I liked Dutt he sounded like he was having fun.

Finally all caught up. This weeks show started out really good with Tyrus getting the clean win over EC3. Rosemary Hania was good. Nice to see Taya back. The Cult of Lee and LAX with a another good segment. The show ended kind of flat. Eddie and Sammy are not what I consider main event material.

LAX need to ditch Konnan and find a new mouthpiece.

I was a little disappointed when I first heard that Hania was leaving for not wanting to job. I tried to stay away from spoilers and assumed she left in the middle of a feud. She did the job for Rosemary and wrapped up that story line. I'll give her credit for that. Overall I was impressed with her and hope they bring her back.

Crossroads is Thursday and I'm excited for it.

I really liked the Crossroads event last night. Allie vs Laurel was pretty good.

Crossroads was really good beginning to end. All clean wins if I'm not mistaken.

I'm a big Sami fan but he needs to dial it back just a bit.

Just found out Teddy Hart will be returning to Impact for the first time in 14 years at their Wrestlemania weekend show. Assuming Teddy shows up, which is always a big if, this will be the first Impact thing I'll seek out since the glory days of modern pro wrestling's other great visionary, Broken Matt Hardy.

I can't wait to see Sami vs Eddie again

Well you know I'm exactly the same as you here. Teddy is still my number one. The fact that Teddy is only gonna be wrestling for iMpact on Wrestlemania weekend instead of actually wrestling at Wrestlemania is criminal.. Yes, Teddy is a criminal too, but that crime is unforgivable. Such a monumental waste of amazing talent. He should be headlining against AJ.

Now I'm sad.

If only Eddie and Teddy swapped places.

Only joking, actually I just watched Teddy's first match back with 'Impact' the February 9th Twitch show against Bobby Wayward. As somebody who has subscribed to the idea that Teddy is nothing but a punk, I've got to say the match has got buying Teddy as a performer. This Wayward guy was a meat and potatos heel, but Teddy sold his offence well, got the fans behind him and then came back with a big flurry of moves. A lot of what Teddy does looks great, some of those back-breakers looked nasty and he really had the fans going by the end of the match. Maybe Teddy's final run in Pro Wrestling can see him capitilise on that potential? Maybe in the not too distant future Teddy ends up on 205 Live or wrestling for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships with Harry Smith.

Hope they let Sammy go over Eddie and keep pushing him.

So they officially fired Del Rio today.

Del Rio is a walking disaster. The only reason WWE would have him back is because of Vince, and that's why he probably no-showed, he's banking on going back to the WWE, but hopefully someone is having a word in Vince's ear. The company hates any sort of controversy these days, Del Rio is guaranteed to bring you that, whether you like it or not.

This is what sucks about taping so far in advance.

Pentagon Jr and Fenix to take Alberto's place against Aries at redemption ppv. No clue as to how they work that into the storyline.

I see this as an upgrade but you're right. As far as the storyline goes Del Rio fucked them over.

$62.99 USD for the Redemption PPV on FITE TV is ridiculous. You could get 6 months of the WWE network for that price.

Is it cheaper on normal ppv or what’s the deal?

Impact has revealed their new title belts on instagram. They look pretty damn solid.

I could see why they would have PPV's for Bound For Glory & Slammiversay but besides that, I find the PPV model outdated & obsolete.

Pentagon won and is the new Impact champion. Good main event. Better than their first match.

Overall, I enjoyed this ppv. Looking forward to Slammiversary this July.

My friends that watched Redemption said it was way better than expected.

Pentagon Jr as champion could be the shot in the arm the HW division needs.  I'm looking forward to his reign and how his character acclimates to Impact Wrestling.

I agree. I wasn't expecting much but I was more than pleased with what I got.

I haven't seen Impact in probably a year, yet while overseas caught Impact at 11pm at night one night.

As always, there's talent there. I can't deny that. However, they still produce hands down the worst wrestling show out there. This was the pre-Redepemtion PPV go home show. They spent 10 minutes airing dirty laundry... again. Yes, ADR is a fuckhead, we don't need 10 minutes of this.

A couple of OK matches and segments later. They're now showing Angle v Roode from 2011, because I can only guess, they hoped #anglevroode would trend as both are prominent on Monday Night Raw.

Fast forward an hour, they're showing their main event for Redemption for free from some carny show.. it had a different outcome, and there's a new Champ, which I'm all for, but I'm sure they won't fuck that one up within 24 hours

A few notes. You'd expect someone like Jimmy Jacobs to go to Impact, much like Sandow did and really sell us on the idea, he's going to be great. And much like Sandow, he's a disappointment. Jacobs should be leading OVE & Sami Callihan's faction.

I feel bad for Tessa Blanchard - two girls really stood out in the MYC, she was one. And should have been signed if it weren't for this need for NXT to pander to the niche markets. I was hoping she'd get another shot in the second MYC, instead she'll go to Impact. Win the belt. Leave within a year due to a lack of creative direction in the company and end back up on the indies, probably a bit richer no doubt.

New titles.. I'm guessing no one is getting paid this week.

Tonight should be fun. We have a tag title rematch as well as Pentagon's arrival as the new champion.

I still think many people have an unfair bias towards Impact, which knows they have a lot of work to do to win back their fans.
