You know, now that you bring this up, I love the idea. You have the brass outsider representing the company. In contrast, you have the silent hard-working X-champion who lets his actions speak for themselves.

Hard work gets rewarded. Over the past year Brian Myers has done a great job reinventing himself and has become one of the most entertaining wrestlers in all of wrestling. Now he gets a Impact World Title shot. Do I expect him to win? Hell no. He's just a warm body capable of putting on a good match. So Impact does not have to burn a main eventer on a plus special.

Spent a while last night trying to figure out why Impact wasn't on. Apperantly they left twitch for youtube and now can't watch without a monthly fee.

I think they do replays on Impact plus so guess I should figure out that time.

Myers does deserve something I am not sure about world but something.

If the rumor I saw is true and Zicky is teamed with Brian Myers (Curt Hawkins WWE) it should be a lot fun. Because Myers is by far one of the best characters in all of wrestling.

Maybe he was just trolling, but D'Amore said on Jade Chung's stream that Buddy Murphy will be debuting this week. Like Zicky I think Impact would be the right choice for him, where he can really be a big fish in a small pond rather than the inverse in AEW. A series of matches with Jade's husband would be potential talk of the industry type stuff, even at this busy time.

I had to look up who that was, but yes after seeing who she's married too... I can definitely get behind a series of matches between Josh Alexander and Buddy Murphy, assuming of course that's where he ends up going.

I'm looking forward to seeing which past X division champion excepts Josh Alexander's open challenge. Hoping its not someone currently on the roster like Petey or Sabin. Give us a blast from the past.

I know its not going to happen but Josh vs Joe would be awesome.

Chris Bey and Finley with a good match. Bey has great crowd interaction. Finley has been better than expected but Juice just does not do much for me.

Main Event was just ok, but I'm kind of tired of Eddie Edwards. Impact (and all of wrestling) really needs to get away from everyone getting there spot or having their moment. The brawl after the main event was just too predictable.

James Storm and the MCMG are gone from the roster page. Sabin is there and John Skyler has been added

They're giving away Victory Road for free (you can get Impact Plus with the code VICTORYROAD) and I would definitely recommend watching for Christian vs Ace and Alexander vs Sabin.

Speaking of, Carshield has pulled their Flair commercials so this may be the beginning of the blowback on Flair. I doubt AEW touches him now but who knows.
