Surprised Brock/Benoit wasn't #1 in its class after all talking up you gave it. And also because it's awesome. Definitely my personal favorite Brock match. Also surprised to see the famous Brock/Eddie title change so low.

Surprised Brock/Benoit wasn't #1 in its class after all talking up you gave it. And also because it's awesome. Definitely my personal favorite Brock match. Also surprised to see the famous Brock/Eddie title change so low. I definitely expected some controversy from that chapter. When I eventually work my way back to flesh things out with writeups, I'll try to explain my justification. The separation between the Iron Man and the Benoit match is closer to paper thin for me.

Dang more Rico Brock matches than there ever were Cryme Time Hart Dynasty. Rico was Brock's second best dark match slash OVW opponent, just a hair behind Orton. Rico was criminally underrated, part of that first OVW super class... Just had age working against him.

Another personal favorite is Barry Horowitz beating Ken Shamrock in a late 80s WWF dark match. You talking up Rico reminds me of early 2000s OVW. They had good buzz online at the time what with Rico, The Minnesota Stretching Crew, Leviathan, Prototype, Nova, Orton, and The Big 4 of Dinsmore, Conway, Basham & Damaja. I always wanted to see that stuff back in the day......until most of those guys made the main roster :lol: Then I quickly lost interest in both past and present OVW until Heyman "resurrected it" in mid 2005.

Damn that's hard to read. My initial thought is that I'm surprised at the lack of current era Brock matches (as in, 2015 onwards) occupying the topmost spots. No worries, I'll clean it up! Was just copying/pasting outta my spreadsheet. I should probably go back and clean up ALL my posts.

Please tell me you wore that the night 🤯 jr was made. Had I known this existed prior to today... absolutely. If there will ever be a PI Jr. II, he or she will absolutely be conceived while either Wife or I or both of us are wearing a Brock costume.
