose- POW!![/I] -Adrian Neville lays Ricochet out with a Shining Wizard!! -The sadistic Neville covers but the referee refuses to count, noting that the bell hasn't rung yet. -The referee shouts at Neville, who shouts right back, telling him to ring the damn bell. -Fearing the worst, the referee backs down and calls for the bell. Adrian Neville vs. RicochetNeville covers again but Ricochet kicks out before the ref can even start counting. He rolls on his side and Neville mounts him, driving his fist into Ricochet's head over and over. The cheers and adoration for Adrian Neville disappear in a matter of seconds. The fans completely turn on him as he continues to pummel Ricochet. Neville gets up and walks to the ropes, telling the crowd to shut the fuck up. He spits the words through wirey hair hanging over his scowling face. Adrian Neville goes back to work on Ricochet, who is crawling for the ropes when Neville drives a knee into his spine. Ricochet cries out as Neville continues to beat him down for some time, focusing on his exposed back with knees and heels galore. -Corey Graves "I knew Neville was distraught about not making it to Main Attraction, but holy hell. Ricochet doesn't deserve this, and this isn't how you get recognized." Adrian Neville continues the onslaught, venting his frustrations on Ricochet's body. After beating him down some more, Neville drops to his side and locks in the Rings of Saturn. He keeps the submission applied until Ricochet has no choice but to tap out. Winner: Adrian Neville-Neville keeps the submission locked in even after the match is called and the bell is rung. -Ricochet cries out in pain as Neville wrenches his arms as far back as he can. -Ricochet starts to pass out as the referee pleads with Neville to release the hold. -He finally does, shoving Ricochet's face into the canvas in the process. -Adrian Neville sits beside Ricochet and looks at the crowd through matted hair, a scowl on his face. ++++++++++++++++++++ -Before the final match of the night, one last ad for Main Attraction plays and the match-ups are shown on the screen: NEW Presents Main Attraction KeyArena Seattle, WA

#1 Contendership to the NEW Tag Team Championship The New Era (Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly) vs. Bullet Club (Marty Scurll & Hangman Page) [/font] ++++++++++++++++++++ Elite Pain-The first team through the curtain are The Authors of Pain, led of course by Paul Ellering.-Akam & Rezar have blacked out gas masks on and Ellering is once again wearing a white suit. -The duo stand in the ring looking menacing as ever before removing their masks. -Next out are The Young Bucks to a tremendous pop. -The pop only gets louder when the IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega joins them on stage! -Matt and Nick flex on either side of Omega as he points at the ring and pulls the trigger. -Pyros erupt around The Elite as they head towards the ring. -Corey Graves "It's a rare sight to not see at least some form of gold around the waists of Matt & Nick Jackson. I wonder if these two clowns might finally know what it means to be humble." -Renee Young "They certainly do seem to hold titles more often than not, but they're more than deserving of that accolade. They might be the best tag team on the planet right now." -Corey Graves "If they're so good why aren't they fighting for the NEW tag titles on Sunday, Renee? Give your head a shake." -Matt and Nick pose on opposite sides of the ring while Kenny Omega paces at ringside. He keeps one eye on Paul Ellering while he keeps the other on the two behemoths joining his Elite partners in the ring. The Authors of Pain w/Paul Ellering vs. The Young Bucks w/Kenny OmegaThe final match before Main Attraction has the crowd in a frenzy. Matt Jackson and Rezar kick things off and go about the motions early on. The Young Bucks have faced plenty of bigger opponents in their time and they both know they have to have a serious approach against The Authors of Pain to stand a chance. Matt tests the waters with a stiff kick to Rezar's thigh, but that just seems to make him angry. Matt tries to duck behind Rezar and get him in a waist lock but Rezar's midsection is too big and Matt can't get a grip. He backs off before Rezar catches him with an elbow and Nick Jackson tags himself in. Nick launches himself into the ring and slams his arm across Rezar's chest, which has little effect. Nick backs into the ropes and tries a Spinning Wheel Kick, but Rezar catches him mid-air and slams him onto his back. Rezar covers but Nick kicks out right away and dives for the corner, tagging Matt back in. The Young Bucks regroup while Rezar flexes in the centre of the ring and roars at them. Paul Ellering smiles and applauds, and the camera catches him winking at Kenny Omega, who doesn't notice. Matt tells Rezar he wants to fight Akam, telling him to tag out. Rezar looks a bit confused, looking to Ellering for guidance. Ellering shrugs but is still smiling, as if to say "sure, why not?" So Rezar tags out and Akam comes in, full head of steam, and Matt Jackson gets his opening. He dives at Akam's knee with a dropkick, kicking his legs out from under him and knocking him on his stomach. From there, Matt Jackson launches a series of attacks, targeting Akam's exposed back. Kicks and elbows are followed by a standing Moonsault, and Akam tries to pull himself up with the ropes. Matt sees this and kicks his arm away, knocking Akam back to the mat. Ellering looks nervous and Rezar paces like a wild beast on the apron. Matt and Nick start to tag in and out with rapid succession, keeping Akam isolated from his partner for as long as they can. This works for some time and The Young Bucks use everything they have against Akam, but they can't get the 3-count. Matt eventually pulls Akam towards the centre of the ring to whip him back into the Young Bucks' corner, but Akam counters, spinning around completely and slamming Matt into the corner chest-first. Nick sees it coming and tags himself in. Matt is hoisted up by Akam and dropped with a German Suplex, but Nick is ready and when Akam pops to his feet, he dives at him with a Crossbody.. ...which Akam catches! He throws Nick out of the ring like he weighs nothing, then tries to tag out. Matt Jackson snatches Akam's ankle, holding him long enough to get to his feet. Akam tries to swing at Matt but Matt is ready and he ducks, catching Akam with a Super Kick! Akam is out on his back but Matt Jackson can't tag out with Nick on the floor, so he goes for the win himself. He catches Rezar unaware with a Super Kick, knocking him to the floor, then goes up top and tries for a Moonsault on Akam.. ...but Akam gets his knees up! Matt clutches his stomach and kneels beside Akam, who rolls him up, but only gets two. Outside the ring, Kenny Omega coaches Nick Jackson back to his corner, and Ellering does the same with Rezar. Both men climb up just in time for the hot tag, and they collide in the centre of the ring. Rezar catches Nick with a clothesline that flips him onto his back. Rezar pulls Nick to his feet and crosses his throat, signaling for the end. He tags in Akam, and they go for The Final Chapter, but Matt kicks Rezar in the back of the head as he hits the ropes. Akam is enraged and ignores Paul Ellering's shouts, and walks right into Matt's trap. Matt hits a guillotine on Akam then springobards into the ring, connecting with a dropkick. He immediately tosses Akam out of the ring and turns to Rezar, who gets up and targets Matt, not Nick, the legal man. Matt waves at Rezar as Nick blindsides him with a Superkick, but Rezar doesn't go down. The Young Bucks line him up and hit a double Superkick, then Matt and Nick both go to opposite turnbuckles and hit an Elbow Drop/Frogsplash combo to pick up the win! Winners: The Young Bucks-Akam scrambles into the ring just as the count is made, and he sees red. -Akam stomps on Nick Jackson's head and then grabs Matt, choking him. -Kenny Omega springs to action and the fans go wild. He drives his forearm into the back of Akam's head, knocking him straight out of the ring. -Akam topples to the ground and Paul Ellering gets between him and the ring, shouting at him to stay put. -Rezar crawls out of the ring and Kenny Omega gives him a shove with his boot for good measure. -The Authors of Pain back up the ramp, angry and frustrated. -Renee Young reminds us to tune in on Sunday for Main Attraction, live from Seattle. -NEW Live goes off the air with The Elite standing tall in the ring. White fireworks erupt from the stage as the music continues to play and the live shot of KeyArena floods televisions, smartphones, laptops and every other kind of screen across the world! NEW Main Attraction is officially underway from Seattle, Washington! -Mauro Ranallo "Tens of thousands packed into the historic KeyArena in the Pacific Northwest, and millions upon millions watching live at home! If you are one of the tens of thousands who subscribed to NEWTV, Honor Club or NJPW World over the weekend, welcome to paradise, and if you've been with us over the past couple months of NEW Live action, welcome back! This is what it all was building towards, and this...is only the beginning! WELCOME TO MAIN ATTRACTION!!" -Corey Graves "I can't remember the last time I was this hyped, guys. I've been like a kid on Christmas morning since Thursday night, knowing that everyone's hard work and sacrifice was about to pay off in a huge way. Now we're here, now it's real, and now we're looking at the future of wrestling and a historical night to kick it all off." -Renee Young "As much as it sounds cliche now to say this, I never thought in a million years I'd be sitting here with you fine gentlemen tonight, but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. This right here, this is what it's all about. We listened to fans, we gave them what they wanted, and now it's time to put on the biggest show of the millennium so far to show what NEW is really made of. I can't wait." The crunchy guitar of Kurt Cobain echoes through the arena as Shane McMahon steps into view, walking through the clearing smoke and grinning from ear to ear as the fans give him a warm welcome. Shane shakes hands with as many fans as he can without wasting too much time. He practically jumps up the ring steps, does a quick trademark Shane shuffle upon entering the ring, then gets down to business.-Shane McMahon "WELCOME...TO MAIN ATTRACTION!" After the crowd settles and the chants of "THANK YOU, SHANE!" fade away, Shane continues.-Shane McMahon "I'm not going to take up too much of your time, telling you all about my vision and my sacrifice and blah blah blah, but I will tell you this: tonight has been several years in the making. New Era Wrestling may only be in its infancy, but it's been an idea I've been running with for a long time now. And the only reason I'm here tonight, the only reason this show is happening, is because you all gave me the courage to do what had to be done to make this real. So thank you." Another huge pop. Shane says thank you to several fans near the ring, then says it into the camera to the people at home.-Shane McMahon "Now before we get underway, I have a couple quick announcements. First, NEWTV saw a record number of subscribers over the weekend, so much so that the website was down for several hours Saturday night. All that's been resolved, everyone that wanted to subscribe was able to do so, but the response from all of you over the past few days and way back to when all this started has been incredible. So to say thank you, we're going to do a couple things.." -Shane McMahon "New Era Wrestling is hitting the road after tonight, and we'll be hitting the east coast for the next little while. But we've got NEW Live shows booked all over North America for the forseeable future, and are working on some overseas dates as well. We're set, and we're happy to announce that from this point forward, NEWTV subscribers will be eligible for ticket presales and ticket discounts." Massive pop.-Shane McMahon "So what that means is, when NEW comes rolling into a city near you, if you're an NEWTV, Honor Club or NJPW World subscriber, you'll get early access to tickets and in some cases a discount. We're also throwing in free merch, discounts in the NEW Store, you name it. And to all you existing subscribers that didn't get the discount over the past few months, we've got your backs too, and you'll be receiving emails later tonight explaining your very, VERY special thank yous. So keep an eye out for that." -Shane McMahon "ALSO! When we start to wrap up our tour out east later this summer, we'll be venturing back west across Canada, bringing you a very special run of shows. NEW Live will hit up every major city across Canada that we can, and every single show will be an outdoor stadium show. I'm dubbing this The Canada Stadium Series, and there will be some very special stipulations to go along with that, so stay tuned!" The crowd buzzes with excitement, but it's becoming clear they want to get the show underway...-Shane McMahon "AND FURTHERMORE-" The crowd gives a heavily mixed reaction as Dean Ambrose's music hits, and the newest member of Bullet Club strolls onto the stage. Dean is decked in his usual attire of jeans, a blank tank top, and a leather jacket. He pushes his ragged hair out of his face and leans in to Shane McMahon.-Dean Ambrose "Blah blah BLAH blah BLAAAHHH MY GOD, SHANE. For someone that keeps saying he doesn't want to waste everyone's time, you sure don't know when to shut the hell up and go home." -Dean Ambrose "So if you're done talking, well, wait...even if you're not. Kindly do yourself a favour and get out of my god damn ring, before I walk down there and remove you from it." Shane is taken aback as the crowd cheers the prospect of the two going at each other.-Shane McMahon "Do I really need to remind you who you're talking to? I try to be a good boss, Dean. I try to be fair. But your actions lately are pushing me to my limit. You-" -Dean Ambrose "I WHAT? I WHAT, SHANE?" Dean is already standing beside the ring, and isn't stopping. Shane is out of time.-Shane McMahon "Whoa whoa, alright, look. I'm leaving, ok? Besides.... you have a match." The crowd pops, remembering Dean Ambrose is facing a mystery opponent hand picked by Shane tonight.-Dean Ambrose "Right, right. Your mystery man that is going to walk down here and put me in my place. Teach me a lesson. Do your dirty work for you. Is that right? Whatever, man. Send him out so I can beat the shit outta him in front of you." Dean Ambrose throws his microphone down and removes his jacket. Shane shrugs and motions to the entrance, mouting "send him out, then."
The lights go out...a spotlight hits the stage...then the crowd erupts when the image and music appears on the screen...MINORU SUZUKI EMERGES FROM THE ENTRANCE!
He steps into the spotlight, towel over his head, only his eyes and snarl visible beneath it. He looks up at Dean Ambrose, who we can tell is taken back a bit even through the darkness. He tries to hide it behind his usual bravado, but Dean is shook. Everyone can feel it, especially Minoru Suzuki.
No stranger to sending fear down the backs of his opponents, Suzuki takes his time walking to the ring, relishing in the fact that he's been brought in to dish out a helping of pain and punishment.-Corey Graves "I have never been so scared in my life and it feels amazing." -Renee Young "I'm obviously disappointed in my husband's decisions of late but I don't think it's fair that I have to become a widow because of said decisions." -Mauro Ranallo "Minoru Suzuki is as cold as he is vicious. Dean Ambrose had better be ready to take a beating here tonight if he's planning on surviving this match." -Corey Graves "The crowd seems to be happy about it." -Renee Young "Jerks." "KAZE NI NARE!!" The crowd shouts as Minoru Suzuki spins in the ring and throws his towel into the front row. He glares at Dean Ambrose, who rolls his wrists and hops back and forth, waiting for his moment.
Suzuki leans backwards into his corner and the referee calls for the bell.MAIN ATTRACTION SINGLES MATCH - NO DQ DEAN AMBROSE VS. MINORU SUZUKI
Dean Ambrose explodes from his corner the second the bell is heard, but Suzuki jams him up with a forearm smash to the jaw. Suzuki looks almost disappointed in Ambrose's decision as he watches him flop to the mat, as if to say "this was your plan?" Suzuki starts to dish out the punishment but Ambrose scrambles to the ropes and pulls himself onto the apron. As Suzuki closes in, Ambrose pulls himself to his feet and snaps Suzuki's neck over the top rope while dropping to the outside. Ambrose smiles and points to his head but all he's really succeeded in doing is pissing off Minoru Suzuki. Ambrose flips the apron up, preparing to search for a weapon, but Suzuki drives his knee into Ambrose's face through the ropes, knocking him backwards into the barrier. Suzuki climbs out of the ring and goes on the attack, driving stiff punches into Ambrose's head. Suzuki talks to him while holding a clump of his hair and slamming his bare knuckles into his face over and over. While Suzuki does this, Shane McMahon walks to the announcer's table and borrows a headset. -Shane McMahon "I'm going to get the hell out of here and enjoy the show from my office, but before I go, I just want to say to Dean Ambrose and anyone else back there thinking of joining those Bullet Club thugs: this is what you get. You think you're going to pull one over on Shane freaking McMahon? You think you're going to get two steps ahead of me and pull a trick out of some playbook that I didn't write and memorize? Think twice, or else this is your future." Shane slams the headset down and walks around the ring, patting Minoru Suzuki on the back before heading up the ramp, waving at the crowd. Suzuki barely notices as he continues to berate Dean Ambrose. He throws him back into the ring and Ambrose checks his head to find a trickle of blood emerging from his hair where his scalp is split open. Suzuki climbs back into the ring, loosens the tape around one of his wrists and uses it to strangle Dean Ambrose. He sits on his back as Ambrose coughs for air. Suzuki waits until he's on the verge of passing out before he releases, but seconds later he does it again. The referee is forced to intervene for Ambrose's safety, which makes Suzuki get in his face. -Suzuki "NO DQ!" -Referee "You're going to kill him!" -Suzuki "SO?" Suzuki goes back to work as Dean clutches at his throat. Out of pure desperation, Ambrose throws a low shot at Suzuki, catching him in the groin area. Suzuki cries out and falls to his knees, but Dean can't capitalize. He just slumps over and struggles to breathe. Apparently Minoru Suzuki wasn't mad before, but now he is. He hammers his fist into Ambrose's stomach, winding him as he already struggles to get oxygen in his lungs. Suzuki is relentless, crying out as he rains fists down on Ambrose's midsection. He then gets to his feet and holds the top rope, stomping on Ambrose's ribs and back before standing on the back of his neck and pulling himself up with the ropes. -Corey Graves "Just a reminder that all members of Bullet Club are banned from ringside, and I gotta tell ya I think that was a bad idea. Dean Ambrose could have 10 guys in his corner and I still don't think this would be a fair fight." -Renee Young "I'm not a member of Bullet Club." -Corey Graves "If you try to go in that ring I'm going to tie you to your chair. Don't even think about it." Minoru Suzuki drags Dean Ambrose to his feet and looks at him with disgust before winding up and driving his fist into his face again in a clear attempt to knock him unconscious, then covers his lifeless opponent for the thre-NO! Ambrose kicks out! The crowd applauds as Dean Ambrose flops onto his stomach after throwing his arm into the air. Suzuki only gets angrier. He grabs Ambrose's arm and pulls it backwards while pressing his knee between his shoulder blades, shouting something incoherent in Japanese while doing so. Ambrose howls in pain but won't tap, instead getting the arm trapped under him free and rolling through the submission to get on top of Minoru Suzuki and pound the ever loving hell out of him. Ambrose unleashes a storm of fists as he gets Suzuki in full mount and doesn't let up. We see that crazed side of Dean Ambrose that has been waiting in the shadows since he first showed up in New Era Wrestling. He grabs Suzuki's head and screams in his face before slamming his own head into his several times, then letting him go and looking up at the crowd with the same crazed look we saw the night he joined Bullet Club. Dean Ambrose gets to his feet and grabs at his hair, then wipes the new wound on his forehead. He leans back in the corner and waits for Suzuki to get to his knees, then rushes him and drives his knee into the side of his head, knocking him silly. Ambrose doesn't stop there, he just rolls through the attack and gets to his feet, pointing at Suzuki with a finger gun and pulling the trigger before backing into the ropes and hitting the same running knee attack again. Ambrose violently drags Minoru Suzuki to his feet and hooks him for the Dirty Deeds, but Minoru Suzuki falls to one knee and Dean can't connect. Dean starts striking him on the back, but Suzuki was playing dumb and stands upright, quickly knocking Dean backwards before slamming his open palm across Ambrose's chest. The loud smack echoes through the arena as Suzuki grits his teeth and growls at Ambrose. He waits for Ambrose to turn around and connects with another open palm strike that puts Ambrose down on one knee. He clutches at Suzuki's tights, and Suzuki just glares down at him, looking like a wild beast. Ambrose is beside himself. He thought he had turned the match in his favour, but finds himself on the receiving end of even more punishment. Out of pure desperation, Ambrose puts all his weight into shoving Suzuki backwards and rolls to the outside to save himself. Suzuki takes a moment before giving chase, but when he leans through the ropes to exit the ring, he's struck with a kendo stick from ringside. Ambrose kneels beside the ring, having luck turn in his favour for once. He throws the stick into the ring and reaches back under the apron for a steel chair before going back inside. He tosses the chair down and snatches up the kendo stick again, snapping it across Suzuki's back before winding up with a baseball swing right to the side of his neck. The crowd groans in unison as Suzuki topples over and Dean Ambrose falls to his knees, bleeding and exhausted. Ambrose throws the splintered kendo stick out of the ring, then crawls to Minoru Suzuki and pulls him to his feet. Ambrose hooks his arms, dragging him into position.. ...DIRTY DEEDS ON THE STEEL CHAIR!! Dean Ambrose covers as the crowd counts along, then roars as the bell sounds! Winner: Dean Ambrose
++++++++++++++++++++ The crowd can't help but stand up and cheer as Dean Ambrose fights back from the brinks of hell and puts Minoru Suzuki away!-Mauro Ranallo "I can't believe it! Dean Ambrose just pinned Minoru Suzuki!" -Corey Graves "If you're not gonna say it, I will: MAMMA MIA! I can't believe what I just saw!" Dean Ambrose lies on his back, coughing and bleeding...and laughing. It starts as a chuckle, but grows to full-on laughter as he rolls onto his side and puts one arm up in victory while holding his neck.
Ambrose rolls out of the ring and somehow manages to walk out of the arena on his own. He's bruised, he's bleeding, his clothes are torn and he leaves with less blood than he went in with..but he still stops for just a quick moment to look back at Minoru Suzuki and smile.

