Well it was fun picking my team, at the very least. I probably put way more thought into than was really necessary. Good luck Ness and Team PW.

I actually think if MachoWarrior is on a KISS binge he can seriously go Warrior on plenty of poor people. Same with SC when he's shouting TOUCHDOWNFRANKGORETOUCHDOWN or his defending of Barry Bonds. Detfink is NY savvy and knows how to find a cheap NY pizza store when it is deemed impossible in Manhattan and had his moments of going crazy(Knicks will do that to you). merle seems like one of the Duck Dynasty folks, guy has the ammo and probably knows where to bunker down if shit goes down, seems like the Daryl(TWD) of the group....or maybe the merle dixon of the group. Sandra if you give her the tools can draw and design some "Good shit" and can probably use those artistic values rather well. Lony seems like the negotiator as everybody likes him and seems like someone who can barter and hustle well if need be and I think Easyrider as the elder statesmen is the de factor leader and will ban anyone who disobeys or goes out of order and rule with a fair but iron fist.

But I think Rogue takes this one because Cena and McIntyre are former/current world champions.

This is tough...

Rogue drafted with a relatively clear thought process, but I also like @ness's thought process. I mean, outside of family (which includes Wife) PW has probably been the most consistent and embarrassingly important part of my life since like what 2004ish? As is proving the case in reality with the lockdown, I'd probably lose my mind completely without PW as an outlet and its posters as folks I enjoy interacting with. So I really like and appreciate the premise. And he drafted a lot of classic names I recognize. Iconic posts of PW's yesteryear, and Lony. I don't really recall every interacting with Fink, Warrior, or merle or particularly enjoying their posts... so they don't do much for me; *BUT* I *DO* recall SM, Sandra, and Easy and liked them all. And then there's Lony... which I'm still trying to figure out. Is Lony like a TNA? bodyslam?

Anyway...

Let's take a look Rogue's Rogue Gallery real quick:
- Love Jeff Goldblum, and I don't think I'd tire of him or his personality/sense of humor personally. So there's our morale officer.
- While Cena could probably work as a morale officer as well, he's clearly the physical workhorse of the group. Similar story for Drew re: being the workhorse, but no horse works harder than Cena. Drew is more for the Fuck Squad points.
- Richard Branson brings in the entrepreneurial spirit and resource multiplier effect... while also being a way more interesting personality than say a Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, or Steve Jobs.
- I guess Mary Barry is the cook and housekeeper for the group? Sure, that works.
- While no AOC, Jacinda is a decent looking politician. More Fuck Squad points.
- Chris earns zero points for being a pointless doctor/scientist.
- Mears sounds like a non-American Boy Scout extraordinaire, so surely those skills might come in handy if the group is forced out of Branson's Mansions at any point.

To split hairs, had @ness drafted either *ALL* PW legends (e.g. nEwAgEgAnGsTa, cooliomcawesome, etc.) or posters I have more of a personal connection to (e.g. Emperor, @ness himself, etc.) I might've been more easily swayed. As it stands, the Rogue Gallery carries the day as well as my vote.

I voted for John Cena and Drew McIntyre because they are better than Stone Cold + MachoWarrior. Don't care about anyone else.

On one side, @ness has drafted an excellent who's who PW Powerhouse team. I was kind of hoping he and Lony would be up against one another. However most of them didn't even make it through to the reboot so how would they do against The Rona?

Rogues Gallery has a well thought out team that could really kick ass. I'm pretty bummed I didn't think of Branson over Gates frankly.

That's not the main reason I drafted him but I'll go into it as I never thought he was 'useless'

Yes it's true he is a medical scientist but he is also a practising NHS physician, and if this is the post-corona apocalypse then it made sense to me to have a Doctor on hand. This doctor also specialises in epidemiology and infectious diseases so while we're holed up in Branson's Island, we will need someone to keep us healthy while still being able to research a cure. That was thinking, so far from useless, in my opinion.

My thoughts exactly.  Doctor on hand for hurt and sickness, and if you have the money and know how, working on developing a vaccine.  It's supposed to be a team to help you fight and beat The Rona, no?  

Once we beat it then I can look forward to repopulating the Earth with mini Rock Maiden's.

One thing was right though, Drew is the eye candy and no better way to repopulate the earth the right way than with starting scottish.
