I'm not sure what to think about the game today. On one hand I think we are more talented and a better all around team than Seattle and capable of doing bigger things , plus Russ has never won in Lambeau. On the other hand this Seattle team is weird and has played better on the road this year than at home and if the rust of the Ravens scared anyone - it should be Packer fans as we have a hard time staying in sync on offense.

I hope the defense stays on fire and the pass rush just makes it impossible on Russ all day and the offense gets set up with some easy scores. It's weird going into a playoff game knowing the defense is your best bet but it's been true of this team most of the year. Also got to keep the reigns on Metcalf early.

Aaron Jones should be a beat catching the ball out of the backfield and I wouldn't be shocked if Williams had a bigger game on the ground as this is going to be a more physical game.

As for Houston/Kansas City , as my broken record ass has said all year - I never trust the Texans and never know what to expect. Having Fuller back is huge for the entire offense and opens up Nuke and the running game. Then again he could only last a quarter. Who the fuck knows. Or he could last the whole game and it could be a shootout.

Kansas City should be able to OWN the Texans defense all afternoon , I just don't see anyone in their secondary capable of matching up with what KC is going to throw at them - especially after Reid got two weeks to scheme. Much like Shanahan yesterday - it's going to be an onslaught early on and this KC has a better quarterback and better weapons.

At the end of the day , I'm not putting money on the game because I just don't know and could see multiple outcomes. I am inclined to trust the KC defense more though and the fact they are at home helps a ton. If Houston gets off to a slow start like they did against Buffalo than it could be a bloodbath. They need to match punches and score early to keep it a game.

Seeing Brian Schottenheimer's offense going up against Mike Pettine's defense is one for the ages. So torn on who or what to root for there. Probably the latter, you know lesser of two evils.

There is certainly a scenario here where the doors get blown off the Texans. If it's a close game I think KC could feel the pressure and the Texans are very well-versed in winning 1-score games. I also really like that we're being written off, hopefully gives the players an edge.