The view cuts to the announcer's table.-Mauro Ranallo "Earlier this afternoon as NEW stars arrived at the arena, our crew caught a conversation between two stars that nobody was sure they'd see. Perhaps we should have known better. Take a look." Tyler Breeze arrives at the arena with a gym bag slung over his shoulder. As he walks in the crew entrance, he immediately locks eyes with Ricochet, who appears to also have just arrived. Ricochet removes his headphones as Tyler Breeze taps his arm.-Tyler Breeze "You showed up too, eh? -Ricochet "Where else would I be? Didn't expect to see you here after Thursday." -Tyler Breeze "Yeah..I'm not proud of that. But, tonight is a fresh start and I can't think of any better way than being ready in case the unexpected happens." -Ricochet "My thoughts exactly. What, I'm going to sit in an empty hotel room and watch on TV? Nah man." -Tyler Breeze "Right. You never know, and sitting around waiting for your shot is the exact opposite of why we're here, right?" -Ricochet "Definitely, man. That's what we used to do. That's why we left." -Tyler Breeze "Absolutely. I feel better already." Ricochet bumps fists with Tyler Breeze and turns to walk away...
...but Tyler Breeze punches him in the back of the head! Ricochet falls to the ground and Breeze slams his gym bag over his back, then beats Ricochet senseless! The live crowd can't believe what they're watching as Prince Pretty continues to beat down on Ricochet before NEW staff and arena security drag him back out the entrance he just walked in, throwing him out of the building.++++++++++++++++++++ When we return to the live arena the lights are out, the candles are lit, the familiar whine of Code Orange pierces the air and the fans go absolutely wild as we get ready for the first of two NEW World Championship semi-finals matches.
A spotlight moves up the entrance ramp and stops on the stage where Aleister Black is seated. With his head bowed, the light casts a shadow over his face, but we can see the whites of his eyes glowing in the darkness as he looks down at the ring. Black gets to his feet and takes it all in for a moment before making his way to the ring.
Aleister Black pauses at ringside for a moment and the camera catches him through the ropes as he gazes at the empty ring. He knows the task he has ahead of him and he looks more than ready to reach out and claim New Era Wrestling's top prize.-Renee Young "I'm getting chills right now, guys. We're only on our second match of the evening and I just can't right now." -Corey Graves "Nobody can blame you, Renee. This is going to be a barn burner. And whoever manages to leave that ring the victor tonight has to do it all over again in tonight's main event to call themselves the first ever NEW World Champion." Aleister Black flips over the top rope and rolls into the centre of the ring where he sits cross-legged again. He faces the hard camera and looks out at the crowd, then takes a deep breath before turning his attention to the entrance. The piercing shinobue flute rips across KeyArena and the fans immediately go nuts. It fades out but is immediately taken over by chants of "NA-KA-MU-RA! NA-KA-MU-RA!"
The opening riffs of "Subconscious" fill the voids and the chants turn back into wild cheers. Finally, Shinsuke Nakamura emerges from the back wearing white leather pants and jacket. He poses on the stage and drinks in the adoration of the crowd before bowing as low as he can possibly go, then slowly looking up at the man waiting for him in the ring.-Mauro Ranallo "The energy in this building right now is palpable. These two men are about to put on one of the best matches I've ever seen and I'm not even going to hesitate to think otherwise." Shinsuke Nakamura makes his way to the ring as only he does, with his name and face plastered on every screen in the building, gyrating his legs and hips while flailing his hands along with his music. He's the yin to Aleister Black's yang, the light to his dark, the flash to his gloom. And both men seem to be fully aware of this fact.MAIN ATTRACTION NEW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SEMI-FINALS SHINSUKE NAKAMURA VS. ALEISTER BLACK Shinsuke Nakamura leans back in his corner with his brilliant white jacket hanging open. The camera peers over his shoulder and across the ring at Aleister Black, who is now in his own corner but still cross-legged, glaring at Shinsuke. Black scowls, Nakamura grins. The contrast couldn't be more obvious. Nakamura removes his jacket and hangs it on the top rope, then gives it a tug and sits down in his corner. He's happy to play Aleister Black's mind games and call his bluff, and gladly sits down and puts up his hands, telling Black to come at him when he's ready. Nakamura couldn't look more relaxed and content with himself, and as Aleister Black finally gets to his feet, his stone face shows a glimmer of a smirk if only for a second as Nakamura also pulls himself to his feet. The two start circling in the ring, and the roar of the crowd swells as the anticipation boils over and both men lock arms to Mauro Ranallo's call. -Mauro Ranallo "Here we go! Aleister Black and Shinsuke Nakamura lock up and fight for position. These two men know they'll have to pull out all the stops if they want to make it to the NEW World Championship finals and then do this all over again. Nakamura with a top wrist lock here but Black is going to flip his way out of this, and he does. A Leg Sweep and Nakamura is on his back now. Aleister Black hops to his feet and hits the ropes, Nakamura rolling towards him to cut him off. Black hops over and rebounds off the opposite ropes. Nakamura springs to his feet OH WHAT A DROPKICK!" Aleister Black slams to the mat hard as Nakamura sends him there with a picture perfect dropkick. Nakamura slinks to his feet and grins at his handywork before getting right back to business. -Mauro Ranallo "Nakamura not letting up one bit here, and we all know how relentless The King of Strong Style can be. Nakamura with vicious blows to Aleister Black, but Black fighting back now and muscling Nakamura into the ropes." -Renee Young "Aleister Black is freakishly strong for his size and Shinsuke Nakamura has to remember that before he finds himself-OH!" -Maura Ranallo "What a horrifying kick from Aleister Black! My God! Nakamura backed into a corner now and he's out of it after Black catches him with that kick to the head. Black wraps him up now and it's an overhead Belly-to-Belly Suplex!" Shinsuke Nakamura bounces across the ring as Aleister Black tosses him with little effort. Nakamura clutches his lower back and flops over in a daze, still not over that kick to the head. He rolls onto his stomach and tries to press himself to his feet, but Aleister Black is there with a sit-out dropkick to the face! Black goes for an early cover but doesn't manage to catch Nakamura off-guard. -Corey Graves "It's going to take way more than that to keep Shinsuke Nakamura down for a 3-count." -Mauro Ranallo "And Aleister Black knows it. He knew he wasn't getting that three this early and he's right back into now, working over Shinsuke Nakamura with those weapons he calls feet. Aleister Black applies a Calf Crusher now, but Nakamura grabs that nearby bottom rope." -Renee Young "Nobody knows that pain more than Shinsuke Nakamura, Mauro. That Calf Crusher is a deadly submission and Nakamura was right to not mess around and grab that rope right away." -Mauro Ranallo "Didn't do him much good though as Aleister Black keeps up the assault. Shinsuke Nakamura tries to distance himself by clutching those ropes and he pulls the referee into the fray to try and break things up." Aleister Black is furious as the referee shoves him away and Shinsuke Nakamura earns himself some time the cowardly way. The referee is sure to give him an earful but Nakamura shoves past him and drives his elbow into Aleister Black's jaw before he can regain the advantage. -Mauro Ranallo "That's the Shinsuke Nakamura we all know and that elbow to the face just put this match back in his control. Nakamura now with stiff chops to the body and OHHH what an absolute killer to the ribcage of Aleister Black!" Aleister Black kneels as he's pummeled towards the mat then doubles over in pain as Shinsuke Nakamura plants him with a full on soccer kick to the chest. Nakamura takes a second to look Black over, beckons him to get up and fight..and Aleister Black does! Nakamura severely underestimates Aleister Black and finds himself on the wrong end of a jiu-jitsu clutch! Aleister Black controls Shinsuke Nakamura and fights through the pain, shouting in his face as he drives his knees into Nakamura's stomach, chest and chin. Nakamura can't get away and he tries to block the knees with his own legs, but it's useless. He puts all his weight down towards the mat to try and break the hold but all it does is open him up to a vicious knee to the jaw from Aleister Black and a 2-count. Nakamura manages to throw up his arm but he's on another planet as Aleister Black crouches back in the corner. He waits for Shinsuke Nakamura to get to his feet, then tries for the Black Mass, but Nakamura falls on his back and the kick completely misses the mark. Black, thinking he's got Nakamura dazed and confused, goes to pick him up...but gets rolled up for his troubles! ...Aleister Black JUST kicks out! Shinsuke Nakamura almost steals the match out from under Aleister Black but he's unsuccessful. He crawls to his knees as Aleister Black continues to attack, but Nakamura blocks a haymaker from Black and stiff shots him in the ribcage. Nakamura props himself up on one arm until Black kicks it out from under him, then drags him to his feet by his hair. Aleister Black tries for a suplex, but Nakamura hooks his leg to prevent it and gets his head free before hitting a DDT in the centre of the ring. -Mauro Ranallo "And another 2-count this time for Nakamura. He's looking to put this one away and try to move on without exhausting any more energy, and Shinsuke Nakamura calls for Aleister Black to get to his feet." Aleister Black does...BOMAY-no! Aleister Black drives his foot forward and catches Shinsuke Nakamura with the heel of his boot! He literally kicks Shinsuke Nakamura out of mid-air, then waits for him to scramble to his feet... ...BLACK MASS!! IT'S OVER!! ALEISTER BLACK MOVES ON!! Winner: Aleister Black++++++++++++++++++++++ The crowd gets to their feet at the abrupt ending to the match, but the reaction is no different than if it was one minute or sixty. Aleister Black is moving on to the main event!-Mauro Ranallo "What a brawl and what a finish! Aleister Black stuns Shinsuke Nakamura and out strong-styles the king, and now he's going to the NEW World Championship finals!" Aleister Black kneels in the ring and breathes heavily as his music plays. He looks up and has his arm raised in victory, then glances over his shoulder at Shinsuke Nakamura.
Nakamura is out of it, looking at the lights and blinking hard, wondering how he got here. The cocky, egotistical Nakamura is gone and all that is left is the face of a scared, lost man.
Aleister Black bows his head in respect for his opponent, then rolls out of the ring, knowing that he still has a bigger obstacle ahead of him, and knowing that whether he wins the grand prize tonight or not, this won't be the last time he and Shinsuke Nakamura cross paths.

The view cuts backstage to a nice, well-furnished dressing room. Cody Rhodes is standing in the middle of the room with Brandi rubbing his shoulders. He cradles the ROH World Heavyweight Championship in his arms while Brandi coaches him along with positive praise for his upcoming match in the Television Championship tournament.
Hangman Page & Marty Scurll are also dressed for battle and seem to be going over some kind of game plan for their tag team match. Suddenly all three are interrupted when the door bursts open and Dean Ambrose stumbles in.Ambrose loudly staggers into the room, clutching his ribs and still bleeding from the head. Medical staff try to follow him into the room and he fights them off, slamming the door in their faces.-Dean Ambrose "I'm FINE! PISS OFF!" Ambrose slumps down on a leather chair as the others look on. He rubs his neck and ribs and groans in pain. He kicks a chair across the room and grits his teeth, then chuckles to himself.
The others are frozen in place. Cody decides to break the silence.-Cody Rhodes "H-...hey Dean." Ambrose glances up at Rhodes, almost disgusted with him, then grabs a nearby box of tissues and starts dabbing the blood on his head.
Brandi nudges Cody forward, urging him to say something. The others nod, and clearly something has been discussed before Ambrose got in the room.-Cody Rhodes "So, listen-" -Dean Ambrose "Not now." Rhodes slumps his shoulders but Brandi is insistent. He looks like he's about to leave the room, but he sticks out his jaw and a serious tone sets over the room.-Cody Rhodes "No, we're talking about this now. So listen and listen good: what you just did out there tonight-" -Dean Ambrose "YEAH?" Ambrose shoots to his feet and gets right in Rhodes face.-Cody Rhodes "...was god damn legendary. That couldn't have gone better!" Ambrose looks Cody over, rubs the back of his head...and smiles in agreement.-Dean Ambrose "You're god damn right it did." -Cody Rhodes "I wish I could have seen the look on Shane McMahon's face! Oh my GOD that must have been so sweet! He thought he had you, he thought he was going to humble you, but you dug down and brought out the Dean Ambrose that nobody wants to fuck with! The ball's in our court now, baby!" Marty Scurll slaps Dean Ambrose on the shoulder and he grimaces in pain. Hangman Page tells him to go get some ice while Cody Rhodes and Brandi exit the room together.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "MMMMMMMMMMMMMM..." Aiden English appears on stage to a nice reception from the crowd. He's decked out in a grey blazer, black pants, a burgundy scarf and matching round sunglasses.-Aiden English "How you doin', Seattle? Are you ready for a battle? We're settling Block A, which will end no other way. Walking out of Main Attraction, the TV Champ and his faction, The ones you can call.... RUSEEVVVV DAAAAAYYYYYYYyyy..." English trails off and lets the crowd finish for him. Drum beats fill the air and Rusev emerges with Lana at his side.-Corey Graves "Alright there's three of us and three competitors in the Block A finals here, guys. I got dibs on the Bulgarian Brute, the Machka Machine, Rusev. Who you got?" -Renee Young "KENTA!" -Mauro Ranallo "KEN-aahh. Crap. Fine." Rusev helps Lana into the ring as Aiden English walks around to the other side, slapping hands with the fans. Lana poses in the centre of the ring as Rusev throws out his arms and roars, green and red fireworks erupting from the ring behind him. As Lana exits the ring, a different theme song than we're used to hearing plays over the sound system, but the fans still know who it belongs to and act accordingly.-Corey Graves "Oh I love this." -Mauro Ranallo "Paying homage to his trainer, mentor and long-time friend, the legendary Kenta Kobashi.." ..KENTA walks onto the stage wearing his trademark yellow gi. He stands on stage for a moment with his head down, then points to the sky before looking up at the ring, and pointing at Rusev.
KENTA walks with a purpose, removing his gi and hopping into the ring, not waiting for Cody or the match to start. He gets in Rusev's face, who welcomes the challenge and towers over KENTA. The referee separates them for now. Then the music of the ROH World Heavyweight Champion hits and Brandi Rhodes walks onto the stage in a glittering black dress. She holds up her hand and Cody Rhodes walks to her, kissing her while holding up his ring hand, which is also holding the ROH World Heavyweight Championship.-Mauro Ranallo "He's held various championships around the world including the NWA Heavyweight Championship, and now the ROH Championship for a second time. But tonight is about a new championship, the NEW Television Championship, and Cody Rhodes had better be focused if he wants to win this match." Cody Rhodes and Brandi pose on the apron for the hard camera before Cody helps her down. He gives her his title and jacket for safe keeping, then enters and poses for the fans again while KENTA and Rusev once again get face-to-face and exchange words.MAIN ATTRACTION NEW TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP BLOCK A FINALS RUSEV VS. CODY RHODES VS. KENTA When the bell rings Cody Rhodes blows a kiss to the audience and doesn't notice that KENTA and Rusev weren't arguing, they were simply playing Cody. They stop jawing as soon as the bell rings and turn their attention to Cody Rhodes. -Corey Graves "Ohh I knew this would happen. Rusev and KENTA haven't forgotten that beat down Cody Rhodes, Hangman Page and Marty Scurll handed out early on in the tournament." Rusev and KENTA wait for Cody Rhodes to turn back around, and he freezes in his tracks when he sees the two men closing in on him. He tries to escape the ring, but Rusev grabs the back of his neck with his massive hands and pulls him into the centre of the ring. He gets Cody in a full nelson hold and exposes his body for KENTA to work over with surgically precise kicks. Rusev then lets Cody go and KENTA slams his chest with a stiff chop, sending Cody falling backwards into a lariat to the back of the head from Rusev. Cody slams into the mat face-first and the crowd couldn't be more pleased. Rusev then stomps on Rhodes' back and applies The Accolade, but after a few seconds KENTA kicks him in the jaw to knock him free. -Mauro Ranallo "Rusev trying to steal one there, but KENTA isn't going to fall for that." KENTA drags Cody Rhodes to his feet and tosses him out of the ring, then turns his sights to Rusev, who is crawling to the corner and shaking off the kick from KENTA. He pulls himself to his feet as KENTA lays into him with a series of stiff chops, but Rusev absorbs every single one and eventually stands up, sticking out his chest and beating it with his own hands as the crowd roars in approval. KENTA desperately throws a kick to Rusev's knee to take him down a peg, but Rusev catches his leg and holds KENTA in place for a second before slamming him to the mat with a open palm strike to the chest. Rusev drops an elbow, then hits the ropes and drops his knee square on KENTA's face. Rusev covers but only gets one. He takes control from there, working KENTA over with palm strikes before taking him to the mat with a hip toss and locking him in a rest hold. Rusev uses a chin lock to wear KENTA down and keep the smaller, more agile fighter grounded. Cody Rhodes is in bad shape from the vicious strike to the back of his head, but Brandi's coaching gets him to his feet and back into the ring. He toe kicks Rusev in the spine to break up the rest hold, then hooks Rusev's head and plants him with a snap DDT. Cody tries to steal the match with a cover but Rusev throws him off before the referee can even get into place. Rusev gets up at the same time as Cody and Cody tries a running knee strike, but it fails when Rusev catches his leg too. Cody tries to punch his way out of his predicament but Rusev just aborbs the shots and stands up, flipping Cody backwards. Amazingly, Cody completes the back flip and lands on his feet, but Rusev was prepared for that and drives Cody into the mat with another lariat. Rusev calls for The Accolade on Cody again as Lana and Aiden English cheer him on. This grabs Brandi's attention and the three exchange words outside the ring, but Rusev doesn't get his wish as KENTA is back on his feet and drops Rusev with a Backstabber. KENTA holds onto Rusev and wraps him up in a Coquina Clutch, and Rusev is in trouble with Cody still down! The referee talks to Rusev while Lana and Aiden English shriek from ringside. Brandi is yelling at Cody to get up while Rusev is bug-eyed and unable to breathe. He tries to press his weight onto KENTA to get him into a pinfall attempt, but KENTA shifts his body to keep one shoulder off the mat at all times. Cody has started to pull himself to his feet with the ropes, and KENTA becomes aware of this and applies more pressure to try and get the submission before Cody can break it up. He doesn't have such luck, though, and he breaks the hold as Cody staggers towards him to keep the match going. He tries to strike KENTA but he's too quick and Cody is too out of it. He falls to his knees and KENTA lines him up, kicking him hard in the head. -Corey Graves "Cody Rhodes takes a blow to the head every time he tries to enter this match. He needs to try a new strategy." Rhodes flops to the mat and is out cold. KENTA decides to cover while Rusev still gasps for air in the far corner. KENTA might have this won...no! Cody Rhodes shoots his arm into the air, somehow coherent enough to kick out. KENTA signals for the end, then drags Cody to his feet and hoists him onto his shoulders. The crowd rises as KENTA prepares for the Go To Sleep, but as he turns to execute, he sees Brandi Rhodes on the apron, distracting the referee. KENTA walks over to Brandi with Cody still on his shoulders, shouts something at her, then connects with the Go To Sleep right in front of Brandi! Cody Rhodes is out cold! Brandi screams in terror as Cody lies motionless on the mat.. ...MACHKA KICK!!! RUSEV DROPS KENTA OUT OF NOWHERE!!! The crowd erupts as Rusev folds KENTA in half with a devastating Machka Kick, then quickly applies The Accolade! Cody Rhodes is unconscious right in front of all of this, and isn't moving! KENTA is in serious pain, unable to escape! He thrashes his legs trying to find the ropes, but it's no use. He has nowhere to go, and his Go To Sleep was so effective that Cody Rhodes can't save him! Brandi shouts for Cody to wake up, but instead of Cody waking up, KENTA also goes to sleep. The referee calls for the bell! Winner: Rusev++++++++++++++ The crowd pops as Lana and Aiden English jump for joy at ringside. They slide into the ring and join Rusev in celebration as he has his arm raised by the referee.-Corey Graves "YEEAAHH! CALLED IT!" -Renee Young "Rusev wins Block A and is going to the Television Championship finals!" -Mauro Ranallo "Pete Dunne and Adam Cole certainly have their work cut out for them! They'd better hope their match doesn't go the distance again, or we're already looking at the NEW Television Champion!" Rusev celebrates his way up the ramp with Lana and Aiden English while KENTA writhes in pain and Brandi tries to wake up her husband.

