Anyone getting into the current Steam sales? I know they're not as good as they were 5 or so years ago, but I can't help but get caught up in every past price reduction being brought back.
So far I've bought South Park Fractured But Whole for $9 AUD. When The Stick of Truth came out, I bought it Day 1 only to see it for $15 by the end of the year. Considering I never actually finished it, I made a promise to myself I'd wait until Fractured But Whole was basically being given away, so here we are.
I'm tossing up whether I want to buy anything else. Baldur's Gate II is a game I've kept my eye on for a long time. I actually owned a copy of it around the time it came out (for some reason) but it was too overwhelming and I lost the CD ages ago. I've always wanted to go back and see how it holds up.
Other considerations...

I have already purchased Celeste, Divinity: Original Sin and Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. All had excellent sales deals, and that clears out my Steam wishlist.
Now time to get through this backlog before I die...

Unfortunately I don't have any PS4 games that I would play online. I've actively avoided buying them considering the last place I lived had awful internet coverage.
