OH! Waffle Crisp, I totally forgot about that one! Not that it would've cracked my Top 10 list, but man... what a fun blast from the past.

Got a pair in there so far.

I saw Waffle Crisp in the store last week and honestly thought it was a long discontinued brand. I remember liking it as a kid, but it got BANNED(~!) from my house because my family hated the strong smell.

Honey Nut Clusters are the bomb. However I think now it's called Honey Nut Crunch Medley. Whatever the case it's damn fine cereal.

Seeing some of my picks finally pop up.

Guess some of my picks were the consequence of growing up with lots of old man cereals in the house because of my dad.

Chex and Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, Babay! Glad to see Smacks get some love, and totally ashamed I completed forgot about Crispix... That might've made it into my list had I remembered it, thinking about it now.

Think Honey Smacks was on my list at 7 but really anything below my top three I didn't care for that much.

Frosted Cherrios is a nice treat, when it comes to Cherrios. Wouldn't eat them every day. But on those special occasions, they do hit the proverbial spot.

Yeah, I guess I forgot to put Frosted Cheerios. I remember we only got them a looooong time ago cause the cereals came with some cool Olympic medallions and we were collecting them, my sister and me.

Cheerios might be the most overrated cereal of all time.

Of an the old man cereals I was exposed up via my dad growing up, I could never understand his fascination with/preference for Cheerios.

They were somehow magically more bland than his beloved Total.

I never liked plain-Jane Cherrios. I always prefer flavor to cereals.

I found we only had a select few cereals in the household growing up. Around 5-6 different ones and we never deviated from them. Going to a friend/family member's house and seeing different boxes in their pantry was jarring.

Ditto, so true... And yet somehow I managed to cycle through a fair number of cereals in my own household. I think when I started to earn some of my own spending money in high school, it mostly went into cereal (and Mountain Dew).

Question... Is that a legit Rice Krispies cereal box? I'd love them forever if they did a legit cross-promotion with Hedberg.

I doubt it. Just searched "snap crackle mitch and pop". It would certainly be a collector's item that I'd proudly display over the mantle. TBH outside of using them as treats mix I never knew that people actually ate Rice Krispies on their own.

I think Crunchy Nut should be in the same grouping as Honey Nut Corn Flakes, as they are both the very exact same cereal. It's from the same brand, and it's just a different name. Honey Nut Corn Flakes became Honey Crunch Corn Flakes, before finally being shortened and called Crunchy Nut.

The picture makes it seem a little different. Crunchy Nut seems to have little pieces of I assume nuts on the flakes, whereas Honey Nut Corn Flakes seems to be just the flakes. Of course I'm not too familiar with either choice otherwise I probably would have grouped them together.