When KENTA disappears behind the curtain, the fans are treated to the music of the IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega! The crowd goes insane when Omega's music hits and he quickly emerges onto the stage, his long coat open and showing off the glimmering IWGP Heavyweight title around his waist.
Omega raises his arm and poses as white pyros erupt around him, showering him in glittering fire. He then lowers his hands and points with double finger guns at the ring, where Cody Rhodes still lies motionless.
Omega stands in the smoke for just a moment, then removes his mirrored sunglasses and throws them into the crowd while storming down the ramp. He removes his coat and tosses it on the ground, wasting no time to get in the ring and stand over the fallen "leader" of the Bullet Club.
Omega looms over Rhodes and ignores Brandi's pleas for him to leave her husband alone. Omega doesn't even look at her as he smiles at Cody's predicament. He then beckons over the ring announcer and has her hold a microphone close to his face while he leans over Cody.-Kenny Omega "Bullet Club should have died with ME!" Omega then spins around, wipes his feet in Cody's direction, then removes the IWGP Heavyweight title from around his waste and holds it high in the air for all to see. The crowd goes wild as Omega stands tall and Cody is finally helped from the ring by medical staff. And the huge pops just keep on coming as Bouncing Souls hits and Sami Zayn walks onto the stage. He takes a moment to pace on the stage, eyeballing Kenny Omega from a safe distance.-Corey Graves "Sami Zayn knows he's in for the fight of his life. This is the shot he was hoping for coming when coming to New Era Wrestling and with the talent and unpredicability of NEW, who knows if he'll get a shot like this again." -Mauro Ranallo "Zayn having a look at the fallen Cody Rhodes, who is up on his feet now but unable to stand on his own. What a number KENTA did on him." -Renee Young "I know we're about to see a tremendous bout, but we have to mention Omega's disrespect to Cody Rhodes. The Elite have said for months that Bullet Club are done, barely afloat, a thing of the past...and yet as soon as Kenny Omega saw an opportunity to get in Cody Rhodes' face, he took it, and on the biggest stage NEW has to offer thus far." -Corey Graves "Bullet Club is seeing a resurgence and arguably the greatest leader they've ever had has taken notice, Renee. And we all know Bullet Club is for life." Zayn warms up in the ring as the fans stay on their feet and chant for both men. The bell rings and the two Canadian superstars square off.MAIN ATTRACTION NEW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SEMI-FINALS KENNY OMEGA VS. SAMI ZAYN The crowd stays red hot through the early stages of this dream match. Omega and Zayn try to feel one another out and exchange attacks and holds while grappling in the centre of the ring. Neither man can find an opening for several minutes but the crowd is right into it, loving every second of the grappling and mat-style wrestling. Sami Zayn feels right at home and Kenny Omega is just getting started. The announce team fawns over the two men in the ring until the match opens up. It's Zayn that gets the first series of successful attacks. He flips Omega onto his back and springs right into a standing Senton, then follows through with an Asai Moonsault while Omega lies on the ground winded. Zayn opts out of the cover, knowing it's far too early in the match to even attempt that on a man like Kenny Omega. Instead, he bounces to his feet, hits another Senton, then backs into the corner and beckons for Omega to get to his feet as the crowd rallies behind him. Omega clutches his ribs as he gets to his feet and Zayn tries to catch him early with a Helluva Kick! But Omega sees it coming and smacks Zayn's boot away, then chops him across the chest so hard he flops to the mat and cries out in pain. Kenny Omega wags his finger at Zayn, and now it's his turn. Omega shows great respect for Sami Zayn's tenacity by choosing to wear him down. He sits on Zayn's shoulder and controls his wrist, stretching his arm and shoulder for some time before getting to his feet and driving Zayn's shoulder into the mat with his boot. Omega then targets Zayn's dominant leg, driving his knee into the mat several times before pulling him to his feet and tossing him in a corner. Omega charges and leaps for an avalanche, but Zayn moves. Omega hits the turnbuckle with tremendous force and is winded, and Zayn capitalizes with a Neckbreaker and this time decides to cover, but only gets 1 1/2. Zayn gets to his feet and rubs his knee, clearly in some pain. He goes to pull Omega to his feet, but Omega punches Zayn in the gut then dropkicks the same knee. Kenny Omega takes charge, stepping on Zayn's knee as the ref counts him off. He then kneels down and tries to lock in a Calf Crusher, but Zayn feels it coming and manages to scramble to the ropes before the deadly submission is locked in. Omega stands up and lifts Zayn's leg high into the air, then slams his knee into the canvas. Zayn cries out and now he's full on clutching his knee. The referee checks on him and Zayn threatens the referee's life if he even thinks of ringing the bell, but the ref is clearly concerned. He tells Omega to back off while he lets Zayn try to get to his feet. He does, with the help of the ropes, then Omega immediately pounces. But before he can get ot Zayn, Sami Zayn slumps to the canvas and clutches his knee again. The referee informs Zayn he's going to call the match, but Zayn grabs his sweater and gets to his feet using the referee for assistance. The referee issues a final warning to Zayn, but he manages to stay on his feet this time, hobbling badly, and he throws up his hands and tells Omega to bring it on. Kenny Omega, not one to feel remorse, obliges Sami Zayn and immediately kicks his injured knee with a front kick. The pain shoots right through Sami Zayn's body and he immediately drops to his stomach and grabs his knee again. Omega argues with the referee, telling him to call off the match. He can be heard saying "I'm going to kill the guy," but the referee hesitates. So Omega goes to work. This time, he wrenches Zayn's knee, applies the Calf Crusher, and now Zayn is screaming with nowhere to go. Sami Zayn is almost in tears, the pain is so immense. Kenny Omega pulls on Zayn's foot and stretches his entire leg while shouting at Zayn to give up. But somehow...he doesn't. Sami Zayn refuses to tap out. The crowd, growing in concern, let Zayn know he's won their respect and tapping out is the only option. But he won't. Zayn refuses. But his body shuts down. The pain is too immense and his animal brain kicks in, forcing him out so he can live to fight another day. As soon as Zayn stops howling in pain and struggling, the referee calls for the bell. Winner: Kenny OmegaOmega immediately breaks the hold and throws Sami Zayn's leg away in disgust. He looks like he feels dirty, scowling while sitting beside Zayn and not celebrating. The referee immediately throws up the 'X' and Omega even waves to the back, knowing Zayn isn't leaving on his own.
Kenny Omega isn't proud of what he did, even though he just punched his ticket to the NEW World Championship finals against Aleister Black. He grabs the IWGP Heavyweight Championship and leaves the arena while Sami Zayn is tended to by officials.

Backstage, Cody Rhodes is up and he's fuming. He throws a chair across the room as medical staff try to calm him down. He starts to shout but gets dizzy, then is forced to sit down. A staff member warns he might have a concussion, but Cody disregards him and starts to rant about Kenny Omega. Dean Ambrose is nowhere to be seen, and Marty Scurll and Hangman Page do their best to calm Cody down before they have to get ready for their upcoming tag team match against Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish.
Elsewhere, we see separate shots of Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan, who are warming up for the NEW Women's Championship match.-Renee Young "Shane McMahon stated earlier today that the Women's Championship match was still up in the air, as Bayley and Ruby Riott were game-time decisions due to the vicious attacks they sustained last week. Well, a tweet just went out only minutes ago from the boss man, and it looks like the Women's title will now be decided in a singles match." -Corey Graves "This just worked out entirely in Becky Lynch's favour. I don't want to take anything away from Liv Morgan, but Becky Lynch is a multi-time world champion and far more experienced in every aspect. I'm leaning towards the idea that it was Becky who assaulted both women in order to get alone in the ring with Liv Morgan. I can't imagine what else could have happened." The view then cuts back to the arena and the fans cheer for British Strong Style as they slowly emerge from the back. Tyler Bate & Trent Seven emerge first, wearing grey slacks, white collared shirts and suspenders. They stand on opposite sides of the stage as Pete Dunne steps into view, wearing his usual maroon gear and a large fur vest. He presses his fist against his jaw and raises his arm in the air, and all three pose for the adoring crowd before stomping to the ring.-Corey Graves "Match of the night, calling it." -Mauro Ranallo "Easily the most anticipated match after how their last bout ended, Pete Dunne and Adam Cole look to find a clear winner here tonight to see who will face Rusev in the Television Championship finals." Pete Dunne warms up in the ring but immediately stops and glares at the entrance when Volbeat fills the air. The New Era step out onto the stage to a heavily mixed reaction, the crowd not forgetting their underhanded tactics last Thursday. Adam Cole is decked out in red and black trunks and flanked, as always, by Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish.
The trio head to the ring and pause at the bottom while Tyler Bate and Trent Seven step in their path. Adam Cole looks up at the ring and sees Pete Dunne leaning over the ropes, smiling at him and chewing on his mouth guard. The tension is palpable.
Bate and Seven step aside as Adam Cole walks through, but they immediately step back into the paths of O'Reilly and Fish. The referee starts to scold them from the ring, issuing warning before the match even gets underway. Bate and Seven relish the tension and grin from ear to ear, Bate twirling his mustache and begging either man to make a move.
Back at the ring, Adam Cole steps onto the apron and points, then throws up his arms..
"ADAM COLE, BAYBAA-" Pete Dunne strikes Adam Cole in the back of the head! Dunne throws a vicious elbow and knocks Cole clean off the apron! The fans watch as Adam Cole slumps to the ground outside.
The referee hears the commotion and spins around, still distracted by the other four men at ringside. He looks at Pete Dunne, who shrugs and says "he fell."
The referee isn't buying it, but without seeing what happened he is forced to continue on with business as usual. He allows Adam Cole to climb back into the ring before he calls for the bell.MAIN ATTRACTION NEW TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP SEMI-FINALS PETE DUNNE VS. ADAM COLE Adam Cole is dazed and ripe for the picking when the bell rings. Pete Dunne goes to work and the cheap shot from earlier gives him an early advantage, but also undoes all the crowd support he had going into the match. After The New Era used underhanded tactics to get a win on Thursday and lost the crowd, now British Strong Style finds themselves under the ire of the audience. No love lost in this feud and it's kill or be killed. Dunne has Cole on the ropes and fills him with rights and lefts like a boxer working over a lesser opponent. He unleashes hell on Adam Cole's ribs as he does his best to protect his head, sacrificing his body to stay focused. Eventually the pain becomes too much and he drops his guard, and Dunne connects with a right hook to the jaw that knocks Adam Cold through the ropes. Dunne doesn't let up and follows Cole to the outside, but the rest of The New Era get between him and Cole. This brings over Bate and Seven, who even the score and tempers flare just minutes into the match. The referee keeps order for now, but it's obvious that both sides are at a boiling point and things will only detereorate from here. Pete Dune shoves past O'Reilly and Fish and grabs a handful of Adam Cole's hair, but Cole throws a punch to the ribs that buys him a few seconds. He drops to one knee then presses his shoulder into Dunne's gut, shoving him backwards into the ring apron. Dunne's back bends awkwardly and he's hurt, falling to his knees beside Adam Cole. Cole struggles to his feet and throws Dunne back in the ring, then joins him and grabs his hair, slamming his knee into the side of Dunne's head. He connects a few times then drags Pete Dunne to his feet, sending him across the ring with an Irish Whip. Dunne hits the corner so hard he falls face down, and then tries to get up. But as he pushes himself upwards, Adam Cole dropkicks him square in the face and covers for 2. Pete Dunne clutches his back and Adam Cole starts to take control. He kicks Pete Dunne in the spine then drags him into the centre of the ring where he applies a Camel Clutch. This goes on for some time as Adam Cole sees opportunity in working Pete Dunne's back, and he takes his time doing so. The Camel Clutch lasts for what must feel like an eternity for Pete Dunne, but he manages to stay in the match and eventually pries Adam Cole's hands from around his chin and wrenches his fingers. Cole has to break the hold or break his hand, and Dunne rolls onto his back and hits a Monkey Flip. Adam Cole lands on his feet, waits for Pete Dunne to get up, then hits a Super Kick! Cole gets 2 again, then tries for a Corona Kick, but Pete Dunne catches his foot and drops Cole onto his stomach, then locks in an Ankle Lock! The crowd rises as Pete Dunne gets the Ankle Lock square in the centre of the ring. Adam Cole tries to roll onto his back but Dunne has full control. He keeps Cole in the centre of the ring for some time, but his constant attempts to roll onto his back and release the pressure forces Dunne to the side of the ring where Adam Cole eventually grabs the ropes. Dunne tries to pull Cole back towards the centre of the ring, but Adam Cole gets onto the apron and is pulled to safety by Fish & O'Reilly. Trent Seven and Tyler Bate object to this and get in their faces. But New Era anticipated this and they hide behind Adam Cole, knowing that if either member of British Strong Style hit him, Pete Dunne will be DQ'd. Cole smiles, Bate and Seven scowl...but then Pete Dunne snatches a handful of Adam Cole's hair and drags him into the ring! Fish and O'Reilly are exposed, and that's when all hell breaks loose! Tyler Bate punches Kyle O'Reilly and the brawl is on! The referee shouts at the four men outside the ring while Pete Dunne drags Adam Cole into the ring. Dunne sets him up for the Bitter End, but Adam Cole flips out of it and lands on his feet, connecting with a Front Kick! Dunne drops onto his back and Adam Cole covers, but the referee isn't there! He grabs the ref by his pant leg and gets his attention, but in doing so allows Pete Dunne to get up. Dunne sets up for the Bitter End again, but when he hoists Adam Cole into the air, his back gives out! Adam Cole flops to the mat and can't believe his luck! He sees Dunne get up, clutching his back, then backs into the ropes and lunges forward...CORONA KICK!! DUNNE IS OUT COLD! Winner: Adam ColeThe crowd can't believe it as the match ends somewhat abruptly, and Adam Cole is declared the winner!-Mauro Ranallo "Adam Cole is going to the Television Championship finals against Rusev, but this feud right here is far from over." -Renee Young "Adam Cole gets the first win in what is sure to be a series of epic matches between these two factions." Pete Dunne writhes in pain in the ring, clutching his back. Meanwhile, Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly throw Trent Seven and Tyler Bate into the ring. Dunne is unable to help them and O'Reilly and Fish have gained the upperhand outside the ring.
Seven spins to his feet and looks at O'Reilly, but Adam Cole drops him with a blindsided Super Kick. Tyler Bate crawls to his feet as Fish and O'Reilly enter the ring, and falls victim to Chasing The Dragon.
Adam Cole moves on to the finals and The New Era stand tall on the stage, while British Strong Style lie in the ring, tasting serious defeat for the first time in a long, long time.

