I could see Dallas beating Seattle. The Seahawks are exactly the kind of team that Dallas wants to face if they get in, because Seattle is really good at beating themselves.
It’s obviously more likely that Seattle wins, but if they lost I wouldn’t be surprised at all.
I would be surprised if they beat SF though. I wouldn’t make that bet in a million years. SF should murder them and probably would.
...
Buffalo is totally beating Houston if they face each other. There’s two reasons why: 1) Houston is a shitty playoff team and 2) Buffalo will give us hope and then get murdered against whoever they face next. Like it’ll be 38-0. It’ll be devastating. That’s the Buffalo way. Give fans hope, then do the worst thing possible right away.

The Packers front seven was fucking monstrous in this game. Anything is possible if your front seven plays like that.

UT- Drew Brees is 1-4 playing in GB. His only win in Lambeau was against Bret Hundley. Your boys better beat the Lions next week.

This is the best defense he’s had though , it would be an interesting game for sure. Teams with a corner like Lattimore scare me the most because then it puts all the pressure on our lack of other perimeter weapons.

The thought of playing in Green Bay in the playoffs scares the fuck out of me. Definitely my least desired path to the Super Bowl. With the way both our defenses have looked, I see that game being a ugly slugfest similar to last night’s game. I’d much rather go to SF instead.
Also, congrats to Michael Thomas for breaking the single season receptions record. 145 catches with one game left is insane. He’s been our MVP by far this year and we wouldn’t have gone 5-0 without Brees if it wasn’t for him. He is right. No one can guard him. Worth every penny of his new contract.

Agreed on Michael Thomas, @theshow, and next year he’ll probably hit 140-150 again no matter the QB.
The Saints are either hosting the Vikings (which means GB round 2 if they win) or they’re getting a BYE if GB or SF lose next week. Still chances GB/NO doesn’t happen in Lambeau Round 2, but the thought is intriguing.

I really would like to see Brees and if his arm could hold up in Lambeau in January. It sounds like narrative but it’s absolutely going to be an issue from a guy who’s played one entire outdoor game this year.
Of all the teams I’d prefer to face - Seattle would be #1 , followed by San Francisco. I just want another crack at them - especially if it were somehow to happen at Lambeau.

I don’t want see Minnesota yet again. It’s tough to beat any team three times in a year.

I don’t want see Minnesota yet again. It’s tough to beat any team three times in a year. I get that part but Minnesota is super injured right now. Thielen “played” yesterday but all he got was a 2 yard run. He’s not healthy. Dalvin coming back for the playoffs isn’t going to be 100% Dalvin. Kirk Cousins can’t beat GB with Diggs and Bisi. Minnesota ain’t going nowhere. Neither is Seattle. Even though you’re not supposed to ever count out Russ, I just don’t see it. Lynch and Turbin coming back to Seattle might be exciting, but they’re not scaring anyone. I think Seattle can beat Philly, but not Dallas. I still stand by Dallas winning the East. Barkley is going to go off for 200 on Philly.

Sad news for UT Spencer Ware went to IR today with a torn rotator cuff. Chiefs have lost two third down backs in four weeks. Gonna have to rely on Damien Williams to block now.

I'm surprised myself. Quinn making the SB got him all these years. They were a huge disappointment this year, but I guess they're going to give Quinn 1 more prove it year as just Head Coach considering they're giving full D-Coordinator responsibilities to Raheem Morris next season. So Quinn will now have all his focus on Head Coaching.
In very surprising news, Antonio Brown is visiting the New Orleans Saints today and could somehow be a part of a Super Bowl contender if signed. The Saints are also bringing in FA WR Maurice Harris for a work out so it's not a given that AB is going there. It's still newsworthy.
