Since we're talking about donuts and pizza around here, I thought i'd swing it a little.

There are some things out there that sound like they'd be gross but turn out to be awesome and the reverse is also true.

Gross: Chocolate covered bacon, I tried it and ugh, just ugh.

Awesome: Dipping your fries in a chocolate or vanilla shake.

It's weird you like one and not the other because it's pretty much the same concept.

Sweet and savory in general I find disgusting. Ham and Pineapple? Fuck that noise. Pineapple on Pizza too ... ugh.

I know it's unusual, it's just how my palate reacted.

I'm also one of those weirdos who likes tomato soup and tomato sauce but can't stand the actual fruit.

I LOVE ham and pineapple together. Pineapple on pizza works well with Ham and bacon. Not so good with pepperoni though.

Chocolate on the other hand DOES NOT go with meat.....ever.

How about buffalo sauce and blue cheese. They go great together, whether it's on chicken, or even burgers.

Fish and cheese
Tomato Sauce and Fried Chicken

Popcorn and Hot Sauce

I'm generally not a big cheese fan, but cheese and onion is a fantastic combination, whether it's in a sandwich or a crisp ("potato chip") flavour.

Milk chocolate and tea complement each other so well.

You and me both! I like anything tomato-based besides a tomato itself.

I think we all know i'm a big fan of Taco's and ketchup which apparently is strange to some. Awesome tasting to me.

Bacon on a donut is a no-no for me.

Mustard on a stack of crackers rocks. My kid on the other hand would eat Mayo on crackers...fuck that. Mayo is gross no matter the situation.

Chocolate goes well with Venison. Pretty classic combination.

I don't understand people's fears of sweet and savoury - the best food is all about balance so should hit all of your taste buds.

Fruit and meat should never touch. It's wrong. Also, Ranch salad dressing is SALAD dressing! It is gross when people put it on anything else. I know people who drowned every meal in that. It's disgusting.
