Good to see Zelina getting props for her work. Such a great valet.

Wonder what they are smoking though that Bray does not place top 10 for interviews.  

Hate the Stormbreaker.  The Hidden Blade is nasty as fuck though.  Jericho should have taken that instead of the Judas Effect.  Not entirely sure the Hidden Blade is safe though.

Ospreay as most outstanding I will take.  Many hate him, but I absolutely love his style.  Really think AEW needs to try to pick him up.

He was AEW champ for about a third of the year and did almost nothing for the rest of it. Okada was IWGP Heavyweight Champion for most of the year, and Ospreay had a killer year too. No idea why Cody should even sniff the top 10, never mind #4. Is this for the calendar year 2019?

NJPW dominating Most Outstanding Wrestler, Promotion of the Year and Match of the Year pleases me very much. Makes me wonder why I'm basically the only guy on this board who watches it regularly. What does not please me is Zack Sabre Jr. not making the list, but he crushed the Danielson Award, which he rightfully should. Greatest technical wrestler of all time, and in an era where technical wrestling matters less and less, he makes it relevant and convincing.

Ospreay vs Takagi is a rather surprising choice for MOTY. Tanahashi vs Omega and Kingston vs Bryan are my personal favourites from 2019. Ospreay vs Okada from the G1 is a masterpiece, and I'm glad the voters agree with me that it was the best G1 match.

Lance Archer is awesome, although I'd say Moxley improved more in 2019 than Archer did. Archer has been that awesome for at least a couple of years, he's just had more spotlight last year. Good for him.

Kevin Kelly as best announcer is a bit of a joke, but there's hardly any good announcers these days.

Stormbreaker is a pretty dumb move, but it's an original move in a world where all moves seem to have been exhausted, and it's very well protected. One Winged Angel is still the GOAT move of the 21st century.

Found it odd that Excalibur is ranked number 2. So yeah don't know what is up with best announcer catagory

I can live with this. NWA/Powerrr finished above everything other than the usual suspects. Not bad considering Powerrr was around for less than 3 months. The goal now is to finish even higher next year.

Didn't think it really should count either. If they renamed the award best weekly show. Or made a separate category for best web show.

It's basically just who is the complete package. NJPW stars are at a disadvantage because they don't run elaborate storylines or have a weekly television show based around cutting promos. They just keep it simple, so it usually favours Americans.

The awards are highly influenced by Meltzer and Meltzer only talks up NJPW and AEW.

I didn't want to cover too many of the negative awards since it doesn't really promote wrestling, but the WWE tends to dominate those categories despite other companies really struggling. How Baron Corbin beat out Matt Taven for most overrated or anything other than ROH winning worst weekly tv show is baffling.

Most Unappreciated should go to the entire Impact roster. Not even a honorable mention in any of the individual wrestler categories.
