The two releases that stand out to me are MK XI and Days Gone. Days Gone is one of those titles that just seemed to exist as an E3 exclusive game since it seems like we've been talking about it for about five years and we really don't know anything about it beyond it looking like a fairly generic open world game. As somebody who loves console exclusives, I hope it can live up to God of War but I know I'm reaching there and I expect it'll be one of those 8/10 games that gradually ages as we go on. I also think certain publications will poo poo the game for arbitrary reasons such is life.
MKXI I'm sure will review pretty well and will be one of those games that's fun to play through for a couple of weeks, but then never again. Such is the cycle of MK games really - they leave a great first impression but as you learn the systems they tend to be a novelty than a deep fighting game. Which is fine, not every game should try and be Street Fighter and MK at least tries to provide a bit more bang for it's buck. Admittedly I haven't played an MK game since MK9 which was a real step-up for the series, so who knows? Maybe Midway will really go all out with all sorts of easter eggs and stuff.

Already preordered Days Gone.
And given how much I adore Danganronpa, I am willing to listen on Zanki Zero for that alone. Think it is just some of the people behind Danganronpa responsible for this one though...particularly if I recall the artists. Might be a game I get down the road when discounted.
Shame the final Shovel Knight DLC could not be on here.
Phoenix Wright trilogy finally makes it's console debut and PC debut. I won't buy it since I have it on the 3DS and am about to embark on the 3rd installment but still nevertheless about time for others.

I plan on picking up the following games.
Cuphead (Switch) Mortal Kombat 11 (PS4) Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy (Switch)
Mortal Kombat has always been my favourite fighting game series, so you know I'm down for the latest instalment. Cuphead looks awesome AF, so I'm excited to finally get a chance to play that as well.

Hyped for MK, I haven’t really been following the news on it but it’s pretty silly that all the female characters are all dressed as Muslim women now but I’m sure they’ll sell the OG costumes DLC to horny teenagers.
