Some are saying that last night's epic MNF was a game that will fundamentally change the league - so it seems like a good time to assess where all the teams are as the playoff race starts to heat up:
1. Saints 2. Rams 3. Chiefs 4. Patriots 5. Steelers 6. Bears 7. Texans 8. Chargers 9. Colts 10. Panthers 11. Ravens 12. Seahawks 13. Vikings 14. Cowboys 15. Packers 16. Redskins 17. Titans 18. Bengals 19. Broncos 20. Eagles 21. Falcons 22. Dolphins 23. Browns 24. Lions 25. Giants 26. Jaguars 27. Bucs 28. Bills 29. 49ers 30. Jets 31. Raiders 32. Cardinals

Colts top 10? Like this same Colts D allowed the Jets offense spank them who are the 30th team in this ranking and who have the worst offense in the league. They are not a good team. They've been hurt portions of this year but top 10?
This isn't one game assessment they've barely beaten anyone worth while. Titans and skins right?

Fair argument. I had Carolina above them because I still believe in them, but they've lost two straight while the Colts are riding a four game winning streak. They've got Luck playing great ball behind a suddenly top-3 OL, and looking at their schedule they should make the playoffs with 5 very winnable games to come.
Maybe you can point to a game here and there from the Seahawks and Ravens to argue they have a win over a better team than Indy have managed, but I'm not convinced that necessarily makes them any better.

I would swap a couple. I'd have Steelers over Patriots and Chargers over Texans. I actually agree with the Colts take and anyone that's watched them in the last 2 or 3 weeks will agree. Andrew Luck is at his best and getting great protection. AFC South may end up with one of the better overall records despite the pre-season favourite Jaguars stinking up the joint.

Your top 5 has the right teams in it, feels like a tier where it falls off sharply after those teams into a list of teams I just can’t imagine winning the Super Bowl. I was probably leaning Chargers at number six until this weeks hiccup, but I don’t particularly believe strongly in any team under number five. I’d probably have Carolina over Indy, but it’s all minute week by week differences driving it.

I had a look at the Chargers record after I posted my comment, and it's interesting that they, like the Texans, have only really good win on their record, at the Seahawks. However, unlike the Texans, they have a tough run to the play-offs. They should get there but we'll see what they're made of in the next few weeks.
Texans could finish with 11 or 12 wins and still be between 6th and 8th on the list, their schedule is crazy.
I also agree entirely on the top 5 vs the rest, the gulf is huge. Chicago have some decent wins on their record though. Great defense, unreliable but streaky quarterback, they could do something. The cupboard is bare after that.

I found 1-8 pretty easy , maybe not the order but for me #9 is when you're really starting to split hairs and where I had the most trouble. It's just a bunch of teams you could easily make an argument for and against.
I think the Colts belong based on just being as hot as they are. I don't care who they've beaten , at least they won those game and some of them convincingly. It's crazy that they and the Texans are where they are right now - after Week 3 you would have been committed to an asylum if you told people those two controlled the AFC South.
The bottom was a little tough , discerning which pile a crap to put where. I don't care that they Raiders just won - I still had the Cardinals ahead of them. Oakland is a fucking embarrassment who next to zero talent left on their team - Arizona still has some All Pro caliber players and potential.

I just read the stat that there were more touchdowns score in Monday Nights game than the Buffalo Bills have scored all season - they should probably be lower. That is said RT - how do you do it?

Alcohol. Also realistic goals. My only hope for this season was that the Bills didn’t go 0-16. Peterman + a rookie QB for half the season will result in very few TDs so the stat wasn’t that surprising when I read it.
