That Mutant Mayhem news is great! Although no way Foos Jr will be able to wait that long. Luckily there are some TV shows coming out. Finally started watching Masters of the Universe Revolution. So far so good. Any MOTU fans here? I think maybe iNCY ? I read Nocterra vol 3 this week. Apparently there's more coming in the future. No idea where the story goes, feels like it was a decent conclusion. On to the comics! Foos be getting: DUKE #3 UNDISCOVERED COUNTRY #28 WOLRDTREE #8 PUNISHER #4 Foos be reading: AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #44 AVENGERS TWILIGHT #3 DEAD X-MEN #2 INVINCIBLE IRON MAN #15

I like this season much better than the last one which was all about Grrl Powa. This was a much better take, but I don't know why every guy show has to be about making a girl as powerful as the guy these days.

I have grown to detest the “reboot”, I can down with something like the Thing prequel just embrace being a fan fiction story set in that universe, prequel, sequel, unrelated story that happens in the same universe, go that route with a Crow movie, don’t try to redo 1994, just stop.

The new Crow pictures I saw gives me Letoker vibes. Not sure how I feel about that but they are remaking my beloved Roadhouse too so what can you do?
I'm re-watching Gargoyles. No particular reason why. Just tickled my fancy one day so I bang out 2 episodes before bed.

My take on reboots is to treat them like a new film. If they look good that way I will check them out, if not then I will ignore them. Roadhouse looks good, Crow does not.
Thing kind of is a great example. Great remake. Prequel I did not like, but the Thing itself was a great remake of The Thing from Another World. Same for the Fly, killer remake.

I'm just waiting for surgery to have my appendix removed. As far as surgeries go, it's minor, but you never know. I was suppose to go into surgery an hour and a half ago, but it got pushed back. I can tell you this much, after not being able to drink anything, I have a new appreciation for water.