British Strong Style head to the back alongside the stage, dejected. Pete Dunne walks ahead of his stablemates, sore and angry. As they disappear behind the stage, a new theme hits and the crowd erupts for Becky Lynch!Lynch appears to a tremendous pop and throws up her arms as steam billows from the stage and is shot into the air. She's decked out in new grey and gold attire and has a dark grey trenchcoat flowing behind her as she high-fives fans along the entrance.
The camera cuts to ringside where a small podium is set up and a red cloth covers what is most likely the NEW Women's Championship. Lynch hands off her goggles to a young girl in the front row before eyeing the podium and climbing into the ring.-Mauro Ranallo "With Bayley and Ruby Riott now ruled out of this match officially, Becky Lynch's odds have greatly increased as she takes on the much less experienced Liv Morgan in a singles match for that Women's title." -Corey Graves "Which is EXACTLY why this match should be canceled an a full-scale investigation launched, Mauro." -Renee Young "Shut up, Corey. Becky Lynch is beside herself and could even be traumatized by what happened to Bayley. That was the most violent attack I've seen in my entire career." -Corey Graves "Ruby was attacked too, Renee! You don't know what Liv is feeling right now either!" Becky paces in the ring as the fanfare fades out. She scowls at the entrance way waiting for Liv Morgan to show her face. Becky is steaming, and now that she's removed her trenchcoat we see she's wearing one of Bayley's arm bands.
She keeps pacing in the ring but nothing happens for a few moments. Then the lights dim and Liv's entrance is expected, however she appears on the screen above the stage instead, and on all the screens and monitors throughout the building. Even the concession area and the screens at the announce booth are taken over and confusion starts to set in amongst the technical crews and announce team.
Liv has her hair in her usual large pig tails but her hair is died a deep red colour with black tips. She smiles from the screens for a moment and the only clue to her whereabouts is that she's in front of a concrete wall in a poorly lit area.-Liv Morgan "Hello everyone! Hello Becky. Now, before you all jump to conclusions about why I'm appearing in this manner, I just want to let you know that yes, I am in the building and yes, I do plan on coming out there to claim MY Women's Championship...but first.." Liv smiles from ear to ear and blinks slowly. Her eyes are wide and manic, her smile is hiding something sinister. -Liv Morgan "..first I want to tell Becky Lynch, and all of you in attendance tonight, that it's true. You were right to suspect me, Becky. You were right, you saw right through my little act. You knew what you were dealing with when nobody else did. And yet you came out here tonight anyway, knowing what was in store for you." Liv cocks her head to the side and strokes her pigtails inquisitively. -Liv Morgan "Or did you?" -Liv Morgan "For those of you still looking at me with screwed up faces, let me dumb it down: I attacked Bayley. I attacked Ruby. It was alllllll meeeee." As Liv says this, she twirls around with arms outstretched, giggling like a child with that soulless grin still plastered on her face.
Inside the ring Becky Lynch starts to flip out. She kicks the ropes and shouts at Liv to drop the theatrics and get to the ring.-Liv Morgan "I attacked Bayley because she was weak, and could be so much more. I saw a glimmer of what she could be when she suckered you in with a hug and beat you clean in under 10 seconds, Becky. But she felt remorse, and I knew she wouldn't tap in to that killer instinct that could make her great." -Liv Morgan "I attacked Ruby because I was tired of living in her shadow. I put her in her place and now I call the shots! As it always should be!" -Liv Morgan "I attacked them both and spilled their blood because I knew how to make them better, and did it the only way I could. I'm sick of hugs, I'm sick of flipping tables and calling it a riot. I'm just plain... sick." The smile disappears and Liv bows her head with a scowl now. She looks up at the screen without moving her head, then raises a mask and straps it onto the top of her head.
The mask is white with crude make-up smeared on the eyes and mouth. Liv looks back up so that we can see her face, and she winks at Becky.-Liv Morgan "Judging by that look on your face, I was right. You really didn't expect what is going to happen to you tonight, did you? Of course not. No, I didn't attack Bayley and Ruby because I wanted to fight you one-on-one, Becky. No, I attacked them to rise to power and make sure that tonight, you were in that ring alone[/i]." Panic starts to set in as the lights flicker in the arena. On screen, Liv slides the horrifying mask over her face and leans in close to the camera. -Liv Morgan " Welcome to my dollhouse, Ms. Lynch." The lights flicker again and then the arena goes dark, as do the screens everywhere in the building. Liv cackles to herself and it echoes through the arena as music begins to play.
The arena stays dark for some time until a bright spotlight hits the centre of the ring, where Becky is standing. She's startled, then throws up her hands out of pure instinct, spinning in circles, trying to make herself ready for what's coming.
Another spotlight hits a corner of the ring. A woman dressed entirely in black leans on the turnbuckle, looking down at her feet. She raises her head slowly and we see she's wearing the same twisted mask that Liv was wearing.
Becky is taken aback for a split second, squinting her eyes, trying to see through the blinding light surrounded by darkness. The woman tilts her head slightly, then Becky lunges for the corner, but the spotlight goes out.
The corner stays dark for a moment, then the light comes back on and Becky is leaning forward in the corner, having hit nothing but empty space and a turnbuckle pad. She looks at the corner, then at her hands, then tries to search the darkness surrounding her.
The taunting music continues to play as Becky turns around and a third spotlight hits the opposite corner. The woman in black is leaning in that corner now, same outfit, same mask. She taunts Becky with a curious wave, flicking her fingers at Becky but otherwise not moving.
Becky sprints across the ring to try and get her hands on Liv, but again the spotlight turns off and Becky slams into the corner. When the spotlight comes back on she's on her back, clutching her chest and gasping for air, and Liv is gone.
All the lights turn off save for the one in the centre of the ring. Becky struggles to get back to the light, still trying to catch her breath. She stands in the spotlight, feeling safe in the only area she can see, all the while the music still playing and the lights refusing to come back on.
Then another spotlight flicks on and this time it's directed at the stage. Liv Morgan appears wearing a black tank top, a black skirt, and that twisted doll mask. Her wild red pigtails are a dead giveaway and the fans begin to clue in, stirring in the darkness.
Liv skips down the ramp, the spotlight following her. She pauses halfway down the ramp, doubles over in sick laughter, then stands up straight and waves at Becky again.
In a flash of light the whole arena is illuminated and at first the light blinds Becky Lynch and everyone in attendance, but the viewers at home see two dark silouhettes behind Lynch, and she quickly realizes she isn't alone in the ring. Two women dressed in black with the same masks as Liv Morgan stand behind her, ready to pounce. Becky turns around but before she even lays eyes on them, one slams her forearm into the side of Becky's head and knocks her to the ground.
From there the beat down begins, and it's not your usual beat down. The two women kick the living hell out of Becky, laying boots to her ribs and back, landing stiff kick after stiff kick. Becky cries out but is quickly silenced when another hard kick lands, and eventually all she can do is try to get away.
Becky protects her ribs and attempts scramble away, but the two women grab her hair and slam her back to the ground. One mounts her back and starts raining elbows to the back of Becky's head while the other continues to lay kicks to her midsection. Becky is screaming for help between short breaths, as each successful kick knocks the wind out of her and compresses her ribs.
Liv Morgan skips circles around the ring with her hands behind her back. She blows kisses and taunts Becky from afar while the snuff film taking place in the ring continues on against everyone's wishes. Liv then stops at the small podium holding the Women's title and removes the red velvet cover, revealing the black and silver championship.
Liv Morgan's eyes twinkle from behind her grotesque mask and she giggles like a kid on Christmas morning, unwrapping a gift. She snatches up the title and proudly places it over her shoulder, then climbs into the ring and begins to dance to the music while the beating continues. One woman has Becky in a sleeper hold while the other kicks her in the stomach.
Becky begins to spit out blood. It splatters down her chest and stomach but the beating doesn't stop. Liv Morgan dances gracefully around the scene with the NEW Women's Championship over her shoulder as the crowd begs her to put an end to this.
Liv obliges a few seconds later, stopping in her tracks and clapping her hands twice. The women immediately stop and go stiff, dropping Becky Lynch to the canvas. Becky lies still, struggling to breathe, still coughing up blood, her chest mostly covered now. Liv Morgan stands proudly over Becky and beckons the two women to strap the Women's Championship around her waist. They do so, then each stand on either side of Liv Morgan at full attention, not looking anywhere but straight forward.
Liv Morgan then removes a fourth mask from her tank top and brings it down slowly, placing it gently on Becky's face. As soon as she does, the arena goes completely dark.
A few seconds later, the spotlight hits the centre of the ring again and Liv and the two women are gone. Becky Lynch lies still, but shortly after the light hits her she snaps her chest upward and draws in a deep breath. She stands up as if nothing had happened, standing in the centre of the ring at full attention. The twisted mask covers her face but her chest and stomach are still dripping with blood. She tilts her head slightly as the spotlight goes out.INTERMISSION

During the break the fans are shown a recap of the first half of the show.
Dean Ambrose confronting Shane McMahon before his amazing victory over surprise opponent Minoru Suzuki, and his subsequent celebration with Bullet Club. The Television Championship finalists are shown before they square off, Rusev & Adam Cole. Then the World Championship finalists, Aleister Black & Kenny Omega, are also shown. And finally the heinous attack by a masked, twisted Liv Morgan and two mysterious women. Liv Morgan vanishes with the Women's Championship and Becky Lynch disappears shortly after, seemingly under Morgan's spell.
The announce team is beside themselves after what they witnessed, still reeling even after the intermission.-Corey Graves "A sick part of me actually enjoyed that, like the rush you get when you watch a horror movie. But at the same time, I'm disgusted and enraged." -Mauro Ranallo "In a matter of days we went from asking ourselves who the mysterious attacker was that took Bayley and Ruby Riott out of the picture, to finding out it was Liv Morgan herself, betraying her only ally and showing a calculated, vicious side of herself that I don't think anyone expected." -Renee Young "But she traded one ally for two, maybe three, and they appear to be under some sort of spell. I don't even know what to say to that, I still feel nauseaous after seeing what they did to poor Becky." Then the music of Marty Scurll hits and the deranged tone of the evening carries right along. The arena darkens and lights blink and sway around the stage while Scurll slowly emerges from the entrance, adorned in his usual feathery coat and old timey doctor/alchemist get up.
Scurll twirls his Bullet Club umbrella on his shoulder as he saunters to the ring and takes his time to enjoy the crowd's reaction.-Corey Graves "Bullet Club may be a shell of its former self after last year's civil war between the OGs and The Elite, but the spirit lives on through men like Marty Scurll and his partner, and if they win this match they'll be positioned to grab NEW tag team gold in no time." -Renee Young "Not to mention that the addition of Dean Ambrose has given the group a resurgence. If they continue to click as they have, they'll be back on top of the industry before we know it." -Corey Graves "Keep it in your pants, Renee." As Marty Scurll continues to play to the crowd, a new theme hits and the arena remains dark. But the lights and fanfare take a solemn turn as the stage illuminates in a deep blue glow.
After a moment a spotlight hits the entrance and Hangman Page is standing in the dark, wearing black trunks & boots, as well as a black jacket. He has a bull rope tied in a noose hanging loosely around his neck, and he stares at the floor for a moment before raising his head and his arms in unison.
The spotlight follows Page as he walks to the ring. He stops near the end of the ramp and removes the noose from around his neck, then places it around the neck of a female fan.-Corey Graves "THAT'S SICK! SOMEONE STOP HIM!" Page grins at the fan and she seems to be enjoying herself. Page then climbs into the ring and joins Marty Scurll.-Renee Young "I guess that noose can be used for a different kind of choking." -Corey Graves "RENEE!" Hangman Page and Marty Scurll stand side-by-side and give a "Too Sweet" to the audience. Then for the second time in the evening (but not the last), Volbeat blasts into the arena and the fans rise to their feet. Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish stomp onto the stage and stand together as strobes and spotlights sway around the arena."Let's get ready to rumble!" BOOM! A huge eruption of gold pyros blow up behind the stage as O'Reilly and Fish slam their fists together and storm their way down the ramp. The fans pop again as they both dive under the bottom rope and don't waste a moment getting their hands on the Bullet Club!MAIN ATTRACTION #1 CONTENDERSHIP TO THE TAG TEAM TITLES BULLET CLUB VS. THE NEW ERA Kyle O'Reilly exchanges fists with Hangman Page while Bobby Fish trades blows with Marty Scurll. This goes on for a moment until the referee forces himself in between the two teams and puts himself in harm's way to restore order. He manages to get Hangman Page and Kyle O'Reilly forced apart and shouts at them to exit the ring. Words are exchanged as the two separate, but Hangman Page is fired up and won't stop yapping. The referee puts his shoulder into his chest and forces him back into a corner, and Kyle O'Reilly sees a window. Marty Scurll has Bobby Fish in the corner and is laying boots to him. Kyle O'Reilly jams his heel into the back of Scurll's knee, dropping him to the canvas. O'Reilly quickly exits the ring as Page shouts from his corner, but the referee missed it. O'Reilly exits the ring and immediately tags himself in to allow Bobby Fish to roll to the outside and recover. O'Reilly leaps over the ropes and drives his boot into the back of Marty Scurll's head, who is kneeling and favouring his knee. The stomp puts Scurll face down on the mat and O'Reilly immediately starts driving his knee into Scurll's ribs. He does this several times before snatching Scurll's left arm and applying pressure to Scurll's shoulder with his knee. O'Reilly stretches Marty Scurll's left shoulder and pectoral muscle, taking his time and hammering his fist into Scurll's ribs every so often. This goes on for some time while Kyle O'Reilly makes sure to taunt Hangman Page every chance he gets. Eventually Marty Scurll manages to pull his legs beneath him and release enough pressure to get into a seated position. He wraps his free arm around Kyle O'Reilly's head, pushes himself into the air, then drops to his side, hitting a snapmare on O'Reilly to free himself. Scurll is heavily favouring his left side but he manages to scramble to his corner and tag in Hangman Page. O'Reilly manages to get to his feet before Page can attack, but he stumbles backwards and hits the ropes. When he does, his own momentum causes O'Reilly to lunge forward and Hangman Page hits a vicious Big Boot that causes Kyle O'Reilly to do a complete back flip. Bobby Fish scrambles into the ring as the refere counts, but O'Reilly manages to kick out before the save can be made. One stiff kick turns the match in Bullet Club's favour and now Hangman Page takes his time to work over Kyle O'Reilly. Page hammers O'Reilly with closed fists and kicks that earn several warnings from the referee, but Page doesn't seem to mind. O'Reilly fights back where he can with strikes to the midsection but Page generally shrugs them off and continues working him over. Page and Scurll tag in and out of the match for some time, keeping O'Reilly isolated and wearing him down to a pulp. But they may have selected the wrong opponent to work over because the tenacious Kyle O'Reilly simply refuses to stay down for the count. Bobby Fish is eager for a tag when Kyle O'Reilly finally gets some room and hits Marty Scurll with an enziguri. This buys O'Reilly time but as he drags himself towards his corner, Hangman Page throws protocol out the window and darts across the ring, stomping Kyle O'Reilly on the back of the head and slamming his forearm into Bobby Fish's perfect mustache. The referee grabs Hangman Page and spins him around, shouting in his face. The fans start to boo and call for the bell, but the ref opts to let this one slide and continue the match. The announce team speculates if Bullet Club's pull has something to do with Page getting away with a blatant offense but Mauro Ranallo squashes it and chalks it up to the referee feeling the match deserves a clear winner, and that this is a new territory and Bullet Club should be treated on the same level as everyone else. Then the conversation turns to Kyle O'Reilly, who exacts some revenge by getting to his feet and crushing Hangman Page with a stiff kick to the back of his neck. Page flops forward and falls through the ropes on his way out of the ring and the referee issues another warning, this time to O'Reilly. No matter, though, because Bobby Fish quickly grabs the official's attention when he sprints around the ring and boots Hangman Page in the ribs! Fish then drags Page to his feet by his hair and slams him into the crowd barrier, then stomps away at his midsection. Hangman Page fights to his feet and grabs Bobby Fish by his ears, then spins him around and throws him over the crowd barrier! Back in the ring, the referee doesn't see Kyle O'Reilly stalking Marty Scurll, who is also distracted by the attack and complaining to the referee. When he turns to face his opponent, Kyle O'Reilly boots him in the groin and then drags him to the canvas with a guillotine choke! Marty Scurll has nowhere to go and can't breathe, and he has no choice but to tap out! Winners: The New EraKyle O'Reilly keeps the pressure on for a few more seconds for good measure, then releases and scurries out of the ring. Marty Scurll is in no shape to give chase, but O'Reilly has other plans. He doesn't even pause to celebrate, he simply dashes into the crowd to help out Bobby Fish.
Hangman Page has Bobby Fish against a railing and is beating him senseless when Kyle O'Reilly lunges up the stairs and elbows Page in the back of the head, making the save. Kyle O'Reilly then drags Hangman Page back down the steps and throws him against the crowd barrier, then continues to stomp and kick away at him.
That's when Cody Rhodes comes sprinting down the ramp with a head of steam and dives over the crowd barrier at Kyle O'Reilly, but not far behind is Adam Cole who makes a bee line for Rhodes. -Mauro Ranallo "Adam Cole is fighting for the Television Championship tonight, has already fought in a match, and yet he's still out here making the save! I can't believe it!" Then all three members of British Strong Style come barreling down the ramp and seize their opportunity to exact some revenge, splitting up and attacking all three members of The New Era. Bullet Club manage to regroup on the stairs in the audience and after seeing New Era and BSS exchanging blows, they decide it's a good time to make their exit.
...but as they back up the stairs, the fans roar as Dean Ambrose appears above them from the concession area! And Ambrose is holding a black steel chair!
Rhodes, Page and Scurll look at one another, then up at Ambrose. He glares at the trio on the steps below him, then simply points the chair in the direction of Adam Cole. Ambrose walks up beside Cody Rhodes and throws an arm over his shoulder, then presses the chair against Rhodes' chest and says something in his ear. Ambrose slaps Rhodes on the shoulder hard, and Rhodes' eyes narrow. He storms down the steps and hops over the crowd barrier..
...WHAM!! Cody Rhodes lays out Adam Cole!
Everyone else freezes when the sound echoes through the arena. Bobby Fish is the first to react..
...WHAM!! Rhodes lays out Bobby Fish!
...WHAM!! Kyle O'Reilly goes down!
Cody Rhodes then turns his sights to British Strong Style, and as he does, Marty Scurll, Hangman Page and Dean Ambrose all hop over the crowd barrier behind Rhodes and flank him. Pete Dunne snarls at the four men in front of him, but Tyler Bate places a hand on Dunne's chest and tells him it's time to go. Trent Seven agrees, as does Dunne (though reluctantly), and British Strong Style slowly back up the ramp as Bullet Club look on.
Cody Rhodes then throws the steel chair over Adam Cole's limp body and Bullet Club throw up their hand signal before disappearing back into the crowd to tremendous boos.

