Rivalries should be fun. Took me all of about two minutes to come up with 21 stellar rivalries. I've already got my Top 10 locked in. Just have to organize the rest and make one tough cut.

I think I can make mine Top 10 Brock rivalries.

I'll get my Rivalries list in tonight. No need to dawdle. Plus I'll be away most of next week anyway. Super deep field. I would have no trouble coming up with 50. 

I’m trying to put together my list of greatest rivalries and holy shit this is insanely hard. I’m trying to decide to go with historic purpose or personal favorite and trying to make a fair enough list.

I literally know for sure what my top 2 is and then everything else can easily swap spots. It’s so damn difficult but so much fun.

Replace Holly with Albert/A-Train/Giant Bernard.

I put a different spin on the perception of rivalries to make my list different from others I hope. Some of the bigger usual suspects will be much further down on mine.

Sidenote - this is probably going to be the last wrestling countdown for awhile. Baker and PI have great countdowns going/starting and deserve all the attention in the world. I'll maybe presume this down the line at #21.

I'm going to miss these countdowns. I won't speak for 🤯 but you can't rely on me to consistently update.

I just sent my list in and holy shit it was hard.

My top 5 are pretty much locked in. Guaranteed top 5 for me. Then it gets tricky. I have one female rivalry on my list and quite high as it deserves a top 10 for being the best female rivalry of all time. I got two “tag” rivalries in it as well. But I skipped doing WWE vs WCW because it’s not fair.

I mean, I haven't even started mine and likely won't until it's officially Brocktober at the earliest. And even then, I worry about my own consistency too.

I don’t know what wrasslefight is but I like the name.

🤯 and Baker want to do a tag team draft in Fan Fic and I said we’d do it in the fall. It’s fall now. I’m happy to do it here instead since the bleed over between the two forums is pretty much the same.

If we decide on something else I’ll still do the tag team draft in fan fic. I just hadn’t started yet because I was busy. Was gonna get it launched in a week or two.

I was literally just thinking about WrassleFights yesterday morning.

Those were the days...

Some ideas to put a new spin on drafts if we want to spice things up...

I'd love to revisit that one time where we drafted the worst rosters possible to put on the shittiest shows. Was great fun and good for some laughs.

Or, a draft lottery, where we draft our rosters but then the rosters are randomly reassigned in their entirety to the various participants, and now you've got to book a show with someone else's roster.

I like this idea but it also feels like it would make the draft take forrreeevveerrrr.

Spin the wheel is cool though, as long as we know what each round is ahead of time to keep things flowing and give people a chance to think ahead a little bit. UT can just put like 30 or so categories in a hat and draw 16-20 (or whatever number of rounds we decide on).

It'll also look hilarious if the first few rounds are like "only hardcore wrestlers," or "only cruiserweights" or whatever and people have like Billy Kidman as their #1 pick ahead of The Undertaker or something. I always got a kick out of that in the Fan Fic draft if someone missed their early picks, because they were made up at the end but still went in at the same slot. You'd have a list like..

1. The Rock
2. Mick Foley
3. Spike Dudley
4. Seth Rollins
