The spike pass on first down hurt, they should have taken time to be set and even try to run it.

Trying to throw Marshawn in there is silly when you moved the ball at will in the air.

Inexcusable to get that delay on the 1, another 1 yard debacle from Carrol and co.

Absolutely ridiculous that the DPI on Hollister didn't get reviewed. In the first half Carroll had to call a timeout inside 2 minutes to get a play reviewed because they weren't quick enough to take a look at it - but he obviously couldn't do the same here - just inexcusable by the NFL.
