I'm trying to figure out how do they keep Hendry from winning the World Title? My best guess (or favorite guess) is Ethan Page shows up screws Hendry allowing Josh Alexander to get the win not knowing Page was involved.

The PCO effect is no joke. Dude is a Montreal draw. 

And yeah IDK why they went with Nemeth over Hendry unless Hendry has let it be known that he is going to WWE if/when his contract is up. Have to cash in and capitalize when your product is getting (some) traction. 

So Meltzer brought this up for AEW, but feels like it would be a better TNA thing. Lashley, MVP and Shelton are all soon to be free agents. No reason TNA cannot reform the Hurt Locker there, perhaps mixing in Moose.

Hendry is going to WWE ASAP. Likely before his contract is up, I imagine TNA will let him break it for WWE. But otherwise, this also was not his time. Nemeth is the guy you want as champ. Hendry is the guy you want to chase the title. Shit is moving around for a Hendry that has a lot more meaning than if he won it this weekend. And the chase is what will sell tickets.

Rumor is Bound for Glory might be in the UK and Hendry chases the title there.  That is unless they keep it in America so they can use Jeff Hardy.

I don't really understand Nemeth over Alexander.  Josh had a great heal turn, eliminating Hendry, and nothing to show for it. Unless Nemeth was part of the long term plan and they are sticking to the plan.

I'm not crazy about Nic winning, but it reminds me of when EY assaulted Swann. Young didn't win immediately either, Eddie Edwards was the 3rd person to set the stage for Eric's return & Rich's comeback.

TNA's in a better spot than I expected when coming back. Still needs more octagonal ring, but it's cool seeing the old logo/name + stage setup (kind of) back again.

Shame about Hammerstone's ankle. Hoping we get him vs Nemeth (or better yet Hendry, though that's unlikely) for the title at some point.

I had read that he had gotten hurt recently but now you've got me thinking I shoulda fact checked that first

he had some kind of issue but recently returned at Slammiversary.

Really wonder where he ends up. TNA should have died, and it really was only his obsession with it that kept it alive.

He is attempting to bring back Maple Leaf Wrestling. I'm guessing BCW with a new name and maybe a bigger reach. Time will tell.

Sounds like he is under contract still, I imagine when that runs out WWE and AEW both will want him. As will every other fed that can afford him.

My gut says he still ends up with TNA.

to quote Ron Simmons "DAMN!" Josh and Nemeth just had one of the best promos in TNA history.

While there were certain parts of the Iron Man match I liked, I often found the pacing very strange. The crowd didn't help, and seeing JBL after the match made me roll my eyes. Dud.