While the announce team attempt to make sense of the faction war that is currently taking place, we're reminded that Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly just became the #1 Contenders to the NEW Tag Team Championship.-Renee Young "...which is about to be decided right now!" The Revival step out onto stage with their trademark black gym jackets and white towels bound around their necks. Dawson and Wilder bang their fists together and stomp to the ring with a purpose like the fans haven't seen in years.-Corey Graves "Even with all that's gone on here tonight, I'm still over the moon with excitement for this match. The Revival have waited a long time to get the shot they deserve after coming up through developmental, and really should have been the top tag team in the world right out the gate. Instead they squandered in obscurity for god knows why and finally got fed up enough to do something about it. This is top guy business, and tonight fists are going to reign dominant over flips." Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder stand on opposing turnbuckles and get a heavily mixed reaction from the Seattle crowd. The excitement of seeing them back on top of tag team wrestling is marred by the actions they took to get there. The Usos are next out the gate and the inmates at The Uso Penitentiary let their voices be heard. The heavy favourites coming into this match are fired up and jaw their way to the ring as only Jimmy & Jey Uso can.Renee Young "The Usos know what it's like to be on top of the world as a tag team and there's no doubt they're one of the best teams on the planet today. Since joining NEW they've taken it upon themselves to stand up for the little guy and show that there's more to being the best tag team in the world than just beating people up, something they had to learn the hard way." Jimmy & Jey stand on the apron and mouth off at The Revival, who shout right back but are held at bay by the official. He instructs Scott Dawson to leave the ring and won't allow The Usos to step foot in the ring until Dawson does as he's told, hoping to keep the peace unlike the prior match.
Scott Dawson eventually obliges and words continue to fly across the ring as Jey Uso removes his t-shirt and hat, tossing them into the front row. Jimmy does the same as he steps into his corner.
At ringside the same podium from what was supposed to be the Women's title match sits with a red velvet cloth over it. The camera zooms in and the cloth is removed, revealing the NEW Tag Team Championship! The titles have black leather straps and gold faces with the NEW logo emblazoned on them. There is a blank banner on the bottom where the tag team's name will appear and side plates bordered with chains. It appears the side plates also have blank banners for the team members names to appear, personalizing the titles but also showing that unity that makes a strong tag team.
Neither team even glances at the titles though, as they continue to exchange words. The bell sounds and both Dash Wilder and Jey Uso can't wait to get their hands on one another, locking up immediately.MAIN ATTRACTION NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP THE REVIVAL VS. THE USOS Dash Wilder wins the lock-up easily and Jey Uso finds himself in a headlock right away. He backs to the ropes to try and shove Wilder away but Wilder keeps the headlock in and when Jey tries to lunge forward, Wilder simply drops his weight and hits a Bulldog on Jey Uso. Dash then stomps on Jey Uso's head a few times and then turns his attention to Jimmy, mouthing off at him. Dash Wilder grabs a handful of Jey Uso's hair while Corey Graves continues to swoon over the gritty, no-bullshit fight style of The Revival. Wilder hurls Jey Uso into a corner and moves in for the kill, but Jey gets his boots up and catches Dash in the jaw. He gets angry and tries to attack again, but this time Jey throws an elbow and knocks him back onto one knee. Jey immediately hops onto the top rope and backflips off, but Dash sees it coming and lunges forward into the corner. Jey lands on his feet, lines Dash up before he can turn around..Super Kick! Jey goes for an early cover but Dash Wilder simply places his foot on the bottom rope and the referee doesn't start the count. Jey pulls Dash to his feet and tags out. Jey exposes Dash Wilder's ribs and Jimmy hops into the ring, driving his knee into Wilder's ribs and knocking him on his side. Jimmy Uso lands a few stiff kicks to Dash Wilder's back before dragging him to his feet and running him into the ropes. Jimmy runs with Dash and plants his knee into Wilder's stomach, causing him to flip onto his back and winding him in the process. Jimmy points at Scott Dawson, shouts "this one's for you!" and backflips onto Dash Wilder, driving both his knees into his chest. Jimmy covers but it's an easy kick-out for Dash Wilder. Jimmy Uso leans on his knees and waits for Dash Wilder to get up, but has his back to Scott Dawson. When Dash gets to his feet, Jimmy tries to hoist Dash into the air and land in his own corner, but Dash Wilder is ready for it and he tags Scott Dawson in mid-air, then lands on his feet and rolls out of the ring. Scott Dawson immediately leaps into the ring, hitting a springboard lariat on Jimmy Uso before he knows which way is up. Scott Dawson unleashes a beating on Jimmy Uso for his arrogance, then drags him to his feet and throws him out of the ring. Scott Dawson pulls Jimmy Uso to his feet, then lines him up for an Irish Whip into the ring post closest to his partner. Dash Wilder kneels down to pretend to tie his boot, and Jimmy is thrown full force into Dash Wilder's knee! Jimmy folds in half and crumples to the ground and the referee starts to berate Dash Wilder, who simply points at his boot and says it was an accident. The referee gives up and turns around to check on Jey Uso, who is shouting from his corner, then Dash Wilder hops off the apron and kicks Jimmy Uso in the head. Wilder & Dawson then drag Jimmy to his feet and hit a double suplex onto the ring steps! Jey Uso loses it and is trying to get across the ring to his partner, but the referee holds him up and hooks his arms. Jey keeps pleading his case as Scott Dawson rolls Jimmy Uso into the ring and covers, shouting at the referee to turn around. He does, begins the count, but too much time has passed and Jimmy Uso kicks out at two and a half. The bad blood continues to boil over as Scott Dawson now places Jimmy Uso into a rest hold, using his knee to press against Jimmy Uso's spine. He wrenches Jimmy's neck awkwardly and presses his knee into his back as hard as he can, all the while Jimmy crying out in pain. The crowd rallies behind Jimmy and he manages to slide his weight to one side and get Dawson's knee out of his back, then fight to his feet. He tries to throw an elbow into Dawson's ribs, but Dawson is ready and the elbow barely connects. Keeping control of his neck, Dawson flips Jimmy into a seated position and kicks him as hard as he can in the spine before covering again for two. Scott Dawson tags Dash Wilder back into the ring and the two set up for another double suplex, further targeting Jimmy Uso's back, but Jimmy Uso manages to flip over their shoulders and land on his feet. He staggers and falls into the ropes, checks over his shoulder, and manages to connect with a swift Super Kick to Scott Dawson's jaw! Dash Wilder spins around to attack, but Jimmy ducks under a haymaker and mule kicks Wilder in the stomach. Jimmy Uso rushes against the ropes near his partner, knowing he'll blind tag his way in, and fires back at Dash Wilder with a flying forearm to the chin! The ref calls the tag and Jey Uso goes straight up top. Dash Wilder is in position and Jimmy Uso has Scott Dawson isolated in a corner. FROG SPLASH!! JEY USO COVERS! 1!! 2!! NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPI-NO!! DASH WILDER KICKS OUT! All hell breaks loose and Jimmy Uso immediately goes for Dash Wilder, knocking him back to the canvas as he tries to get up. Jimmy drags him to his feet and sends him into the ropes, but a back body drop attempt backfires and Dash Wilder kicks Jimmy in the chest, standing him up, then drops him with a lariat. Wilder can't recover in time to stop Jey Uso, who tries for a spinning heel kick but is caught in mid-air. Jey flips around and connects with a heel kick to Wilder's ribcage, but he lands on his back and ends up vulnerable to an attack from Scott Dawson. Dawson grabs a hold of Jey's hair, but Jey gets to his feet and pushes Dawson away. He unleashes a Super Kick, but Dawson sees it coming a mile away and ducks underneath. Scott Dawson waits for Jey to turn around.. ...SHATTER MACHINE!!! Dash Wilder makes the cover! 1!! Jimmy Uso tries to dive across the ring to make the save.. 2!! Scott Dawson hits a sit-out dropkick to knock Jimmy out of the way! 3!! Winners: The RevivalHalf the crowd erupts and the other half groan in agony as The Revival become the first NEW Tag Team Champions!!
Corey Graves can't contain himself and joins in the celebration as Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder embrace. The referee is handed the glimmering NEW Tag Team titles and they are awarded to the victors, The Revival. The winners and inaugural champions stand in victory over an unconscious Jey Uso and a dejected Jimmy Uso.-Corey Graves "NO FLIPS, JUST FISTS! TOP GUYS! TOP OF THE WORLD! WOOOO!" -Mauro Ranallo "History is made here tonight as The Revival become the first NEW Tag Team Champions! They said they were gonna do it, and they stuck true to their wor-...hey wait a minute!" Jimmy Uso rises to his feet and begins to extend his hand in congratulations...
...POW!! Dash Wilder lays him out with the NEW Tag Team title!
Scott Dawson doesn't miss a beat, and he drags a lifeless Jey Uso back to his feet. Dash Wilder drops his strap and joins in..
...SHATTER MACHINE! A second Shatter Machine to Jey Uso is all the crowd needs to see, and the boos rain down on The Revival, cutting their celebration short.
But they're not done there.
Scott Dawson immediately goes outside the ring and gets a steel chair from the timekeeper. He climbs back into the ring and folds it over Jimmy Uso's ankle.
The crowd knows what's coming and begins to boo loudly, until there's movement on the entrance ramp!
It's The Young Bucks!
The crowd goes nuts as Matt and Nick Jackson charge down the ramp and dive under the bottom rope, sending Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson running for the hills!
The fans go insane, cheering for the Bucks and begging for a fight. The biggest tag team dream match in modern history inches ever closer.
Matt and Nick check on The Usos after The Revival make their way up the ramp and are at a safe distance. The Revival raise the NEW Tag Team Championships over their heads, signalling to the Jacksons that they may have held nearly every tag title out there, but they'll never be the first ever NEW Tag Team Champions.
Chants of "FUCK THE REVIVAL!" echo through the arena as Wilder and Dawson disappear backstage with The Young Bucks looking on.

We cut backstage again and once again, The Bullet Club are conspiring in their dressing room as they've done all evening.Cody Rhodes reacts to the final moments of the NEW Tag Team Championship match, turning away from the television and telling Hangman Page and Marty Scurll that they have a new goal in life: -Cody Rhodes "You guys came up short tonight, but so did I. I'm not going to be a hypocrite and act like you two should have won your match when I didn't, but we all need to be better. I need to get my hands on the Television Championship by any means necessary, and you two need to make sure you win those tag titles before those Elitist scumbag Young Bucks do. We shrug off tonight, and we look forward to the future. A future where Bullet Club are adorned in NEW gold." Rhodes holds up the dented steel chair he used on The New Era earlier in the evening, then looks at Dean Ambrose.-Cody Rhodes "We need to aspire to be more like Dean, who had the odds stacked against him tonight and still came out on top. He's shown that Bullet Club is not dead, will never die, and is just as strong now as it ever was. Tonight is only the beginning, and our work here is not done yet." Rhodes looks at Ambrose with a grin on his face. Ambrose nods in silent agreement, and heads out of the dressing room.++++++++++++++++++++ Back in the arena, Fozzy blasts into the air and the fans give a rousing ovation for arguably the greatest of all-time, Chris Jericho.-Mauro Ranallo "What do you think Bullet Club were referring to there?" -Renee Young "Dean Ambrose promised weeks ago that he was going to hurt Chris Jericho, and now he's walking out to the ring to fight for the Contender's Championship, a title that Dean Ambrose desperately wants around his waist." -Corey Graves "Someone needs to get Bullet Club in check. Dean Ambrose set the precedent at the beginning of the night by silencing Shane McMahon and beating Minoru Suzuki one-on-one, and they've run house ever since. If Ambrose is thinking of scrubbing this match just to get back at Chris Jericho, who beat him fair and square, I might go down there myself and slap him around." Chris Jericho poses on the entrance ramp and is wearing a glittering black vest with matching scarf. His hair is pinned back with a black hair band and he looks as egotistical and confident as ever.-Mauro Ranallo "Well until Corey hurts himself trying to beat up Dean Ambrose, we've got a match set right now that is sure to bring the house down. Chris Jericho and Tetsuya Naito have been at each other's throats for over a year, dating all the way back to Wrestle Kingdom 12. As we all know, Jericho shocked the world when he defeated Naito for the IWGP Intercontinental Championship, a title that Jericho held for six months until Tetsuya Naito defeated him in a rematch at Dominion Osaka." Chris Jericho blows a kiss to the crowd as he enters the ring.-Mauro Ranallo "Neither man crossed the other's path until the birth of New Era Wrestling, when Tetsuya Naito entered the NEW World Championship tournament. Naito, casting aside the IWGP Intercontinental Championship as he's done so many times before, said he had his sights set on becoming a World Champion once again, and planned to be the first NEW World Champ. He came up short, as did Chris Jericho, but their consolation prize was automatic entry in the Contender's Championship tournament. Both men won their respective elimination matches, and now meet in the final in a rubber match for the ages." -Mauro Ranallo "Will Chris Jericho reign supreme and become the #1 Contender to the NEW World Championship, or will Tetsuya Naito realize his dream, and start on the road of once again becoming a World Champion?" The lights dim and golden stardust showers from the rafters and onto the stage. As Chris Jericho looks on from the ring, Tetsuya Naito emerges in a purple and black pinstripe suit, carrying a golden cane over his shoulder.
Naito stands on the stage for a moment and basks in the roar of the crowd, the Seattle fans showing who the crowd favourite in this match is. Jericho gives the crowd a side eye to end all side eyes, then glares back at Naito as he smirks from the stage.
Naito opens one eye while staring right back at Chris Jericho, then twirls his cane and throws it aside. He tears away his pants, removes his jacket and vest, then stands on the stage ready for battle. Naito's smile begins to fade as Jericho continues to fume from the ring, and Naito's emotions get the best of him as he realizes he can't wait to get his hands on Jericho for a final time.
Tetsuya Naito sprints down the ramp and dives under the bottom rope, and the Contender's Championship match is underway!MAIN ATTRACTION NEW CONTENDER'S CHAMPIONSHIP CHRIS JERICHO VS. TETSUYA NAITO The second Naito dives under the ropes, Chris Jericho pounces and starts hammering the back of Naito's head. Naito manages to fight through the onslaught and to his feet, and he blocks a haymaker from Jericho and follows up with a palm strike across the chest. Jericho grimaces in pain and turns away, giving Naito a chance to land some punches of his own. He beats Jericho into a corner and then presses his boot into Jericho's neck. The referee starts a 5-count while Naito leans on the ropes, head resting on his arm, smirking at the front row. He releases on the ref's count and Jericho falls to his knees. Naito lines him up, then lands a hard kick to Jericho's head that causes him to flop out of the ring. Jericho ends up on his feet but he's woozy. He tries to shake off the kick but it's done some damage and Naito tries to capitalize. He exits the ring and grabs a handful of Jericho's hair, slamming his face into the ring steps. Jericho staggers and starts to fall, but Naito catches him and slams his face into the steps again. Naito looks at the crowd for approval, they suggest he does it a third time, so Naito does, then tosses Jericho back into the ring. -Mauro Ranallo "Shades of their first bout at Wrestle Kingdom 12, when Chris Jericho wore Tetsuya Naito down in the opening minutes with a violent attack that sealed his victory." Naito stands on the apron and slowly raises his fist into the air as the crowd roars behind him. Inside the ring, Chris Jericho tries to fight to his feet but he isn't exactly sure where he is. When he finally gets up, Tetsuya Naito leaps over the top rope, lands on his knees in front of Jericho, then gives him a stiff strike to the throat that knocks Jericho on his back. Naito covers, but barely gets 2. Jericho lies on his side, blinking heavily and shaking his head. Naito leans beside him, mocking him by also shaking his head. Naito then stands up and slaps Jericho in the head, shouting his name. "JERICHO? HUH? JERICHO?" he says, mocking Chris Jericho while slapping him over and over. The crowd chuckles, Naito's slaps evolve into boots, then eventually mounted punches. Naito rains down closed fists on Chris Jericho over and over, and we start to see an emotional, angry side of Tetsuya Naito that he tries very hard to suppress. Naito eventually stands up and starts stomping on Chris Jericho's chest, getting out all his frustrations and beating his opponent senseless. Jericho can do nothing to stop the attack except roll out of harm's way, and he rolls right to the outside of the ring. Naito follows and once again goes on the attack outside the ring, this time trying an Irish Whip towards a ring post, but it backfires as Irish Whips tend to do and Naito catches the ring post with his shoulder before cartwheeling to the ground. Jericho gains some momentum and fights through the burning pain in his head and chest to unleash some hurt on Tetsuya Naito. He brawls with Naito around the ring and manages to maintain the upperhand for the most part before rolling Naito back into the ring and driving his knee into Naito's ribs. Jericho then tries for a surfboard stretch but Naito controls Jericho's wrist and keeps him from locking his hands around his neck. Naito tries to stand up but Jericho kicks the back of his knee, putting him back down in position for a surfboard. But Naito maintains control and fights back to his feet again, this time quickly side-stepping Jericho and going behind him, still controlling the wrist. He keeps Jericho in a hammerlock and Jericho tries for a snapmare, but Naito avoids it and forces Jericho to the ropes. He tries to spin him around for an Irish Whip, but Jericho elbows him in the head and breaks free. Naito is stunned and Jericho jumps, landing a roundhouse kick and both men go down. The fans applaud as Jericho and Naito both struggle to their feet and meet in the centre of the ring, exchanging blows. Naito gets wise and blocks a few, returning strikes to Jericho's head, but Jericho switches up and lands a couple jabs before chopping Naito across the chest. A loud "SMACK!" echoes through the arena and Naito goes down to one knee. Jericho backs into the ropes and Naito goes for a dropkick, but Jericho hooks the ropes and Naito falls flat on his face. He slowly gets up.. ...CODEBREAKER!!! JERICHO CONNECTS!! 1!! 2!! Naito kicks out!! The crowd roars as Tetsuya Naito throws an arm into the air as a Codebreaker catches him seemingly out of nowhere! Jericho is full of steam now, immediately raining fists down on Naito's head, taking full control and punishing Naito for letting his guard down. The fans rally behind Tetsuya Naito as he tries to protect his head, but the Codebreaker has done it's work and Naito isn't sure which way is up. Chris Jericho eventually drags Naito to his feet and hits a snap suplex in the centre of the ring. Jericho then lines him up and goes for a Lionsault to put Naito away, but Naito gets his knees up! Jericho sees them at the last moment and gets his hands up to defend himself, but his momentum still carries him into Naito's kneecaps and Jericho rolls over, hurt. Tetsuya Naito tries to beat Chris Jericho to his feet but he's still foggy from the Codebreaker moments ago. Jericho gets up hugging his ribs and holding his neck, then falls back and leans in a corner. Naito takes the bait and charges, but when he throws his leg up for a big boot Jericho steps out of the way. Naito manages to plant his boot on the top turnbuckle and stop himself, but he staggers backwards holding his knee. Jericho bounces off the adjacent ropes and hits a running bulldog, then manages to spring to the ropes and hit the Lionsault! Jericho bounces off Naito and clutches his ribs again, the burning pain in his chest and neck making it difficult to hook his leg as he covers.. 1!! 2!! Naito JUST kicks out. Jericho is out of breath and he tries to get to his feet, but he can't. He's on his knees muttering under his breath, cursing out Tetsuya Naito as he crawls to the ropes. Naito shows his resilience and youth by rolling to his side, then planting his fists on the canvas and getting to his feet before Chris Jericho can. Jericho hugs the second rope and sees Naito get up, mutters "god damn you," before trying to get to his feet before Naito attacks, but he can't. Tetsuya Naito drives his knee into the side of Jericho's head, then winds up and does it again. The sickening thud of Chris Jericho's head cracking against Tetsuya Naito's knee cap casts a hush over the crowd. Naito looks down at Jericho and grabs a handful of his hair. He almost seems to pity him. Blood begins to trickle down the side of Jericho's face. He's somewhere else. Naito tugs Jericho to his feet and pulls him into the centre of the ring, putting him out of his misery. ...Destinoooooo! Naito kneels in the ring beside Jericho and looks to the crowd, his hands resting on his knees. He looks down at Jericho and shakes his head before covering him for the win. Winner: Tetsuya NaitoNaito gets to his feet and hugs his side, trying to raise his fist in victory but still feeling the effects of the Lionsault that crushed his chest. He leans in the corner for support and turns to see the referee carrying the NEW Contender's Championship.
The title is black and has a silver face with black accents. The black appears to shine and looks as if it is made with tungsten or something similar. The black accents around the NEW logo on the face of the title give it a unique look. There is no name plate, signaling that the title will likely change hands quite often, as intended.
Naito stares at the title for a moment then raises it above his head slowly. He slowly exits the ring, still nursing his ribs. He carries the Contender's Championship at his side, not respecting it as much as he would a World title, but still accepting it as his ticket to the top. Naito pauses on the stage and opens one eye, then raises the Contender's Championship above his head before exiting.
Back in the ring, Chris Jericho is being tended to by the referee. He is seated now, holding the back of his head and blinking hard.
Then, a commotion at ringside grabs the crowd's attention.{Spoiler}Dean Ambrose hops the crowd barrier, steel chair in hand.
-Mauro Ranallo "Oh for god's sake, enough already!"
Ambrose slides the steel chair into the ring and places it flat on the canvas before also climbing into the ring. He stands behind Jericho, waiting for him to rise.
The referee notices Ambrose first, and he stands up and shouts. Ambrose simply tosses the referee out of the ring. The commotion gets Jericho's attention, but he's still sitting in the ring and is unaware of what awaits him.
He tries to get to his feet, but Ambrose kicks him in the ribs. Jericho stays on his knees and Ambrose hooks his arms, violently dragging him towards the steel chair..
...DIRTY DEEDS!!
Deana Ambrose plants Chris Jericho on the dented, black steel chair. He sits in the ring and looks at Jericho in disgust, then tussles his hair and gets up. The referee is back in the ring now, and security and other officials have rushed down the ramp. Ambrose puts his arms up in defiance and backs out of the ring, leaving the area as the crowd boos.

