So this is happening. But what got me thinking is, surely feuding with The Miz and The Bar isn't quite enough for such a momentous reunion.
Oct 16th, MONDAY NIGHT RAW.
The Miztourage take out Roman Reigns early in the show, and quickly vacate the ring and escape backstage and look to leave. For this attack on Reigns, Angle books The Miztourage v Ambrose & Rollins - TONIGHT! HANDICAP!
Ambrose & Rollins squash The Miztourage like they're a bunch of Ham n' Eggers - obviously highly motivated. The Bar attacks, and this collective 5 piece beat the snot out of Ambrose & Rollins, finishing the duo off a la Triple Powerbombs through the announcer's desks.
Reign attempts to make the save, and gets an ass-kicking of his own. He ends up through a table, the show closes with The Miztourage and The Bar standing over a pile of bodies.
It's announced during the week, The Shield v The Miz & The Bar will take place at TLC.
Oct 22nd, TLC PPV
Dallas and Axel are ecstatic - these idiots are walking around like it's mardi gras, Cesaro and Sheamus are already half drunk, it's time to celebrate. The Miz is over the moon. He's elated, he's feels so fantastic, he might run for president. He just orchestrated a pre-emptive attack on Ambrose, Reigns & Rollins and killed any prospect of a Shield reunion.
They're acting like The Shield are done and dusted. Shield mk2 failed to launch. They aren't showing up. There's no way.
Daniel Bryan enters frame, chewing on a bag of gluten-free corn chips. The Miz can't for the life of him understand why the Smackdown GM is on a RAW PPV and tells Bryan to skedaddle back to whatever organic eatery he dragged his retired midget self out of. Bryan tells The Miz he's here on business, and that he couldn't watch this from home, he needed a front row seat. The Miz tells Bryan, the celebration starts tonight and he expects Bryan and Angle, the collective GM's to be front and center for the ceremony.
Daniel tells Miz, that he gone and fucked up, and The Miz has no idea what he's got himself into. At this moment, The Miz realizes this. Daniel hopes Miz, has a plan B.
The Miztourage and The Bar make their way down to the ring. They've bought some heel jobbers with them. The Miz cuts a promo on what they did last week, and tells The Shield, they'd be stupid to show up. The Miz has amassed an army, it would literally be 3 v 15.

Then these guys show up. These guys, wearing those damn masks and tactical gear, and swinging chairs like it's an ECW show. They mow through the jobbers, then Dallas and Axel, then some sort of match begins. The Shield are untouchable, it's a slaughter. The Bar take Triple Powerbombs through the announcer's tables. The Miz escapes his attempted murder, and witnesses from the stage The Shield pile up 14 dead bodies. Ambrose is literally moments away from lighting this pile of corpses on fire.
IT'S TIME TO PLAY THE GAME!
Triple H makes his return, and firstly tells a The Miz, this is bigger than him and to get to steppin'. He tells The Shield, that he knew this day would come, and that he is the game, and that he is the King of Kings. Trips turns to Miz and says, to always have a plan B.
Out of no-where, Finn Balor ( Heel turn, he beat Wyatt earlier that night to end that shit show ), Kevin Owens ( Daniel Bryan made a trade ) and Samoa Joe ( returning from injury ) attack The Shield. Triple H drags his shovel ( really, his sledgehammer ) down to the ring with him, and they execute The Shield one by one in the middle of the ring. TLC has been a bloodbath.
