The Pitch: So the story I had in mind for this draft was a TNA Revival. Jeff Jarrett and Cody Rhodes, with the help of cutting-edge stem cell technology bringing legends back to their prime, re-launched TNA. Three big over-arching stories would have been Jarrett and Cody feuding over control of the company, the final validation of Christopher Daniels as the TNA legend he is, and TNA Originals being salty with big-name WWE guys coming in and taking top spots. With that in mind, it's time for:
NWA:TNA presents
Destination X
NWA World Heavyweight Championship
Brock Lesnar ( C ) vs. Christopher Daniels
(So hear me out here. Daniels did the nostalgia thing at No Surrender by teaming with AJ one last time. Then he won the X Division Championship at Against All Odds, showing that he still has the ability to hang with the young guys. So at Destination X, he's using Option C - forfeiting his X Division Championship for a shot at the World Champion. Cue passionate promos about being Mr. TNA, but never winning the big one, vs. Brock being dismissive of Daniels ever having a chance. Classic David vs. Goliath.
The Rock vs. Roman Reigns
AJ Styles vs. Steve Austin
This one's the building of the WWEvsTNA thing. Austin held the title since the return before losing it to Brock. AJ says that he's the real GOAT etc.
NWA Women's Championship
Becky Lynch ( c ) vs. Gail Kim
The Undertaker vs. Aleister Black
Loser Leaves Town - Winner Gains Full Control of the Company - No DQ
Jeff Jarrett vs. Cody Rhodes
Since we had to have a Loser Leaves Town match, we'll say there was shenanigans in the last one and this time there must be a winner.
Lethal Lockdown
JBL, Robert Roode, Alberto Del Rio & Abyss vs. Terry Funk, James Storm & The Dudleys
After loosing to the Dudleys, Roode turned on Storm and aligned himself with JBL and Del Rio to be a group of fancy rich guys. Abyss is the paid muscle. Funk, Storm and Duds are just four no BS badasses looking for revenge. TNA's version of WARGAMES. Zelina Vega manages the rich guys.
X Division Championship
Mercedes Martinez vs. PAC vs. Paul London
The baddest bitch in the place is doing a Tessa Blanchard and showing she can hang with the guys in a triple threat match to crown a new X Division champion.
AJ Lee vs. Aja Kong
Destination X

Breaking The Chains Results
1. "Mr. NWA" Damien Sandow upset La Parka following a chairshot. Sandow hypocritically played a Chair Violin and danced a waltz after the match.
2. The Rock n Roll Express defeated "The Malcontent" Austin Aries in a Handicap Match when Robert Gibson made "A Double" tap to the rarely seen Gibson Leglock. After all Aries' bragging about how he was younger, stronger, quicker, more technically adapt, and hit harder; he lost a test of strength to Robert, was constantly made to look foolish by the quickness of both Rock & Rollers, lost a punch battle to Ricky, and instantly tapped to a move that he would later admit blew his mind. But he is still younger! That one fact cannot be taken away from Austin Aries.
3. NWA European Champion WALTER w/ Jim Cornette defeated an overmatched Tim Storm with a Choke Sleeper. WALT refused to break the hold even after the ref called for the bell. Crowd chanted for World Champion Hulk Hogan to make the save. Instead they got NWA Champion Nick Aldis coming down to confront Big WALT. Aldis helped Storm to the back as the crowd chanted for both men.
4. Doink pinned Eddie Kingston to prevail in a fun styles clash with the gimmicky technician battling the down-to-earth New York City brawler. Kingston looked to have the match won after signalling for his Backfist To The Future. But just then the lights flickered off and on. That temporary distraction was all it took for the crafty clown to seize an opening with a rollup and a handful of tights for the victory. Kingston was infuriated by the strange technical failure. Weird!
5. Bianca Belair & Thunder Rosa won our second glorified squash of the night by defeating NWA Women's Champion Lacey Evans & Jimmy Jacobs. The bulk of this was Bianca & Rosa beating on poor Jimmy Jacobs with their state of the art offense. Lacey would tag in for some cheap stomps when they occasionally missed a move. Then she would tag out again the moment Belair or Thunderrr showed even the slightest chance of recovery. Lacey eventually walked off, leaving her personal assistant to the wolves. Lacey's tormentors won it with a Belair slam followed by a top rope Sullivan Stomp on Lacey's little lovestruck lackey.
6. NWA World Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis collected yet another belt when he defeated ROH Champion Jay Lethal by doing the Bret/Piper (or Austin) pin spot out of Lethal Dragon Suplex attempt. The two warriors shook hands after the match. Aldis implored the crowd to chant for Lethal. They did. Then "The National Treasure" left to the now-common refrain of "Real World Champ."
7. Bray Wyatt pinned DDP with Sister Abigail in a No DQ Match. DDP had the match won after hitting a Diamond Cutter outta nowhere when Doink interfered. DDP fought off Doink only to turn around into a Wyatt Sister Abigail. Wyatt & Doink have clearly formed some sort of alliance. This was not lost on Eddie Kingston, who ran in to interrupt Wyatt as he was about to speak. Wyatt & Doink retreated as Kingston blamed Wyatt's trickery for his loss to Doink earlier in the night. Eddie helped DDP up and it looks as if they have formed a People's Posse to battle the weird duo of Wyatt & Doink.
8. NWA World Tag Team Champions Demolition went to a no contest with The Road Warriors in a Rochester Street Fight. This Dream Match years in the making ended in a travesty of justice. After 10 minutes of wild action, the LOD had Demolition reeling. They were about to set up the Doomsday Device when the lights flickered out for the second time this evening. When they came back on Wyatt & Doink were in the ring. Hawk & Animal were briefly overwhelmed by the 2 on 4 disadvantage. Then DDP & Kingston came out to even the odds. And we ended up having an outta control 8 man brawl. The poor ref had no choice but to throw it out. So yeah. This Street Fight ended in a no contest.
9. World Champion Hulk Hogan defeated Jake "The Snake" Roberts after Hulking Up from Jake's DDT and hitting his usual finishing sequence. But the fun had only just begun! The lights flickered out yet again. When they were back on Wyatt, Doink, Demolition, AND a recovered Jake were stalking The Hulkster. Doink & Demolition took turns beating down Hogan and keeping the entire babyface roster out of the cage while Jake & Wyatt cut a promo introducing the NWA Univerrrse to....

Presents
Live on Pay Per View from Baltimore, MD
1. Rock and Roll Express vs. Dos Luchadores ("El Luchador" Damien Sandow & La Parka)- #1 Contenders Match
An irate La Parka wanted a rematch after being cheated out of victory by Sandow at our last pay per view. But Sandow once again displayed his superior intellect by forging a friendship with "The Chairman" rather than going through the hell of wrestling him again. Sandow has now taken up a Luchador persona. He wears a Skeletor outfit and slowly but surely became a 3rd Degree Luchador by doing moves off the bottom rope (1st degree), middle rope (2nd degree), and finally the top rope (3rd degree). Waltzing while playing Chair Violin has also become a Sandow staple. Parka just shrugs and goes along with all this nonsense.
But the Rock and Roll Express were far less amused when they were attacked by "The Chairmen of Lucha."
Now the two duos will battle with a future shot at the NWA Tag Team Championship on the line.