Volbeat blasts into the arena once again and The New Era appears on stage, but they're anything but their usual selves.
Kyle O'Reilly walks with a slight limp and Bobby Fish has his shoulder wrapped in a tensor bandage. They stand on either side of Adam Cole, who enters with a bandage around his head.-Mauro Ranallo "Well we have to give The New Era credit for showing up here after that vicious beating by the hands of Bullet Club, but I don't think anything was going to keep Adam Cole from fighting in this match after what he went through to get here." -Renee Young "Absolutely, Mauro. Adam Cole is showing just by being here that he's the fighting champion the NEW Television Championship deserves, but he's got his biggest task yet ahead of him if he plans on taking that title home tonight." Adam Cole throws up his arms but stops half way and cringes in pain, holding his neck. The crowd finishes his taunt for him, but Cole is in too much pain to appreciate it. Kyle O'Reilly slaps him on the shoulder and Cole winces again, giving O'Reilly a dirty look as the trio walks down to the ring."MMMMMMMMMMMMM..." The crowd roars once again as Aiden English & Lana both appear on the stage.-Aiden English "The time has come to award another title. It's been a long road, we've fought many a battle. Wins, losses, draws, pinfalls, submission. Tonight we crown the NEW champion of television." "There stands The New Era, A name that fills you with terrah. Unless your name is RUSEV then you know you won't scare-ah." "Bullet Club did a number on you, Now you better prepare for round number two. Because you're the last thing that stands in our way, For the Television title to come home with..... RUSEV DAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYY!" POW! A bright pyro explodes from behind English and Lana and they move to either side of the stage as drums once again fill the air. Rusev emerges to a wild pop from the crowd, planting his feet and throwing out his massive arms with a mighty roar.-Corey Graves "Jesus Christ. Adam Cole is a dead man." -Mauro Ranallo "I was commending him earlier for showing up here but now I don't think it was such a good idea. Look at that man!" Rusev stomps down the ramp with his wife and best friend in tow, stops beside the ring, sticks out his barrel chest and roars again. His wild eyes send a shockwave down Adam Cole's spine, and he looks terrified.
Rusev pulls himself onto the apron and head fakes as if he's about to rush into the ring. Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly both hightail it out of the ring, wishing Adam Cole all the best as they do so.
MAIN ATTRACTION NEW TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP ADAM COLE VS. RUSEV Rusev steps into the ring and paces back and forth in his corner like a wild animal. Adam Cole backs into his corner and looks at his partners, unsure what to do. Rusev can barely wait for the bell to ring, and when it finally does the crowd is still on their feet, chanting "RUSEV DAY!" over and over. Rusev explodes from the corner and Adam Cole scurries out of the way as Rusev drives his boot towards his head and just misses. Rusev's leg hooks over the top turnbuckle and Adam Cole quickly attacks, driving his elbow into the head of Rusev a few times before Rusev can get his leg free. This only seems to piss Rusev off as he lowers his head and shoves Adam Cole hard across the ring. Cole lands on his backside and his head snaps backwards, causing him serious pain. He holds his neck and backs away from Rusev, begging for mercy. Rusev shows no mercy, and he stomps towards Adam Cole and grabs his leg as he tries to get away. Rusev spins him around and lays him out with a lariat that almost breaks Adam Cole in half. Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish are begging the timekeeper to call off the match, but she refuses. They begin to plead with the refere but he ignores them, focusing on the match inside the ring. Rusev rag dolls Adam Cole back to his feet and stands him upright. Cole can barely stay on his feet and he staggers slightly as Rusev lines him up.. ...MACHKA KICK!! Adam Cole folds in half and lies motionless on his side. He's completely out cold. The Machka Kick landed with such force the bandage on his head has all but come off. Rusev looks outside the ring at his wife. She locks eyes with him and clenches her fist, shouting "CRUSH!" Rusev stomps on Cole's back and locks in The Accolade! The fans, still on their feet, go insane! The referee takes one look at Adam Cole and sees he's completely out. He calls for the bell! Winner: RusevRusev immediately breaks the submission and gets to his feet, but then falls onto his knees with his arms outstretched and letting out a mighty roar.
The referee is handed the NEW Television Championship, which is a white belt with a silver face plate. The silver is eteched with black again, almost making the appearance of TV static. The side plates resemble spotlights with stars.
Rusev takes the belt and proudly hoists it in the air for all to see, basking in the roar of the crowd. He hugs Lana and the trio leave the ring, ready for a night of celebration.
Back in the ring, Adam Cole is looked over by Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish. They appear worried about him.
On the stage, Rusev pauses and tells Lana and Aiden English to wait up. He looks around beside the stage and sees some crew. He motions for something and they hand him a microphone.-Rusev "ADAM COLE!" The fans quiet and Fish & O'Reilly look on from the ring. Cole is still not moving.-Rusev "You may not be able to hear me, but that's ok. Your friends will tell you, or you will see the tape. You will know that you were not one hundred percent tonight because of a common enemy." The fans begin to boo as Rusev continues.-Rusev "Bullet Club robbed us of the match we were meant to have, but they cannot keep us down no matter how hard they try. So you go home, you rest. We have some time off after tonight. I will party, you will recover. When NEW Live returns in two weeks, you will be ready. Rusev will be ready, and Rusev will need a challenger." Rusev pauses as the crowd catches on and begins to cheer and applaud.-Rusev "Two weeks, Adam Cole! You will face Rusev again and we will have the match we were meant to have!" Rusev tosses the microphone aside and raises the Television Championship again. Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish accept on Adam Cole's behalf.

A brief intermission is taken before the main event.
During that time, Mauro Ranallo, Renee Young & Corey Graves run through the events of the evening. It's been a long night but the fans are still at high energy and ready for the NEW World Championship to be awarded.
The view then cuts backstage and we see a camera crew outside Kenny Omega's locker room. The door is just plastered with a sticker that reads "ELITE" and the crew is waiting his arrival.
Voices are heard off to the side and the crew turns their attention to who it belongs to. We see the members of Bullet Club leaving the building, seemingly content with the way the night has transpired. Cody Rhodes & Brandi have their arms locked together as they exit into the parking lot. Marty Scurll & Hangman Page laugh and discuss their attack on The New Era & British Strong Style.
As they disappear through the exit, Dean Ambrose appears trailing behind them. He lets the door shut and then pulls a cell phone out of his pocket and makes a call. The camera crew gets close enough to hear what he's saying, and Dean is unaware of their presence.-Dean Ambrose "Hey.....yeah, so you got my text.....good...no, it's not time. Not tonight....Rhodes has my trust but the rest is taking longer than I expected.....ok......yeah, I know you're taking a huge risk but trust me, it's worth it. We're going to blow this whole business wide open and take what's ours for once......I'm here, aren't I? You just stay put and don't do anything until I say.......yeah call me later in the week." Dean hangs up just as Cody Rhodes sticks his head back in the door.-Cody Rhodes "You coming?" -Dean Ambrose "Yeah." Dean throws his leather jacket on and the last thing we see is the Bullet Club logo as he disappears into the night.++++++++++++++++++++ The arena goes dark save for the light of the candles on stage. The crowd roars with anticipation as the final match of the night has arrived.
The stage opens up and a bright light shoots to the heavens. The platform rises up once again and Aleister Black appears centre stage, cross-legged in the light. Darkness envelops every inch of the arena, save for the spotlight on Black as he stands up and looks towards the ring with a determined scowl on his face.-Renee Young "It's time for the match everyone has been waiting for. We've had a night full of ups and downs, twists and turns, but the long road to Main Attraction has come full circle to these final two men about to do battle over the NEW World Championship." -Corey Graves "It's been pretty amazing over these past couple months, Renee. I feel like the last six weeks was a prologue and tonight we're witnessing the season premiere of New Era Wrestling. And now for the big finish." Aleister Black stands in the light as the crowd roars around him and his music blasts into homes around the world. He collects himself and climbs onto the apron before flipping over the top rope and landing cross-legged in the centre of the ring. He looks down, then slowly raises his glare, and as he does so the lights in the arena return to normal. Then the fans go wild all over again when a familiar theme pierces into the air, and Kenny Omega appears on stage!
Omega has a long black coat on over his shoulders and the IWGP Heavyweight Championship strapped tightly around his waist. He stands with his head down for a moment as The Young Bucks flank him on either side. Omega slowly raises his head, then raises both hands with his fingers pointed at the ring.
Aleister Black stares a hole through Omega, then Omega removes his mirrored sunglasses and tosses them aside, staring right back. He removes his coat and lets it fall to the stage, then he unbuckles the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. Omega folds it neatly and hands it to Nick Jackson, never letting his eyes leave Aleister Black. Matt and Nick then start to walk to the ring, but Omega puts his arms out and stops both of them.
Matt and Nick protest, but Omega simply shakes his head slowly, still locking eyes with Aleister Black. The Young Bucks respect Omega's wishes and head to the back, taking his coat and the IWGP Heavyweight Championship with them. When they disappear from view, Kenny Omega begins his walk down the ramp to face Aleister Black.-Mauro Ranallo "Kenny Omega said from the get go that he came to New Era Wrestling to do one thing: win another World Championship and prove that he's the best wrestler on the planet, not that we really need much more proof than we've already seen." -Corey Graves "If Kenny Omega wins here tonight then he's gotta be in the discussion for greatest of all-time. I know we're the new kids on the block, but winning this title has proven to be an immense task. Think of who Omega and Black have had to go through to get here, the sacrifices they've made, the money and friends they've left behind. This is history in the making right here, right now, and if I'm a betting man I'm putting all my coin on the Best Bout Machine, the IWGP Heavyweight Champ, Kenny Omega." Omega stands on the apron for a moment and Aleister Black is still seated in the ring. Omega steps through the ropes and the two continue to stare one another down. Black continues to sit as Omega forgoes his usual playing to the crowd, clearly showing Aleister Black a ton of respect and taking this fight as seriously as any he's been in over the years.
Aleister Black eventually rolls backwards and kneels in his corner, holding the middle ropes and still staring at Omega from across the ring.
Before the match gets underway, the timekeeper announces both men and that this fight is for the NEW World Championship! The fans roar as the referee presents the title: a large silver face plate, etched in black with an intricate design. The face plate matches the Contender's Championship, but is larger in size and has a space for a name plate. The only other difference is that the belt leather is white instead of black. Omega and Black both glance at the title momentarily, but it is a fleeting glance as they anticipate the bell.MAIN ATTRACTION NEW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP ALEISTER BLACK VS. KENNY OMEGA The two men meet one another in the centre of the ring and despite the long night of action, the crowd is still amped up and ready for the final bout. Chants of "N-E-DUB!" echo through the arena as a long-awaited dream match gets underway. -Mauro Ranallo "Kenny Omega never crossed paths with Aleister Black, formerly known as Tommy End, despite both having incredible careers in independent scenes around the world. Now they find themselves on the world's stage, facing off for the first time, and one of them will be leaving with the NEW World Championship." The two men look to their side and spot the NEW World Championship at ringside, then look back at one another. Words are exchanged, and they back away, beginning to circle and making the crowd roar once again. Aleister Black is the first to make a move, lunging forward for a waist lock but finding thin air as Omega sidesteps the attack. Black slides on one knee and back to his feet, re-positioning himself before Omega can strike. Omega doesn't take the bait, instead continuing to circle the ring and wait for his moment. Aleister Black throws a stiff kick at Omega's left leg, but Omega shakes it off. Black goes for another kick, but Omega throws his arm down and blocks it with his forearm. The strike stings and he shakes his arm, but he ignores it and gets in close, trying for a lock-up while Black is off-kilter. It works for a moment, but Aleister Black backs into the ropes and keeps Omega clinched, forcing the referee to break them apart. Aleister Black slinks out of the corner as soon as he can, then goes for a lock-up of his own. But instead of a classic tie up, Black clinches his arms around Omega's neck and starts kicking at his inner thighs, muay thai style. Omega tries to pull away but he can't break the hold, and he absorbs the blows for a moment before he manages to muscle Aleister Black backwards into the ropes. Black bounces off the ropes and Omega lifts him up, slamming him down on the mat. Aleister Black rolls through the slam and ends up on his knees, and Omega goes for a V-Trigger, but Black ducks and Omega slides across the ring on his feet. Aleister Black immediately jumps to his feet and goes for a Black Mass, but Kenny Omega just manages to duck under the blow and he scrambles out of the ring as Aleister Black plants his feet and sits down, crossing his legs. The fans applaud as Aleister Black waits for Kenny Omega to make his next move. Omega is wide-eyed with anger and a twinge of fear, realizing how close he came to an early loss and a massive upset. He climbs back into the ring and Aleister Black rolls to his feet, squaring up. He tries for another stiff kick to Omega's left leg but this time Omega catches it and sweeps Black's planted leg. He drives his elbow into Black's knee and wrenches on it, locking his leg and forcing a submission until Black claps Omega's head and gets him to break the hold. The match busts wide open now as both men scramble to their feet and charge at one another, Omega getting his forearm up first and catching Aleister Black in the jaw. Black goes down and pops right back up, but staggers backwards into a corner and Kenny Omega follows through with an avalanche, then whips Black across the ring with so much force he hits the turnbuckles and goes down in a heap. Aleister Black tries to push himself to his feet but when he does, Kenny Omega lines him up and hits a sit-out dropkick right to Aleister Black's chops. He goes down once again and Omega covers, but it's barely good for two. That's where Omega takes control, showing the world that he can hang with one of the deadliest strikers in the business. He starts hammering elbows and forearm shots to Aleister Black's body, working him over before dragging him to his feet and making him run into the corner again. This time Black doesn't even get around and slams chest-first into the turnbuckles, winding himself. He falls backwards and Omega catches him with a Backstabber, but again only gets two. Kenny Omega backs off and leans on the far ropes as Aleister Black tries to make sense of what's happening. He clings to the second rope and Omega gets him in his sights, dashing across the ring and unleashing a vicious V-Trig-NO! Aleister Black set him up! Black drops to his back and tugs on the rope, sending Kenny Omega crashing to the outside! Omega scrambles to get up and spins around just in time to see Aleister Black slingshot over the top rope and land on him with both knees! Black drives Omega straight into the ground with all his weight, crushing Omega against the unforgiving floor. Kenny Omega's eyes go wide with fright as he fights to suck in air, and Black takes advantage, rolling Omega into the ring and climbing to the top rope. As Omega gets back to his feet, Aleister Black launches himself off the top rope and hits a flying Side Kick to Omega's face! Black covers, but Omega shoots his arm into the air in desperation. Still trying to catch his breath, Omega reaches for the safety of the ropes but Aleister Black is on him, kicking him hard in the spine and knocking the wind from his lungs again. Omega cries out but no sound emerges, save for a painful wheeze. Aleister Black leans on his knees and shakes his head, resting a moment and allowing a disoriented Kenny Omega to stand up and walk straight into his trap.. ...BLACK MASS!! THE CROWD GOES NUTS!! OMEGA IS DOWN!! NEW CHAMPION!! 1!! 2!! OMEGA KICKS OUT!! The fans groan as Aleister Black sits in the ring beside Omega, a bit angry, but mostly surprised. He looks at Omega and nods, narrowing his eyes as he stands up and leans on his knees again. Kenny Omega is in serious trouble. He's dazed, he's barely able to stand, he might be out on his feet. He reaches for the ropes for support as he stands but he misses and spins into the centre of the ring.. ..BLACK MAS-NO!! Omega JUST dodges the kick, leaning backwards as Aleister Black's boot whizzes by his face! Black spins around in a full 360 and faces Omega, who strikes him in the jaw out of desperation. He unleashes a flurry of blows to Black's chest and jaw, and Black tries to fend him off by blocking with his arms. Omega switches up and throws a hard kick at Black's leg, causing him to drop his guard. Black steps backwards and that's all Omega needs to leap up with his knee outstretched and catch Aleister Black square in the jaw. Black falls agains the ropes and Omega doesn't waste any time. He backs into the far ropes, dashes across the ring, and finally connects with the deadly V-Trigger! Aleister Black is out cold. Omega snatches him up and hoists him on his shoulders. We all know what's coming and there's nothing Aleister Black can do.. ..ONE-WINGED ANGE-BLACK FLIPS OUT OF IT! Aleister Black somehow flips forward and lands on his feet! Kenny Omega slams onto the mat with nothing in his hands, and he looks up in horror at Aleister Black standing before him! BLACK MASS!!!! ALEISTER BLACK COVERS!!! 1!! 2!! NEW WORLD CHAMPION ALEISTER-NO!!!! OMEGA KICKS OUT!!! The crowd can't believe it! Aleister Black can't believe it! Kenny Omega is dead on his back but somehow, some way, the fighting spirit fought through and he shot his arm into the air with milliseconds to spare. Black thinks to himself for a moment, then gets to his feet and grabs a handful of Omega's hair. He gets him onto his knees and stares down at him, then gives the sign of the cross before wrapping his arm around the front of Omega's throat. The fans that know what's coming rise back to their feet, roaring as Aleister Black stretches Omega backwards and tries to hook his arm behind his back with his free hand. Corey Graves shouts that this move is called The Dragon Slayer, but before Black can get it locked in, Omega scrambles to free himself and scurries away, seemingly terrified of this submission. But Black anticipates it and hooks Omega's left arm, then holds it in place with his leg. Black then grabs Omega's right arm and stretches it behind his back. Omega tries to stand up and Black allows him to, putting his weight on Omega's back and stretching his left arm with his intertwined legs and pulling on Omega's right arm with his arms, forming a cross as Omega stands up screaming in pain. Kenny Omega can't do anything about the submission but scream and shake his head. Aleister Black puts all his weight onto Kenny Omega's shoulders and spine, stretching his arms outward and causing him immense pain. Omega falls to one knee but Black still refuses to let go. But Kenny Omega too, refuses. He refuses to submit, fighting through the pain and somehow managing to stand back up with Aleister Black on his shoulders. Omega fights and gets one arm free, showing his immense strength and stamina, holding Aleister Black in place and flipping him onto his right shoulder. Aleister Black scrambles to think, attempting a sunset flip, but he ends up on Omega's shoulders, right where Omega wants him! The crowd roars as Kenny Omega brings Aleister Black crashing to the canvas! ONE-WINGED ANGEL! OMEGA HOOKS THE LEG! 1!! 2!! 3!! Winner and NEW World Champion: Kenny OmegaThe fans go wild as Kenny Omega gets the 3-count and the victory! He falls onto his back, totally exhausted and in serious pain, but also doing what he set out to do and becoming the first ever NEW World Champ!
The Young Bucks rush down the ramp to congratulate their long-time friend, and they slide into the ring. Matt Jackson has a towel and an ice pack, Nick Jackson has the IWGP Heavyweight Championship.-Mauro Ranallo "Kenny Omega has done it! He's the NEW World Champion!" -Renee Young "Best in the world, hands down. Omega has proven it here tonight and after that bout, it's going to be damn near impossible for someone to take that title away from him." -Corey Graves "Oh, don't be so sure.." Aleister Black rolls out of the ring and lands on the floor, but as he does, someone jumps over the crowd barrier and leaps over his crippled body, sliding into the ring. It's Tetsuya Naito!
Naito has the Contender's Championship in his grasp and he holds it, waiting for Kenny Omega to turn around..
..but as Omega celebrates, Naito slowly gets closer to the mat and eventually lies down on his side. He positions the Contender's Championship over his waist and leans on one arm.
When The Elite all turn around, they stop in their tracks when they see Naito lying in the ring. They stare at him for a moment and he raises his fist into the air slowly, staring at Kenny Omega the whole time.-Corey Graves "The mind games start already, guys. Tetsuya Naito reminding Kenny Omega that he could strike any time, anywhere. That's the power of the Contender's Championship: Naito may have to defend it at least every 30 days to hold onto it, but it isn't like a G1 Climax contract or a #1 Contendership. He could attack Kenny Omega at Christmas dinner for all we know." Naito rolls back out of the ring and throws the Contender's Championship over his shoulder, leaving the arena with a smirk on his face.
Back in the ring, Kenny Omega is awarded the NEW World Championship, and he holds it with pride, raising it in one hand and the IWGP Heavyweight Championship in the other. The Young Bucks stand on either side, raising their arms as well.
The Elite stand tall once again to close out Main Attraction, as the fans give one last ovation before leaving KeyArena.-Mauro Ranallo "We'll see you in two weeks when NEW Live returns! We're heading east and the first stop is none other than sweet home CHICAGO! For Renee Young and Corey Graves, I'm Mauro Ranallo. Good night!" END SHOW

