Little kids go out as soon as possible. Maybe as early as 5:30. I've definitely had teenagers go as late as 9-9:30. I keep handing out candy until they stop coming, or I run out and turn off the light.

Just recently moved, so I'm not sure how many kids live in this neighborhood. Most parents in this area take their children to Trunk or Treat instead of the traditional trick or treating. There are quite a few of them the entire week before Halloween, and it's in a safe environment.
