PW NEWS EPISODE 3
In our first story of the night we witnessed the rare sighting of the one and only Wife . She made a shocking return to let the board know that husband is not going anywhere. The forum rejoiced although some were skeptical why she came back simply to put him over. In doing so the question was then asked, is it Pee Eye or Pie? We here at PW News have the inside scoop and it is in fact pronounced just as it sounds PEE EYE. Any claims of the contrary including from the user himself are in fact wrong. The creator of a gif says it's pronounced like the peanut butter brand, so clearly being the originator does not mean you are correct.
In countdown rundowns there was no revelations in Favorite Wrestler, giving us some breathing space between Sting and Sabu. Poor Sabu will forever be tainted by his affiliation with Botchamania. In Young Adults it was often jokingly referred to as the Harry Potter Countdown and we got our first Potter reveal, the first Potter movie itself. Debate ensued over which term was the better decision Philosopher or Sorcerer? Much like a middle child, it's always the second that's the favorite and best. And I say with heavy heart as the first born. Another movie was also revealed due to previous Potter discussion, which no doubt makes up for the lack of History Forum updating. In the final Countdown Update to the shock of no one Rocky Maivia reigned supreme as the #1 Fake Sports Guy. No controversy even though a lot of PW Favorite Picks get the top spot... most are for a reason.
In Draft updates Emperor and cig win their respective matches in VG & Tech with several votes ahead of their opponents. It has been implied that PW News was responsible for one of the victories. We here in the newsroom take no side one way or another, but will gladly take credit for pumping extra life into the draft.
Our audience has also clearly spoken and the feedback has been overwhelmingly pro-Rodney! PW hasn't been this in the Rodney camp since the days of the Mean Street Posse. We don't know what happened to him after System kicked him off the island, but we do know that the people want to know. We want an update, so if he has appeared on your island or you have seen him please contact the tip line so we can set up a future update so the people can rest easy at night knowing he is safe and sound. Here's hoping for a speedy return.
In the wrestling section Todd has created an interesting discussion about the current state of professional wrestling. His opening post definitely had words in it and the title seems very anti-Lionheart in it's pseudo intellectualness. Check it out to discuss the state of the sport or to join in on the Moxley hate.