Discuss the show here! Kenny Omega GOAT!? ------------------------------------------------------------- Geordie069Where the fuck was Neville!? NewJackKilledMeNot everyone can be on the show. That was a long ass night, man. Just be happy he's wrestling again. ChevyMan26Yo, that Liv Morgan segment was pure insanity. I loved it. PM_ME_DICK_PICSEh, I thought it was weird, but maybe that was the point? Stuck out from the rest of the night and didn't sit right with me. I dunno. I guess I should be happy we're actually getting violence in mainstream wrestling again. KevinOwensIsMyDadI'm a bit annoyed that Kenny won, but damn, he's the best on the planet right now so why not? I really thought they were going to put the strap on Zayn. That'll show me to have faith in a good decision by a new company. I'll hold out hope that his time will come. CircleSquared11See, WWE? That's how you do 4+ hours of wrestling and make it GOOD. So worth the subscription to NEWTV/NJPW World/Honor Club. Everyone that doesn't subscribe after that show is stupid. -No bullshit segments. -No recaps every 10 minutes. -Quality matches throughout. -Interesting angles and surprises (Liv Morgan, anyone!?) -Announce team actually doing their jobs and selling the people in the ring, not trying to make themselves look good. I could go on, but damn. What a show. Amy_HuglifeThe only match that ended in a no contest was the Women's title match and I ain't even mad because it was DOPE AS HELL. The women got the coolest segment of the night. Hell yeah. hockeybrett87Yeah, what was that? Is Liv Morgan controlling minds with those masks? Or does she just beat them so severely they change? That was wild. Are we seeing what Bray Wyatt could (should) have been? Amy_HuglifeNo, we're seeing what Liv Morgan can be. Women can be violent cult leaders too. BouncyCastleMatchThat was a long night, but overall it was worth it. Couple matches felt like they dragged (Jericho vs. Naito III wasn't nearly as good as I'd hoped it would be), but overall I'm happy. Now to go to bed because I have work in 4 hours. The_Villain_17Nobody is talking about what Dean Ambrose is planning!? All night like I'm like "why is Bullet Club getting along so well and acting like total goofs?" then out of nowhere they sabotage the night, fuck over The New Era, and Dean is sneaking around behind Cody's back. Who's he bringing in? I NEED TO KNOW! thebillgonadzI 1,000% thought that since they were in Seattle that Daniel Bryan was going to show up. Shane promised new faces and I totally thought that was happening when Dean was on the phone. I guess that's too good to be true, but after some of the names that left WWE, I wouldn't be surprised if more jump ship down the road, especially after how successful that show was. Opportunity lies outside the WWE now and everyone knows it. The next year is going to be nuts as more guys decide they want more creative freedom and/or contracts start to expire. smarky_pantsWas Suzuki a one-time thing or is he going to be at the Chicago show? Because I'm going and would love to see him there. pepsiplungeFelt like a one-off that backfired on Shane McMahon. I love the talent sharing with Japan and ROH though, so I would bet on more surprises since there weren't any major debuts at the show. ZSJ anyone? Will Ospreay? KUSHIDA? the list is endless.

ROH/NEW News: New ROH World Heavyweight ChampionSaturday night was a nightmare that Cody Rhodes would soon forget, but the fans in attendance and those watching on Honor Club/NEWTV were treated to an amazing close to the show.
ROH Television Champion Jeff Cobb issued an open challenge for the title and ROH World Heavyweight Champion Cody Rhodes answered. Rhodes, Marty Scurll and Adam Page made an unscheduled appearance, stunning the fans in attendance. Rhodes stated that after the disappointment of Main Attraction, he was looking to bounce back and add more gold to Bullet Club. Cobb accepted, but said his "Bullet Club lackies" had to leave. "Or better yet," Cobb added, "they can stay IF you put the ROH World Championship on the line."
Rhodes thought for a moment, then Cobb got his answer when Dean Ambrose appeared from nowhere and struck Jeff Cobb in the back of the head with a steel chair. Rhodes then dashed to the ring and shouted at the referee to call for the bell, then waited for Cobb to rise to his feet and went for a Cross Rhodes...but Cobb reversed and dropped Rhodes on his head with a stiff German Suplex.
Rhodes tried to regroup and the match was relatively even thanks to the chair shot on Cobb, but in the final moments another huge surprise brought the crowd to their feet.
The referee got in the way of one of Cody's sneak attacks and paid the price, and while he was down Bullet Club stormed the ring and began beating on Cobb. Then suddenly, the crowd roared when "A Warrior's Call" by Volbeat blasted over the sound system and The New Era stormed the ring and fought off Bullet Club! Seconds later, Rhodes was alone in the ring and Jeff Cobb landed an Athleticplex to become the NEEWWWWW ROH World Champ!
The show closed with a massive ovation as Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish returned to Ring of Honor and held Jeff Cobb's arms high in the air.
Jeff Cobb sits on top of Ring of Honor with the two biggest titles in the company around his waist thanks to ROH alumni, and New Era Wrestling returns this Thursday for its first live show since Main Attraction. The New Era have evened the scored against Bullet Club in a big way, and Bullet Club are backed into a corner and find themselves without a title for the first time in years. How will Rhodes & Co. react?

From: www.reddit.com/r/squaredcircleWON: Main Attraction ratings, notes and comments from this week's WORDave's ratings for Main Attraction. No 5-star classics but a solid showing throughout (minus the no contest and the squash): Kenny Omega vs. Aleister Black: 3.75 stars Jericho/Naito III: 4 stars The Revival vs. The Usos: 3.5 stars Rusev vs. Adam Cole: 2.25 stars Liv Morgan vs. Becky Lynch: no rating New Era vs. Bullet Club: 3 stars Dean Ambrose vs Minoru Suzuki: 3.75 stars Kenny Omega vs. Sami Zayn: 3 stars Aleister Black vs. Shinsuke Nakamura: 3.5 stars Rusev vs. KENTA vs. Cody Rhodes: 3.25 stars Adam Cole vs. Pete Dunne: 4 stars -Dave mentioned that the low rating for Rusev and Adam Cole didn't reflect the impact the match had and was rated lower because it was a squash. Thought it was a great job by both guys and was a great set up for future matches. -Expects their match on Thursday will main event and be excellent. -Also mentioned that he felt Jericho/Naito III was far better than the reviews would have you believe. People probably expected a long match ending in a blood bath but there was no way they'd be able to do that given the time constraints. -Said he had a hard time judging the main event and had to re-watch it before rating it because his initial reaction was the rate it high but after review it wasn't as great as he thought when watching the show live. Dave and Alvarez then spoke in length about the Liv Morgan segment. He said that he thought it was a bit corny at first but as the segment went on he started to feel uncomfortable, like he was watching a snuff film. Alvarez says that's exactly what they were going for and it was his favourite part of the night. "I can't say enough good things about it. It was so fresh and so captivating," Alvarez says. Dave agrees but has his reservations. "It's a big step to take with a character in this business and while it was a crazy moment, they will need to capitalize going forward. The fans turn on a dime on characters like that if the character doesn't become some all-powerful being that dominates consistently. Look at Bray Wyatt." Alvarez responds that it's a new company with more creative freedom and good people at the helm, so he has faith this will turn Liv in to a superstar. Alvarez then asks Dave to speculate on Dean Ambrose and Bullet Club, but Dave pretty much dismisses it. "I thought the backstage stuff was goofy, I'm just glad we got some proper Bullet Club fuckery with The New Era before the night ended. And Ambrose talking on the phone seemed really shoehorned in, like they needed an angle to make Bullet Club not look like a total joke. Unless it's a huge reveal then they've lost me and I'm not liking this NEW version of Bullet Club. Maybe they have someone big in mind, maybe it's nothing, I don't know. WWE still isn't talking and if they've lost someone again we won't know until it's revealed because everyone is on DEFCON 1 total lock down since the mass exodus. We'll see."Rest of the episode is spent talking about The New Era's ROH homecoming, Jeff Cobb, and the Raw ratings continuing to slide. Have a listen.

Shane McMahon, Paul Heyman & Mauro Ranallo are sitting in a conference room in front of an NEW backdrop. A few other senior staff members join them and Shane stands up and walks to the nearby podium to address the handful of journalists in the room.-Shane McMahon "Good evening. Let me start by thanking you all for coming. I know it's a bit unprecidented to have sports media at a press conference, but this company is just that: unprecidented. We strive to be different, to be as transparent as possible, and to approach this industry in a way that engages us with the fans like never before." -Shane McMahon "That's probably why we are happy to announce that subscriptions to NEWTV, New Japan World and Honor Club have continued to grow in the days since Main Attraction, and we suspect we're going to see a big spike in a few moments after some announcements." -Shane McMahon "NEW and Main Attraction have been far more successful than any of us imagined, and even faster than we could have possibly predicted. As we prepare for the latest episode of NEW Live here in Chicago, we thought it fitting to use this opportunity to make further announcements. This is one of the biggest wrestling cities in the world, and to make it part of our growing history was a no-brainer." -Shane McMahon "At the beginning of Main Attraction I mentioned that after touring some cities in the eastern United States, we would make our way north to Canada and embark on the Canada Stadium Series. I'm pleased to announce we have confirmed the final dates and venues, and all the dates on the tour will be posted on our website after this conference is over. I do have one apology though, which is fitting since we're about to tour Canada: I said that all the events would be in open air stadiums. That is no longer true, as we've had to book a handful of shows at larger, enclosed arenas to ensure that we bring NEW Live to as many fans in Canada as possible." -Shane McMahon "The series will take place over the course of a month, and there will be more than one live weekly show streaming on all our platforms. Again, the schedule will be posted after this conference. And you won't want to miss a minute of the action because there will be stipulations, surprises, title matches and more as the Canada Stadium Series progresses." -Shane McMahon "I also announced that there would be overseas shows upcoming and while some things are still being worked out, I'm proud to announce that we will be conducting our other annual major event, "Pick Your Poison" will be taking place across the pond in London, England this October....at none other than Wembley Stadium." There's some commotion in the room in regards to this last announcement, some journalists shouting questions before Shane can finish.-Shane McMahon "I know, I know. Wembley. It seats over 90,000 people. How could we possibly sell out a venue of that size? Well, all I can say is: we can, and we will." From there, Shane McMahon hands the reigns to Paul Heyman, who excitedly takes questions from the reporters.CANADA STADIUM SERIES JULY 2019 (subject to changes/additions)

