They still breaking down doors and ruining peoples lives over weed here. Pick up a local newspaper and it's crazy how many people are getting in trouble going to court, getting put on probation, having their names printed in the papers over the plant, you'd think it was heroine.

A friend of mine is a reporter in Vancouver and she is at the government store in Kamloops, BC today tweeting about it. Follow the link for pictures and video.

Not just LEGAL weed, weed sold to us from our own government. I'd like to think the taxes from it will go to some good use but that remains to be seen.

My cousin is actually there and he sent me a few pictures of shit he bought.

Wife and I just took a two hour round trip out to the nearest legal dispensary for recreational weed in MA on Sunday.

Had to wait an hour in line just to get into the building. Then only to find out recreational is limited to what you can buy, how much, etc. Blah blah blah.

Still bought some because can't resist the sunk cost fallacy, but neither of us were too impressed with the experience. Can totally understand why people would still go the illegal route and buy from their friendly neighborhood dealer.

Although, considering why we were there, we could probably both get medical cards here and have the unfettered access to all the unlimited shit that patients apparently get.

Wife's looking primarily for something to ease her stage four endo pains. I'm looking for something to calm my mind down, ease general stress and anxiety. Don't really know how to reliably research this shit though.

Except we're trying to get pregnant, otherwise yeah... She'd be pounding birth control or getting everything cut out.

And I always though weed would, at least from the sense that I thought it induces paranoia. But my PTSD vet buddy started smoking in the past year or so and says it's the only thing that has helped mellow him out. So I figured maybe it was worth a shot?

I really wouldnt know brah. I couldnt tell you the difference between indica or sativa or what they do. I just buy country dirt weed and stay away from the exotic expensive stuff, way too strong makes me lazy and gives high anxiety.
