PW NEWS EPISODE 22 (17:05)
IT'S EDGE... EDGE IN DISGUISE: More Favorite Wrestler updates. This batch featured Edge, Rob... Van... Dam and Roddy Piper. Lots of talk about high votes, but not too much talking about weed considering it's an RVD inspired post. I too liked that HBK match until the end where we realized there was no escaping the Nose. Also remember Sean O'Haire? Piper managed him for some reason and he used the reverse fireman's carry. It was awkward. Check it out in that thread as we edge (LUL~!) closer to the #1 spot.
STORYTIME WITH AUTISM: Still chances to check to out AM's FFCW. I also updated my Storytime Blog type thread. In off topic we saw Politics take over the Corona-chan thread as the new hot topic. Riots, chaos and Unamerican racism by claiming we're not the best just because our people hate each other. Also a Youtuber sent their kid back to the pound because he didn't pee on the training pad.
COUNTDOWN TO LOCKDOWN: Sports Empire broke in another bad franchise in the Detroit Lions. I was born there so clearly I am a jinx to all local sports teams. Your guys gonna win the playoffs? Better hope Ness doesn't get a transfer request approved. As Jeff told Taker in 2001... I'm still standing mothafucka! Stiller gets the #2 spot with Dodgeball. And if the obvious favorite wins he gets partial credit. ALL THREE SPOTS FOR BEN! Don't forget to get your decade list submitted in the next 24 hours. Also does Jurassic Park count as one location?
UPCOMING POP CULTURE COUNTDOWNS
93 - Top 15 Movies of the Decade 2000-2009 94 - Top 10 Directors Of All Time 95 - Top 10 One Location Movies 96 - Top 10 Road Trip Movies 97 - Top 10 Heath Ledger vs Christian Bale 98 - Top 10 Race Against the Clock Movies 99 - Top 10 Movie Endings 100 - Top 100 Movies of All Time

I cannot speak for everyone but I am totally burned out on wrestling. Even my beloved classic wrestling. I am also weeks behind on NWA with no plans of catching up on Carnyland and all that other stuff. Good job of covering Edge. I was also with you on losing interest in RVD around 03-04. It pleases me that you liked the RVD pic I chose. But I am disappointed about the lack of comments over Edge holding his belt upside down. In the midst of my Piper writeup now. It is mostly negative. Also, Sean O'Haire was overrated. "Re-homing" just sounds sketchy to me. I've been following your Postal Stories. Sometimes I think about chiming in with my own even more miserable postal experience but I don't want to hijack your thread. Ness is definitely a sports team jinx. That piece of crap known as Dodgeball finishing #2 cancels out PW's good deed of voting JBL at #27 in the Favorite Wrestler countdown. It's entirely possible Adam Sandler is the one who got me into Styx. Or at least got me to realize all those awesome songs I already liked were all done by the same band. The same thing happened with Queen a few years earlier. Dumb & Dumber and Road Trip is a solid 1-2 punch. Final Countdown. Nice. Interesting idea around the 15 minute mark. What do you think UT? You need to come up with a catchphrase. I'll start a thread about it after this post.

I’ve been listening every day even if I don’t leave a comment. You normally upload right as I’m going to sleep at 6am-7am  I’m watching Raw live for a change and not surprised to see there’s no party thread as people aren’t invested. Asuka’s been a joy to watch but that’s about it. I wasn’t much of a fan of Edge until he turned heel and speared Shawn Michaels at Taboo Tuesday. Yeah I agree with the rehoming thing, it’s disgusting. Why not just go all in and have a child trade in business? The child has surpassed the cute baby/toddler page and your likes on social media are drying up? Rehome it for a trade in deal! I love your coverage of Trying to pretend to care about the Sports Empire every Newcast as i don’t care for it either  Complete forgot about Dodgeball and Something about Mary until Big Pete mentioned them. Surprised Happy Gilmore ranked higher than Billy Madison. So many acclaimed “one location” movies are never just one location, even if 90% of the film is the case so curious on the criteria. Guessing Saw doesn’t count but Buried will? I’m so confused as to when the top 100 list is meant to take place, not until months later I assume? UT

JUUUUUNNNNNNE!!! Sorry, brotha. Busy morning yesterday morning. Hey! No one talks about stretching Wife's meat flaps but me. :@ @ness: daveymolz, you exist. daveymolz: I do. Perfection. That would be great if current pro wrestling was dead. Just rebroadcast the old stuff, a.k.a. The Good Stuff. It's not that I don't want to or can't compete #BROCKTOBER... It's just that #BROCKTOBER never ends (at least until it decides it no longer likes the contract terms and walks). Sounds like @ness and I had the same trajectory of RVD fanhood. I'll second you and Baker-man re: Sean O'Haire being so overrated. And yet, the PW FF hard on for him back in the day will still be hilariously awesome to me. Oh shit, thanks for the reminder that I need to catch up on latest SwN post! Politics and current events make my brain go to mush too. But I'll say this re: mushy brains... If PI5 comes out with one, I won't hesitate to rehome him!!! Ohhh BURRRNNN!!! Advice for Life: Don't be associated with Ohio. Dodgeball surprised me at #2. Quality over quantity I guess for Stiller! Holy shit, what if Happy Gilmore misses the list because everyone left it off their list assuming everyone else would have it!? Would love. Holy shit, decade list is due today!?!? Better get on that. I doubt Wife will be submitting a list for that one then. Also, love @ness asking the tough questions re: one location movies. How on earth could Heath Ledger have his own top ten?! Name ten Heath Ledger movies. Also, have the countdown topics changed? I don't remember reading Race Against the Clock as a topic. Hahaha, yes Final Countdown got a do-do-do-dooo! I could be down for a one week cool down to finalize and hype the Top 100. I for one miss the TV stuff. Maybe someone can pick up that torch after UT rides off into the sunset. Oooo -- For a catchphrase, what about "That's all the news that's fit to print... Or podcast". Although, honestly, I kinda love the meta post modern awesomeness of "As always, I wish I had a catchphrase" being your catchphrase.

I sensed the strain, but excellent effort! Joseph Gordon Levitt movies should count as Heath Ledger movies too, considering dude just morphed into the other dude. Not sure I've even ever heard of Two Hands. But there was that Candy movies or something from Australia? About a drug-addicted couple. Remember it being good but super depressing? Beyond that, while I've heard of, I haven't seen Brokeback or Ned. Wait, DAFUQ. Is Knight Around the non-American title for A Knight's Tale!?

I thought of Candy! Except it only came to me as 'Chocolat but hold the Depp'.
Lords of Dogtown was the other notable one I forgot.
I couldn't think of the title for Knighting Around! It had a Knight in it, Heath with his surfer haircut is looking at the screen like hell yeah I'm a knight, let's do this and it had jousting in it.
Two Hands is a good movie that you could easily put in a double feature with Grosse Point Blanke. One of my favourite Australian movies of all-time, especially coming out of that post-renaissance period.

UT The Top 100 will take place on time , right after 99. I’ll probably start accepting lists around 95 to give everyone extra time to submit.
