So I finally got around to watching the final two episodes of the first (and probably only) season of Inhumans last night, and I gotta say, even going into this with somewhat low expectations, I find that I was disappointed with this series. I'm really hoping that with both Iron Fist (which is the better series), and now Inhumans, Marvel washes their hands with producer Scott Buck, the man just can't seem to make it work.

I admit, I'm not the biggest Inhumans fan, and given Fox has the rights to the X-Men franchise, I honestly would have been more than OK with the Inhumans, being the Marvel Cinematic Universe version of the X-Men, obviously not as mutants but essentially dealing with the same subject matter, definitely would have made for a more interesting series than what we got.

Did anyone else check this show out? Did you manage to watch every episode, or end up dropping it? What were your thoughts on the first season?

I loved the show and I think people are being too harsh.

I think it got better by the end of the season, much like Agents of SHIELD, but the damage may have been done by then, not sure it survives for another season. On the bright side, it basically worked as a self-contained story.

Watched the first 3 episodes. Expected a dumpster fire based on early reviews. Not amazing, but enjoyable enough. All the "good" Inhumans from the Royal Family have me actively rooting AGAINST them though. I mean, Medusa has sort of a sexy GI Jane thing going on, but I'm more on the side of Maximus and his crew.

I wonder if they have much of a future now that X-Men is back with Marvel. I assumed the only reason they were being pushed with Agents as an answer to mutants. And now...