New Era Wrestling NEW Live - Episode 08 United Center Chicago, Illinois Premiere"Twilight Sunrise" welcomes the fans across the world back to NEW Live after a brief hiatus. The post-Main Attraction haze has worn off and the fans in Chicago are as rawkus as ever, ready for the new dawn of NEW.-Corey Graves "If the past two months were the prologue and Main Attraction was the season premiere, what a premiere it was!" -Mauro Ranallo "There's a lot to unpack from that fateful night, Corey, but if I know Chicago and I know Shane McMahon, things are going to progress quickly tonight and we might even get a few more surprises to go along with it all." -Corey Graves "Normally we'd do a rundown and recap everything that happened prior to tonight, but there's just too much and not enough time. I'm just going to soak it all in and see what unfolds in that ring tonight." The camera pans across the roaring crowd and the smoke from the opening fanfare begins to settle. The music dies out and the buzzing crowd anxiously awaits what will transpire over the following 2-plus hours.
The fans give a heavily mixed reaction when the music of Cody Rhodes hits.-Mauro Ranallo "An interesting reaction from Chicago to say the least. You never know what you're going to get with this crowd. Some seem to be unforgiving towards Cody's actions at Main Attraction, but I was banking on a semi-hometown hero welcome after what Cody pulled off last year at All In." Rhodes steps onto the stage with his tights on and American Nightmare jacket open. He adjusts the collar and poses on the stage with Brandi, then the duo are eventually joined by Marty Scurll & Adam Page.
Rhodes begins down the ramp and Scurll and Page look out at the crowd for a moment. As they do, Dean Ambrose saunters onto the stage behind them, decked out as usual in jeans and a Bullet Club t-shirt. The fans give a roar of appreciation as Dean Ambrose appears, casually bumping fists with Scurll and Page but still remaining both emotionally and physically distant.
Bullet Club take their time to enter the ring, sauntering and strutting around like they own the place. It appears to get on the crowd's nerves when Cody Rhodes finally brings the microphone to his lips.-Cody Rhodes "Not the reaction I was expecting, but I'll take it." The crowd grows a little more upset while Cody and Brandi chuckle to themselves, and quoting the President probably didn't help that.-Cody Rhodes "Chicago, it's good to be back." The United Center gives Rhodes what could best be described as a pity cheer.-Cody Rhodes "Less than a year ago, with the help of some former friends, I brought you a little show called 'All In.'" The crowd roars, some beginning to chant "THANK YOU, CODY!" clap clap clapclapclap-Cody Rhodes "And there it is." Cody pauses and his demeanor completely changes. He scowls at the audience now and begins to berate them.-Cody Rhodes "I brought you HISTORY, Chicago. I brought you a world first. I put my career, my livelyhood, my entire BEING on the line for you, and this is my thanks. I get a cheap pop on my triumphant second homecoming and half of you can't even find it in you to applaud. YOU INGRATES. YOU PATHETIC, MORONIC, UNGRATEFUL PIECES OF-" -Shane McMahon "Whoa now." Shane McMahon emerges from the back, mic in hand, interrupting Cody Rhodes. Shane gets a massive ovation from the Chicago crowd, with chants of "THANK YOU, SHANE!" clap clap clapclapclap spreading like wildfire. -Shane McMahon "Okay, yes, thanks. Or, you're welcome. Anyway, Cody. Cody, you asked to come out here to address the crowd because this was your first show back since All In. Had you told me you were going to use your time to hurl insults I would have said no. We've got a lot of show to do, so if you don't mind-" -Cody Rhodes "Oh, I DO MIND, SHANE. I mind a LOT. I'm glad you came out here, because I have something to tell you." -Cody Rhodes "You talk a lot about making history these days, don't you Shane? History. I made history, I did. I made history right here in this city, but does anyone care anymore? Does anyone pay me my dues that I completely deserve? NO!" -Cody Rhodes "And YOU, Shane. YOU are to blame. Look at what you've done with what I created! This was my dream! This was me! I brought the indies to the mainstream. I competed with the evil empire, the empire that YOU represent in both name and spirit. I-" -Shane McMahon "Now let me stop you right there because I've been meaning to talk to you about this, Cody. You see, you and I have a lot more in common than you probably think. Like you, I am my father's son. You're right about that." -Cody Rhodes "Don't you dare." -Shane McMahon "What? What, Cody? Speak the truth? Because that's what this is, whether you want to admit it to yourself or not. Because you see, Cody, you inspired me." Cody goes to speak, but doesn't. He pauses, looking a bit stunned.-Shane McMahon "You're right, Cody. You did create something amazing. You made history. You did all that. And it was what you did that gave me the push I needed to create what you see around you. I mean, we talked about this, Cody. Have you forgotten already? You were one of the first to sign the dotted line. It was because of you that I was able to convince the rest of Bullet Club to be a part of this. I knew this wouldn't succeed without you, and despite your faults.... I needed you." Rhodes doesn't know what to say.-Shane McMahon "So yes, Cody. I took what you did and I built another empire on it. I have a vision for what this company can be and I feel like you share in that vision, or else you wouldn't be here. We are our father's sons, you and I. We went our own way and built the business that we wanted. But look, if you've changed your mind, that's fine. We can talk about it later, but I hope you don't quit on me alread-" -Dean Ambrose "Blah blah blah, alright. Enough already." Dean snatches the microphone away from Cody Rhodes, but Rhodes barely notices. He's almost in a trance.-Dean Ambrose "I hope you two had a nice chat because I'm done listening to this. You said yourself, we've got a lot of show to do, so if you don't mind, Shane, I think Chicago and everyone at home wants to get on with it." The fans cheer while Cody Rhodes stares at Dean Ambrose, mostly expressionless, but also a bit upset.-Shane McMahon "Oh, you're right about that. We've got a lot of show. In fact, we'd better start it soon because I've got someone I have to meet backstage in a few minutes and there's no way in hell I'm missing that appointment. So Dean, since you're so eager to fight again, I hope you and your friends here stretched before you came out here. You and two of your best bros in the ring there have a match against British Strong Style....RIGHT NOW!" The haunting music and the voice of Jack White fills the air as Chicago erupts for Pete Dunne, Tyler Bate & Trent Seven! Pete Dunne wears his distinct fur vest over his gear while Bate and Seven both wear their trunks with open black peacoats and newsboy flat caps. The trio pose on stage as Shane McMahon disappears to the back, rushing to his meeting.-Mauro Ranallo "Holy crap what a speech by Shane, Corey. I think Cody Rhodes is speechless for the first time in years." -Corey Graves "I don't think anyone has ever reached him like that. And who is Shane McMahon meeting backstage?" British Strong Style pose on the apron for a moment as Dean Ambrose, Marty Scurll and Hangman Page warm up in the ring. Cody Rhodes stands at ringside with Brandi on his arm, who is trying to snap him out of the daze he's in.Bullet Club vs. British Strong StyleSix-Man Tag Team MatchThe Chicago crowd is red hot for the kick-off match and the men in the ring seem to feed off that energy because they get right to it. Dean Ambrose leads the charge and squares up with Trent Seven, and the two exchange blows for a few moments with Dean eventually getting the upperhand and tagging in Adam Page. Page goes to work on Seven, but after a running knee misses its mark and Page gets hung up on the ropes, Seven drills him with an overhead kick and both men go down before dragging themselves to their respective corners and tagging out. In comes Marty Scurll and Pete Dunne, and the crowd pops huge for Dunne as he connects with a forearm blow to Scurll's jaw that knocks him senseless. Dunne controls the match from there and Bullet Club are in shambles as they watch Dunne, Bate and Seven take turns beating the hell out of The Villain. Late in the match, Marty Scurll rebounds from the ropes and catches Tyler Bate unaware with a lariat, then pulls him to his feet and hits an X-Factor before collapsing to the mat. While both men are down, Adam Page distracts the referee which draws the ire of Pete Dunne. He and Trent Seven swoop around the ring and get into it with Page and Ambrose, then punches are thrown! All this happens just to the right of Cody Rhodes, but he barely notices. Instead, Rhodes begins shuffling away, heading for the exit. Brandi pleads with him but eventually concern for her husband wins out and she accompanies him to the back. Rhodes hangs his head in shame as he leaves the arena. Back at ringside, Dean Ambrose takes down Pete Dunne and looks to the stage just as Cody disappears behind the curtain. A smile crosses his face before he re-focuses on the match and Bullet Club start to turn the tables. While the referee is distracted by Adam Page and Trent Seven, Ambrose reaches into the ring and trips up Tyler Bate. He shouts at Ambrose, who backs away with his arms up, then as Bate turns around Ambrose slides Marty Scurll's umbrella into the ring. Bate sees the weapon, spins back around to look at Ambrose, then turns to face Scurll.. ..WHACK!! Scurll lays out Tyler Bate! As soon as Scurll covers Adam Page backs off and the referee snaps back to it, and makes the count! Winners: Bullet ClubThe fans boo as Bullet Club rejoice, regrouping outside the ring. Ambrose and Page drape Marty Scurll over their shoulders and back up the ramp as quickly as their tired legs with take them, and celebrate while British Strong Style become livid in the ring.++++++++++++++++++++++We then go backstage where Renee Young is standing by, hoping to get a word with Shane McMahon. The door to his makeshift office opens and out emerges Paul Heyman, who gets a huge pop from the Chicago fans.-Renee Young "Mr. Heyman!" -Paul Heyman "I may be handsome but I'm not a young man anymore, Renee. You can't be lurking behind closed doors and startling me like that." -Renee Young "I'm sorry, I was actually hoping to speak with Mr. Mc-" -Paul Heyman "You won't be seeing Shane any more tonight, Renee. He's very busy with a client who requires his full attention for the rest of the evening." -Renee Young "That's what I was hoping to ask him..or you, about-" -Paul Heyman "I thought so. This interview is over, please don't speak to me for the rest of the night. Thank you." Heyman abruptly leaves unpleasantly and Renee is a bit put off, but she shrugs and walks off. The camera pans away and the crew follows Paul Heyman around a corner, and we see Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks arriving at the building! The fans give another huge pop at the sighting of The Elite, and Paul Heyman appears just as pleased to see them.
Heyman shakes their hands and takes a moment to congratulate Kenny Omega on winning the NEW World Championship, which is draped over his shoulder. Omega then opens his grey suit jacket and reveals the IWGP Heavyweight Championship around his waist, which Heyman admires for a moment before shaking their hands again and walking off. Before Heyman leaves, he hands The Elite over to some awaiting staff members, who direct them to their dressing room for the evening.++++++++++++++++++++++++ControlBack inside the arena, the lights go completely out and a song that sent chills down the spines of everyone that witnessed Main Attraction begins to play. The crowd goes NUTS as the music plays, then gets even louder as a large spotlight hits the ring and we see Liv Morgan standing in the centre of the ring.
Liv has wild, teased out pigtails sticking out the sides of her head and between them is that grotesque mask she first donned at Main Attraction. She's wearing a short red skirt and a white tank top, and between them strapped across her torso is the gleaming silver face of the NEW Women's Championship.
Liv has a microphone in her hand but she takes a moment to bask in the ovation from the crowd. Liv's sinister smile hides a hint of joy when she finally speaks.-Liv Morgan "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls...my beautiful dolls." The spotlight pans back and illuminates most of the ring. We see Liv Morgan's Dolls standing in the ring behind her. Two of them are still dressed entirely in black, their heads snapped to one side, their bodies rigid.
Beside them is very clearly Becky Lynch and the crowd gasps when we see her disheveled hair and clothes. Becky is still in the outfit she wore at Main Attraction, though now it is wrinkled, tattered and her upper chest has a deep brown stain from the dried blood that ran down her face.
All three women have the same masks on and are still in a trance of some kind.-Liv Morgan "Don't they look so pretty? Aren't they just perfect?" Liv slowly walks around them, pausing to run her hand along Becky's bare arm.-Liv Morgan "So. You probably have a lot of questions, or maybe you don't. I'm not a mind-reader...or am I?" Liv playfully chuckles to herself.-Liv Morgan "I came out here tonight because I wanted the world to see my beautiful dolls, but also because I had a thought. I thought to myself, yes, I am NEW Women's Champion. But did I earn it? Um, also yes." Liv giggles again.-Liv Morgan "But I did some reading and I did some listening and I realized that a few people out there don't believe I should be Women's Champion right now. They don't believe in ME. They think I stole this title and that I should give it back! THE NERVE OF SOME PEOP-" Liv takes a deep breath, suppressing an intense rage we've never seen in her before.-Liv Morgan "So I had an idea. Since I didn't actually win this title in a sanctioned match, and since that apparently matters to some of you, I'll let them decide who can be the number one contender! Will it be Ms. Lynch?" Liv removes Becky's mask and her eyes are glazed over white. When the mask comes off she begins to move, though she still is in some kind of strange trance.-Liv Morgan "...or will it be Ms. Bayley?" Liv removes the mask from one of the women in black, revealing the face of Bayley, who also has glazed over eyes. Her mascara is running down her cheeks and caked to her face, as if she had been crying.-Liv Morgan "...or Ms. Ruby?" The final mask is removed and of course, it's Ruby Riott. Her face is twisted in a scowl but she too is in a trance, eyes glazed over.-Liv Morgan "Play nice, my lovelies!" Liv hops out of the ring and the lights return to normal. The bell rings and the three women immediately begin to circle one another.Ms. Lynch vs. Ms. Bayley vs. Ms. Ruby#1 Contendership to the NEW Women's ChampionshipThe crowd buzzes with anticipation as the three women circle like rabid animals, all of them not themselves, their hair a mess and their clothes ratty and wrinkled. Becky looks like a wild beast with her straw-like hair and dried blood still on her chin and chest. Bayley's cheeks, caked with black eyeshadow, make it as if she has war paint on. Ruby Riott is the first to strike and she slams her palm into Bayley's face with a stiff palm strike. Becky immediately attacks as well, elbowing Ruby Riott in the head with a stiff shot. Bayley shakes off the palm strike and kicks Ruby so hard in the knee that it buckles and she falls onto her side. Bayley then begins striking Becky in the neck and body with open-handed strikes and chops. -Corey Graves "What in the hell am I watching?" -Mauro Ranallo "I have no idea but I don't like it." The strikes and kicks from all three women land hard and stiff. This is unlike anything anyone has seen before. Bayley pummels Becky Lynch in the corner for a few moments but Becky eventually fights back to her feet and lands a hard elbow strike to Bayley's jaw. Ruby Riott rejoins the fray now and grabs Bayley by her hair, yanking her to the mat. The referee intervenes at the hair pull, but Ruby simply snaps around to face the referee and glares at her. Her milky, blank eyes cause the referee to back away immediately. Ruby and Becky then start trading blows and eventually some form of a wrestling match begins to unfold. Becky is sent into the ropes but comes back with a kick to Ruby's chops when she goes for a backdrop, standing her up. Becky then grabs Ruby by the throat with both hands and pushes her back into a corner, choking her. The referee intervenes again but when Becky gets in her face now, she backs away and keeps her distance the rest of the match. Becky stomps away at Ruby while Liv Morgan looks on from ringside, quite pleased. Bayley is back up now and she slams Becky onto the canvas before hitting the ropes and driving her knee into Becky's ribcage. Bayley then starts to beat her down before snatching her back to her feet and wrapping her arms, trying for the Bayley-to-Belly, but Ruby springs from the corner and kicks Bayley in the spine with a front heel kick and both her and Becky fall to the mat. Ruby staggers slightly and can't capitalize, and Bayley gets back to her feet in seconds. She rushes at Ruby but she's ready, and Ruby Riott hits a Uranage that sends Bayley to the mat on the back of her neck! The crowd groans as Bayley writhes in pain and Ruby covers, but Becky breaks it up with a scream and a flurry of punches. She then wraps her fingers around Ruby's ears and starts slamming the back of her head into the canvas while continuing to scream. Becky then watches as Ruby rolls to her side, almost crying, but Becky feels nothing. She just uses the opportunity to snatch Ruby's arm and lock in the Disarmher. Bayley sees this and tries to intervene, but she's still in a lot of pain and moving slowly. Becky sees her coming and stands up, booting Bayley in the stomach and knocking her clean through the ropes to the outside. Becky goes back to work, locking in the Disarmher on Ruby again, and Ruby eventually taps out when the pain becomes too much. Winner: Becky LynchThe crowd pops as Becky Lynch wins an insanely brutal match, but when the referee tries to touch her she snatches her arm away almost like she's seeing an alien or something. Becky's music hits and she looks at the rafters, almost confused. She looks out at the crowd, almost like she's remembering something she forgot.
Liv quips from ringside and Becky immediately spins around and locks eyes with Liv Morgan, who nods in approval.
Then Becky does something unexpected: she lies down. Becky lies on her back in the centre of the ring while Ruby Riott and Bayley both lie outside the ring in pain.
When Liv Morgan climbs onto the apron, Becky's music cuts out and Liv hands the NEW Women's Championship to the referee. He signals for the bell, but Liv immediately pins Becky and the referee counts to three.
When Liv stands back up, so too do Bayley and Ruby Riott, who snap to attention despite still being in serious pain. Becky Lynch gets to her feet right away as well, and she actually raises Liv's arm in victory.
Liv celebrates her "win" to a booing crowd, then skips out of the ring and heads up the ramp with her Dolls in tow.+++++++++++++++++++++We cut to a video package now and see Tetsuya Naito pacing back and forth somewhere indescript. He appears upset, and has the NEW Contender's Championship slung over his shoulder. The IWGP Intercontinental Championship is nowhere to be seen.
Naito is wearing a black hoodie and joggers, and a red Destino cap. He adjusts it and brushes his hair aside before he speaks (in Japanese with subtitles):-Tetsuya Naito "I am not in Chicago tonight because I am nursing a concussion. A concussion I received from Dean Ambrose, a man I didn't even know existed until recently." Naito is agitated and clearly wishes he were in Chicago. Speaking about it makes him more upset.-Tetsuya Naito "I know he attacked me out of jealousy, but I am not angry with him. I am angry with Kenny Omega." Naito stops and looks into the camera.-Tetsuya Naito "Bullet Club have been a virus in Japan for years, and for a long time Kenny Omega was the source of that virus. The virus spread to the United States and Kenny Omega is the reason for that. Then, when the virus got so out of control that others tried to kill it, a new source arose and kept the virus alive. Weaker, but alive. And now that virus continues to try and hold back the more talented superstars of New Era Wrestling." -Tetsuya Naito "I blame Kenny Omega. He is an enabler and a fiend. But soon he will learn what a virus is actually capable of. Soon Kenny Omega will learn that a virus can attack from anywhere, at any time." Naito raises the Contender's Championship off his shoulder and holds it close to the camera.-Tetsuya Naito "I will be the cure. I will be the man who eliminates the virus for good. I will be NEW World Champion and save the world from a global pandemic." +++++++++++++++++++++++BlameBack in the arena, the crowd erupts as Volbeat hits and The New Era appear on stage. In usual fashion, Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly emerge first and raise their arms as Adam Cole joins them front and centre."ADAM COLE, BAYBAAYYY!"
POW! A golden pyro explodes over their heads and echoes through the arena as the fans continue to cheer for The New Era, who make their way to the ring.-Corey Graves "I think Tetsuya Naito is bluffing. I'm calling it now: Shane McMahon's appointment was with Naito to sign over the Contender's Championship. We're getting a new champ tonight, my friends!" -Mauro Ranallo "I doubt it, Corey. I haven't seen Tetsuya Naito since Main Attraction and I was told he flew back to Japan to nurse his concussion at home. I'd be stunned if he showed up here tonight." -Renee Young "Well who do you think Shane McMahon met with tonight?" -Mauro Ranallo "I couldn't even begin to guess, but I know one thing: Shane wouldn't make such a huge deal out of it if it weren't someone extremely important. I hope we find out who it was before the night is out." Adam Cole poses on the apron as Fish & O'Reilly stand high on turnbuckles. He tosses his t-shirt into the crowd and is dressed for a fight, the fight that the NEW Television Champion promised him at Main Attraction.
Kyle O'Reilly motions for a microphone and is the first to speak.-Kyle O'Reilly "At Main Attraction, The Revival became the NEW Tag Team Champions." BOOOOO!-Kyle O'Reilly "...and we became the number one contenders." YAAAYYY!-Kyle O'Reilly "But The Revival aren't here tonight." BOOOOOOO!-Kyle O'Reilly "So we're waiting, but we're ready. We're here in Chicago. We'll be in Indianapolis next week. And St. Louis after that. And Cincinnati. And Pittsburgh. And Detroit. And whatever other cities we're hitting before we go to Canada. Hell, we'll be all over Canada too! The moral of the story is this: we're not going anywhere. We're going to be everywhere. We'll be in your nightmares, your daydreams, your kids' birthday parties, your proctology exams.." Bobby Fish snatches the microphone.-Bobby Fish "You talked about being the best tag team in the world, and you won the titles just like you said you would. So be the men you say you are and defend them like true champions." Fish hands the microphone to Adam Cole.-Adam Cole "Speaking of champions, a true champion is going to come out here and show The Revival what that looks like. He promised me a shot, knowing I wasn't at my all at Main Attraction, and we all know why that was.." BOOOOOOO!-Adam Cole "So after I achieve my goal of becoming Television Champion tonight, I'm going to show up in Indianapolis next week and I'm going to wait too. I'm going to wait for Cody Rhodes to walk down to the ring, accept my challenge, and beat the holy hell out of him!" YAAAAAAAYYYYY!"MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM..."Aiden English & Lana appear to a huge pop. -Aiden English "We ain't out here to talk, we're walking the walk, We're here to celebrate the first of the TV greats. The man who walked that walk and talked that talk, Who won it all, and isn't afraid to answer the call. He's the Television Champion tonight and always, So please help me celebrate the first of many...... RUSEV DAAAAAAAAAAAAAYS!" POW! Another loud bang and the drumbeats kick in. Rusev emerges from the entrance with the NEW Television Championship strapped tight around his waist.
Rusev is in the zone and blows right past English and Lana, who try and keep up as he stomps to the ring. Rusev looks like a beast just released from a cage and he doesn't waste a second getting in the ring.
The champion paces in his corner and glares at Adam Cole, who leans in his corner and brushes his hair back out of his face.
The timekeeper announces both men and the crowd roars Adam Cole's name along with him again when it's called. Rusev gets a huge pop as well, chants echoing of "RU-SEV-DAY! RU-SEV-DAY!" as he raises the TV title for his introduction.-Corey Graves "A big title fight feel for a mid-card title that is guaranteed to be defended at every show. Amazing how that can happen when you give the fans what they want, eh?" Rusev (c) vs. Adam ColeNEW Television ChampionshipThe air is intense as the two men square off, finally at 100 percent and ready to give the fans the match they deserve. Adam Cole tests the waters by attempting to sweep Rusev's legs, but Rusev is even quicker than Cole expects and he easily gets out of the way. Cole has to scramble to his feet to avoid an attack. Rusev tries to stomp on Cole's spine but only finds the canvas, the crack of the ring echoing under Rusev's massive boot as Adam Cole gives a nervous chuckle. Rusev isn't into playing games and wants to leave with the title ASAP, so he lets Cole come in on his second attempt and wraps his massive arms around Cole's, trapping him in a Bear Hug when Cole tries to lock up. Cole kicks his legs as he's lifted off the mat, then he tries to throw a headbutt at Rusev but it barely connects and Rusev shakes it off. This just seems to make him angry and Rusev turns, slamming Cole into the mat with a belly-to-belly slam. Rusev covers but Cole quickly kicks out. Rusev controls the match for some time and Adam Cole is doing everything he can to survive long enough to turn the tables. The match has a real David vs. Goliath feel for some time. Despite Cole's height, he looks puny compared to Rusev, but even in taking a beating Cole looks resilient as ever and Rusev starts to tire. Rusev can't put Adam Cole away with any of his vicious slams or rest holds, and Cole does everything in his power to avoid the devastating Machka Kick. After driving Cole into a corner with an Irish Whip, Rusev unloads a third Machka Kick attempt and Cole narrowly dodges it, hanging Rusev up on the turnbuckle in the process and hitting a Super Kick that almost knocks Rusev's beard off his face. The crowd groans as Cole falls to his back and Rusev goes limp over the top rope. Adam Cole eventually gets to his feet and goes in for the attack.. ..MACHKA KICK!! Rusev was playing possum! He covers! 1! 2! Adam Cole kicks out! Rusev can't believe it. He looks to ringside and sees Lana, who doesn't even flinch. She has a smirk of confidence plastered on her face as she clenches her fist, signaling for Rusev to end it. Rusev plants his boot on Adam Cole's back and then locks in the Accolade! It's all over! Adam Cole has nowhere to go! Rusev bends Adam Cole at his will as the fans go wild and stand on their feet! Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish are helpless at ringside! Lana watches as her man destroys Adam Cole, and Aiden English jaws at The New Era as only he can, spitting fire at them while Adam Cole cries out in pain. Adam Cole continues to scream and claw at Rusev's mighty hands, but there's nothing he can do. Cole won't tap, but the pain is too unbearable and he begins to fade. The referee sees he's in trouble and calls the match! Winner and STILL NEW Television Champion: RusevThe crowd erupts as Rusev puts Adam Cole away in dominating fashion!-Mauro Ranallo "MAMMA MIA! What a match!" -Corey Graves "Adam Cole just got punked and I love it, Mauro. This guy walks around like he's king of the world and Rusev just showed him what true power and talent looks like." -Renee Young "I always thought Rusev was held back and I'm glad to see that in a place where the stars are encouraged to go all-out, Rusev is shining." -Corey Graves "I know Rusev is a total beast and I don't want to take anything away from him, but I have to wonder if Adam Cole still isn't 100% because of Cody Rhodes attacking him with that chair. Concussions are no joke." -Mauro Ranallo "Well thankfully this is only one of many matches these two will likely have over the years to come." -Corey Graves "Amen to that." Rusev celebrates his way out of the arena with Lana and Aiden English while Adam Cole sits in the ring with his head in his hands. He scowls as O'Reilly and Fish try to console him, but he's having none of it. Cole knows deep down who's fault this is, and he's not going to waste a second getting his payback.
Adam Cole rolls out of the ring and heads to the timekeeper's area. He snaps up a steel chair and carries it out of the arena. Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish smile to each other, knowing what's coming, and they hurriedly follow Adam Cole to the back as the crowd applauds.++++++++++++++++++++After a quick ad break, Adam Cole is seen marching down the hall with the chair in hand. He comes to a door with a Bullet Club logo on it and without hesitation, kicks it in. The door slams open and inside, Dean Ambrose, Marty Scurll & Hangman Page are already ready for a fight, having been watching on the television in their dressing room!
As soon as Cole is through the door, Ambrose kicks him hard in the stomach and begins slamming his fist into Cole's head. Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish shove Ambrose away, but Scurll and Page are ready with an umbrella and a bull rope, respectively. O'Reilly is hit in the stomach with the umbrella while Page starts whipping Fish over the back with the knotted rope.
Fish drives his shoulder into Page's stomach and drives him backwards over a leather couch, and the two topple to the ground in a brawl. O'Reilly manages to dodge Scurll's baseball swing with the umbrella and begins punching him in the jaw, then forces him backwards into a wall. The drywall implodes and now Scurll and O'Reilly brawl on the floor covered in white dust.
In the centre of the room Ambrose and Cole trade shots until suddenly we hear loud barking?
Cody Rhodes appears in the doorway with his dog Pharaoh, who is viciously barking and gnashing his teeth! Rhodes stands solemnly in the door way with a blank expression on his face, but his eyes narrowed in anger. He just holds Pharaoh on a short leash until the commotion in the room stops and everyone is looking up at him.-Cody Rhodes "Out." The New Era get to their feet and manage to exit the room while Pharaoh growls at them. Adam Cole gets a little too close to inform Cody that "this isn't over," but Pharaoh snaps at him before he can finish and Cole jets out of the way. The New Era disappear down the hallway.-Cody Rhodes "You too." Scurll and Page look confused. Dean Ambrose kind of smirks, but doesn't say anything. He just grabs his jacket and storms out.
Cody stares down Adam Page and Marty Scurll as they reluctantly exit the destroyed dressing room. Scurll wants to say something but thinks better of it. As soon as they're out of the way, Cody slams what's left of the door.INTERMISSION
