If that’s the most messed up post of 2019, we’ve really tamed. The victims have my sympathy for what they went through, not because the guy died before they got their day in court.

I think the guy is a POS and I don't really care if he killed himself or someone else did it for the rest of humanity. The only thing I care about is there are bigger names behind this/him that are going to evade some sort of justice now.

While this may be a safe bet, it is very sad that is the case. If prisons can’t even stop inmates from killing themselves, that alone implies a horribly inept system, but imagine what else they allow to go down if that’s not even preventable.

Conspiracy or not, it sounds like the prison system is as incompetently run as most other things are.

I used to be a CO as well.  And I can tell you that the chances of this actually being a hit in the classic sense are slim to none.

First it is MUCH easier for an inmate to arrange a hit on someone on the outside than it is the reverse.   Inmate phone calls are monitored, and incoming mail is inspected. (Outgoing mail on the other hand is not)

Second, that kind of plan has too many moving pieces.   You have to discretely contact the inmate or staff member on the inside, hope they can do the job without getting caught, arrange for payment without your financials getting flagged, and if they DO get caught hope they won't give you up to save themselves.  (Fat chance of that happening.)   

That's why I believe if there was any treachery here, it was simply someone calling in a marker to have Epstein taken off suicide watch and then waiting for the inevitable to happen.  Same result with MUCH less risk involved.

It's not the flight logs, which is what the internet has been clamouring for, it's just the court documents.

What seems pretty clear on a non conspiracy theory way is that this was a deliberate attempt to blackmail and control powerful people, it also seems as if Epstein was nowhere near as wealthy as he made out to be, so it makes me wonder whose operation this was...

What bothers me is the lack of will from the media to get to the bottom of this, I don't think America is run by a QANNON level satanic cult as mikec mentioned, but there is clear information to show the highest levels of US government, industry and celebrity have been caught in a honeytrap.

I remember the media melting down at the idea that Trump was a Russian asset, the Pee tape and all sorts of bizarre accusations, shouldn't this story at least ring the same level of alarm bells.

I would agree with all of that except the incompetent part, if it was intelligence agency run, then the man who knew all about that is rotting in a box. This is how they operate, compromise one person, then flip them and turn them into an asset. Once their usefulness ends, they are disposable and there are no links.
